I had a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to get new tires installed for me the same day and at a great price.

I should have went somewhere else...Two weeks after oil change my dash is saying oil high can't get an answer from anyone In the automotive department..Never will I ever use this place again!!!People trust you guys will be reliable Not very dependable to me!!!

I was shopping over the weekend for a set of new tires most tire shops diddt have my size in stock or their prices were too highI called Walmart on W. Tusc and spoke with a young lady name Paula she told me they had two in stock I made a appointment she was very pleasant and helpful she told meThey had a truck coming in on Tuesday andshe called Tuesday told me my Tires came in I had them mounted today very satisfiedWith the Service WalMart doesn t need more automation WalMart Needs More Paula s ! PS People are what made WMNot Machines.

The WORST! I've always had issues with their service..caps being left off and things get broke. I ordered tires to be put on and they lie about all the upcharges. Oil changes were really bad..They watered down my fluids for windshield and when asked about it, admitted it. The costs go up and service gets worse! Try complaining about tire charges, it does NO good. They don't return calls and I was calm when I called. They are owned by the people so there's no point in telling anyone..will NEVER go there again! I used to get services done on a regular here years ago when it progressively got worse!

Came in to get tires put on a vehicle and was greeted with a less-than happy low-life middle-aged male who felt the need to raise his voice to me and talk down to me like I was his unwanted step-child. A huge no-no in today's world. Check your attitude at the door pal - you almost got knocked out this morning with a visit to the ICU. You were lucky there were children present. The amount of disrespect and just downright rude workers at this location deserves a visit from the District Manager and drain the swamp here. Not only did you lose a sale, I took my business elsewhere where I was treated with respect and dignity. Not that you or Walmart care 2 cents less about customer satisfaction. Remember who you talk to - you are no better than anybody else that walks in there. If you hate your job so bad, either quit or man up.

They were super rude. Went in to get battery as changed to twenty five minutes to test it after it They only gave up forty five percent of CoreVery disappointed with Walmart.

I tell you what, they are good to us there. I haven't had any issues any time I go there. Thanks to Ohio's pot holes and scrap trucks dropping metal, I see the Auto Care team more than I'd like to. I bought new tires in October of 2021 and I got the road hazard protection (I definitely recommend this to anyone getting new tires) and today I got a flat bad enough I needed a whole new tire. I really appreciate them helping me and being courteous. Good job Walmart auto care, today was stressful enough and they made it that much less stressful. Thank you so much.

Won't use Walmart for my automotive service ever again. Ineeded to have two new tires installed and went with Walmart for the low cost. After being jerked around for days, they proceeded to try to upsell me, stating that I HAD to have all 4 tires replaced on a 4-wheel-drive Jeep.I took my business elsewhere. And, it turns out that I was correct. If you want to replace only ONE tire, it has no affect on 4-wheel-drive vehicles!

They are horrible they lie about wait times and have you waiting hours before they even touch your vehicle I waited over an hour and they told me my wait would be 45 min.. when I went back there they still never even pulled my car back

Poor tech was left by himself and was frustrated which is understandable but he got my truck in and out quick and was still polite to me even though his coworkers left the area leaving him the only 1 to help the customers.

They replaced the wrong tire, forgot my oil change, didn't give me credit for my road hazard protection...and then it took them 3 hrs to correct the issues. This was by far the worse experience I have ever had at Walmart and/or an automotive shop. They rotated the tires and put the new tire on the front. Then when the Mgr was giving me the refund she asked me to sign an acknowledgement form stating that the tire placement should be in the rear and that it was dangerous to add a new single tire to the front, could be deadly. I refused and said, no...they put in on the front....she said, it doesn't matter, you can put it where ever you want, we just need you to sign the form. I said it's obviously important enough that walmart created a form because of it, the tire should be on the rear. She said...well what do you expect me to do about it? I left the store. Horrible service with poor direction from the manager!

I needed new wipers and the gentleman not only helped get the right size but also helped put them on for me. Very nice man !!! Definitely will go again

I have an 11 month old baby boy. And he can't go and sit somewhere for 3 hours without freaking out. And every time I go there, we are there double the time we are told. they didn't put my tires on right a couple months ago and when they put them on they knocked off my speed sensor and now it's flying around INSIDE my tire! just to check out my tires and take the front right one off we have been here now for 3 hours! (and counting!!) I will not be back to this Wal-Mart tire center. do not recommend it!

Terrible. Just like there is hardly anyone to check you out, there was only 2 mechanics. It was only 3 oil changes ahead of me but you would think it was 20 people ahead of me. It took me over 2hrs to get new tires.The cashier was showing her frustration that she was having with the shop mechanics.

Took care there for tires. After vehicle there they called about a massive brake fluid leak. Not a drop in driveway. Not a drop in parking spot. All in their bay. Obvious they did. Now car has NO brakes. Has to be towed. Drove there just fine.

Extremely long wait. Can't do a simple fix quickly. Better schedule ahead of time or you're waiting 2+ hours. I would recommend they hire more people if they cant figure out how to keep up with demands..

Great oil change! I only gave 3 stars because I also had my windshield wipers replaced and for the second time of them being changed by Walmart, the driver side wiper needed replaced less than 5 months later.

They change the prices on there own time.... Called in yesterday to ask about putting a tire on the rim, not my car... Just tire and rim ... 17... Call back today now its 30 something .......

Convenient but takes a while to get anything done. Do not think you're gonna bring yourself in there at 6 30 and get any service either. They close at 7 and they mean it. You may not even get service after 6 15. Call ahead, schedule service and get there early.

Thanks to Tuscarawas st Walmart Auto Center I was able to put all 4 new Goodyear all seasons tires on my car for only $200 !! Now I did have to pay an additional $65 for disposal which my fiance messed up and forgot to keep a spare outta the bunch but what are ya gonna do

Needed front tire on a 19 year old car. They did not even bother me with the other stuff that needs to be done. I appreciate not getting stressed out about that. They were quick and friendly.
