I had a fantastic experience purchasing a 2023 Tiguan SE last week at Kempthorn, with Shawn!! He was so friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and guided me through every step of the car buying process. The staff here is really professional and they look for ways to make the car buying process a really positive one for their customers.

Splendid, wonderful, amazing, and professional! There aren t enough words to describe how great my experience was with Kempthorn Volkswagen. Ruth Franz is top notch at understanding the vehicles, safety features and making sure you feel involved in every step of the process. She and Ian Franz communicated clearly, took the time to explain options for financing and models of vehicle. The whole team, rockstars, but Ruth, may be one of the most talented woman in sales! Go see them , you won t regret it and leave feeling like royalty!

Troy was so easy to work with and made purchasing our new vehicle an absolute breeze and enjoyable. I had my car in for an alignment a few weeks back. After a few weeks my alignment was off so bad, I had to have a tow truck bring my car to you. I was told that I must have hit something for the alignment to be off. It was an adjustment nut that obviously wasn't tightened and loosened while driving. I was charged another $150. When I brought it in the 2nd time I told them that they must have forgot to tighten something. So I have this 150+ another65 for towing. Would you be happy?

We would highly recommend Kempthorn Motors as well as our salesman Bob Novak. There was absolutely no pressure involved as there is in some places. Bob was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and helped answer all our questions. We purchased an Atlas Sport Utility and let me tell you it drives and rides like a dream. VW warranty is another reason for our decision to purchase this vehicle. Our overall rating for dealership and salesman is a +5!Highly recommend!

Troy Pascley was our salesman, however he didn t treat us like we were his customers, he treated us like we were his friends! He was so personable, honest, and attentive to all of our questions! He provided us with knowledge about our new car, honest information about the financing process and shared in our excitement and joy when we finalized the deal! He was happy to spend extra time with us answering all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in all aspects of the car buying process! We are so thankful for the great staff at Kempthorns and couldn t be happier with the buying process and our new purchase!

So happy with my 2023 Tiguan. Ian Franz provided me details for two vehicles (I was also interested in a gray 2022 Tiguan) and let me think overnight on it. I reached back out to Jayhue Murdock the next day and sealed the deal within a few hours (on a Saturday). Note: Jayhue also sat on the phone with my insurance company to make sure I was fully insured before driving off the lot. I even got some cool VW swag. I'm really thrilled with my new car. I'm 53 years old and have NEVER had a brand new car. Since purchasing in June, I've taken numerous day trips and the comfort/safety features are wonderful. I feel good to be able to take my family places and not worry about being stranded somewhere. Thanks to everyone at Kempthorn.

My car was in for the "polyfuse" recall and the 50,000 service. My service invoice did not include any explanation of what exactly was done as part of the 50,000 service other than oil and filter change. Several of my previous cars came with a detailed check list of what work was done at a major service.

Bob was on top of everything, located vehicle I wanted, kept me informed, was thorough, explained the differences in package levels and made my selection easier. He was personable, remembered my questions and concerns and followed up on how things were going with my new Taos. He also asked if I needed more help and to let him know.

Made an appointment to look at why my sos light and amber warning light was on several weeks back. Thinking they could tell me thru on board diagnostics that I would probably need a module that I had read other owners were dealing with on this same problem. No they told me it would.take all day to remove.my dashboard! They did arrange a courtesy ride home. So at the end of the day yes they tell me I'll need this suspectd module and there were many on backorder. So left without problem fixed with a promise they would eventually call me when part becomes available. No idea when this may happen?

Everyone is always friendly. The waiting area while my car is being serviced is nice and you don't have to sit right up on top of someone while you wait.

Excellent dealership. Service department is top notch. Also, salesman Bob Novak is the best salesman I've ever encountered when buying a new car. He is not only very personable and helpful but also very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling. He was able to answer virtually every question I had about the Mazda CX5 that I was buying. He also was able to explain all of the details of the vehicle drivers system and entertainment system.Best buying experience I've ever had.

My experience here was so above and beyond what I expected from a car buying experience. Being a first time car buyer, I was so overwhelmed. Bob Novak was exceptional. I was recommended here by my sister, who previously bought her car from Mr. Novak. He was very personable, honest, easy to work with, and communicative. He was extremely patient with all the questions I asked and did everything he could to get me an amazing deal. All the information, regarding car buying, was provided and explained to me upfront. The car buying process was extremely stress-free, not at all what I expected. I would highly recommend buying from Kempthorn Motors. I cannot say enough about my positive experience here. I can see myself returning there over the years, whenever the time comes for a new car.

From arrival to being handed back my keys it took 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation, and that s with skipping the car wash so I could leave. This was after communicating with the advisor that I would need to leave to get my children from school at a certain time. I had to arrange other means to get my children picked up at the last minute since I had no vehicle. There was no communication whatsoever that it would be delayed beyond my expected time frame. Whoever answers the phone is always rude and It s slow ever time I m there. I will likely be using another location for service from here on out. Only gave a 2nd star because the engine didn t blow up on the way home and the wheels didn t fall off, so well done there.

Buying a car from Bob Novak at Kempthorn is unlike any other car buying experience. He is so knowledgeable about his products and doesn t push you toward any certain vehicle. The entire process went so quickly and easy including trading in our vehicle. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that includes test drives. Any questions we ve had since we got our new car we re taken care of by Bob who is only a phone call away. It is our second new car purchase from Bob. He was the main reason that we began our search for a new car with him at Kempthorn . VW is lucky to have him ! 100% satisfied!

I just purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan this weekend. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Novak. Bob was great to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure we got into our new car with the payments we were comfortable with. He also made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. He spent the time to help set up and go over all the features of the car. Bob was knowledgeable and answered questions we had. The entire vehicle trade in and purchase process was a breeze. Ian was excited and very helpful starting the whole sale process. Ruth was fantastic with explaining all the numbers and payment options. Donny in finance was great. He was crystal clear on all available extras to add to the vehicle deal. After officially purchasing the vehicle Ruth completed an amazing delivery. This was my first new Volkswagen and I am totally delighted to say the least. This was my best new car purchase by far. Their moto, "Easy, Fun, and Friendly" was pretty accurate. I had been looking on their site at some cars, came across two I wanted to look at then used the chat to help me get in contact with someone. From there Rachel texted me to confirm the cars I wanted to look at/test drive and to set me up for an appointment with Bob Novak. Bob was awesome, super friendly and he was really hustling; literally, he was jogging from his desk, to the car, and to different clients. He did an wonderful job balancing time between people, I never felt like I was left stranded while he was helping someone else. The financing part was very smooth and quick, as well, and the guy was also super friendly. In total I was there from about 3:30 to 5:45, so to test drive and get all the paperwork done to get a new car all compