Kempthorn Volvo provided exceptional service! They handled my lease turn in and found the perfect new car for me. Roger was the most patient salesman I ve ever met. He was so thorough in explaining all the new car details to me. I highly recommend Kempthorn for anyone in the market for a new car! Excellent service!!!

I recently had to get another car and was referred to Kempthorn by a co worker. Car buying is one of my least favorite things to do in life. My wife and I went down to the dealership to look at the used preowned cars. Was introduced to Roger Kyriacou (one of the nicest people I have ever met). He spent over an hour with use looking at a Volvo XC60 and we also drive the vehicle. We decided to purchase the car and Roger made the whole process, easy and seamless. I highly recommend Roger. We will go back to Kempthorn for another car for sure. Great experience!!!!

Buying a vehicle is something I normally hate doing but Dana and the Kempthorn family made it a very pleasant experience! Helpful but not pushy. A really pleasurable process from start to finish I could not be happier! Thank you Dana a team !

This is our first time dealing with a Kempthorn Volvo in Canton. Our sales consultant was Shawn Ridgeway. His professional manner and knowledge of their vehicles made it easy to find the right vehicle for us. Once we found the car, he worked with us to make a fair deal.There was no pressure just genuine concern too help us. I recommend Shawn and the dealership highly

Service here was great! Roger was very helpful and the whole process for me was smooth! This was my first Volvo and I could not be more happy UPDATE .had to go in for a small computer issue with my key fob. I told Roger about it in the morning and he had me in right after I got off work and an he later I was on my way! Thank you for the great service Roger and Kempthorn!!!

Top notch experience from start to finish. Our Volvo representative Roger Kyriaco was outstanding in every way. We wanted very specific interior and exterior colors, options and model which as it turned out were almost non existent in the country. Roger located one that matched our criteria 6 hours away and had the dealer trade arranged before we left the lot. It arrived the next day. Impressive especially given the lack of cars nationwide. We got exactly what we wanted and quickly! Also impressive was Roger s very thorough orientation on all the features of the car and his assistance getting the car set up to your liking and needs. First class all the way.

My salesman Roger and Donnie in finance made my second Volvo lease absolutely seamless. Roger and the team at Kempthorn got the exact vehicle I was looking for (a new 6-seater XC90) and did it all so quickly I was able to maximize several rebates that applied to my transaction. I have never felt safer than I do in my Volvo, and Kempthorn made a new lease a 5-star experience. Thank you Roger!

Today, I went into the dealership to try to trade in my two vehicles for a used Volvo. My reason for this review is the customer service in the beginning of my visit. I walked into the Volvo showroom and stood there for at least 10 minutes while I watched multiple salespeople sit in their offices playing on their phone, at least that s what appeared. I also watched them chat with each other. Multiple other employees had walked in and clearly seen me standing there with my daughter. I made eye contact with most of them. My daughter even started to make noise so I know people were aware of my presence. Not a single person acknowledged us. I would have gladly waited a while if some would have just said I ll be with you in a few. I understand being busy. I was just about to take my business elsewhere when I walked to the Mazda side to find some help. That gentleman was very helpful and got me a salesman. I have worked in a dealership and retail where we ALWAYS acknowledge the customer. Today, I felt like no one wanted my business.

I keep returning to Kempthorn because they exceed my expectations every single time I buy. Dana and her sales team, as well as everyone from finance are always efficient in their communication, and Dana has always worked to give me the best deal available. If they continue this level of customer service and care, I cannot imagine ever going elsewhere. Top notch!

Roger Kyriacou and the entire team at Kempthorn went all out to find the exact car I wanted. They went were extremely friendly and flexible with my own schedule to pick up the vehicle. Roger kept me informed the entire time about the status of the delivery process. I would highly recommend Kempthorn Volvo and Roger Kyriacou for you car shopping needs.

Went to kempthorns looking for a cx-5 for the last month met Troy the salesman very knowledgeable about the suv and also a very nice person. Did a great job answered the questions I ask all&all great experience there . Oh and also close to home See Troy if you re looking for a new or I used car . Again great place.

No other salesperson/dealer that I contacted via phone or in person, matched the responsiveness, communication, professionalism, attention to detail and information provided, as Roger did, at Kempthorn Volvo. Superb customer service was rendered from my initial inquiry, through the process of making my decision to purchase, and pick up of my vehicle. He even came in during his vacation to personally deliver the vehicle to me and go over the many features. It was because of Roger that I purchased at Kempthorn, though it was not the closest dealership near me. It was a smooth, non-pressured process from beginning to end. I highly recommend Roger at Kempthorn Volvo.

Our experience was outstanding! Roger made sure we were comfortable with everything from start to finish. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, he was kind and patient. My experience purchasing a new vehicle was extraordinary. Never once did I feel any pressure to purchase only support in answering my many questions and multiple test drives. I could not be more pleased with my purchase. Great experience. Everyone was nice and helpful, Roger the salesman was especially outstanding. He took the time to explain all the details of the purchase and spent over 2 hours going over all the features on the new Volvo XC60. He also made sure all profiles for us were set up correctly in the cars computer.

I went to get a key for my son Volvo the battery was disconnected when they done the car need a jump to start when I got in it it was no lights on the dash so I want to ask the guy who work on it about the light before I ask him he turn around and said we only programmed the the key and he walked away not listening to meSo I got in the car and drove from canton to Youngstown which no lights on the dashboard could not move my seat mirrors and windowsWhen I got home turn the car off and it won t start without jump when I look I find out they did not tighten the batteryThank you KempthornI have 2 Volvo but I will never take them to kempthorn againI think you need to teach your employees how to talk to the costumersHe was very mean when he walked away without looking why the the dashboard have no lightIt was like he don t careThey just charge me $425 for a key man s that s all he care forSorry I will not recommend kempthorn for my friends who own a Volvo

My husband and I were extremely pleased with our experience at Kempthorn Volvo. Roger was so knowledgeable, approachable, and engaging. We purchased a V90 XC and it was a pleasant and positive journey. When we picked up our car ~ his tutorial was stellar! He was patient and so helpful as we learned all the bells and whistles. It could have been daunting if not for Roger making it flow easily. Do not be shy to pop in at Kempthorn if you are car shopping. Ask for Roger! However, each person we encountered Kempthorn made us feel cared for. Thanks Kempthorn Volvo!

We had the BEST experience purchasing our new Volvo! Roger was extremely thoughtful and helped up us through every step of the way. We were in on Saturday to test drive the vehicle and needed a few days to talk it through. There was no pushy sales talk or pressure! I had such a wonderful experience buying my car from Kempthorn Motors. Roger was an excellent, knowledgeable salesperson that took his time explaining and showing me all of the incredible features of the different Volvos without making me feel pressure to make a quick decision. After I purchased my car, he made the entire process and experience seamless. He spent a few hours with me going over all the features of my car and how to use them. He called in a few days after purchase to follow up and make sure everything was going well.Dana and the finance department were also wonderful and very helpful!I would highly recommend Kempthorn Motors to my family and friends!

I loved buying my SUV from Roger at Kempthorn Volvo. He patiently helped me order exactly what I wanted, thoroughly explained my options, and spent over an hour helping me learn the bells and whistles of my car when I picked it up. What set Roger apart from other car salespeople was that he was so laid-back and low-pressure. He didn t ever try to shame me into wanting upgrades that I don t need. I highly recommend this dealership, and Roger specifically, for your Volvo or Mercedes purchase.

My husband and I were in the market to purchase a used car for me. Just by chance, we stopped in to Kempthorn Motors in Canton to take a look. Our sales person, Rod Nichols greeted us and showed us cars we were interested in. We bought a Volkswagen Passat and couldn't be happier. The whole process went thru perfectly; the sale, finance, (thank you Alisa), and receiving our car. After detailing, our car was beautiful and we are so happy Thank you
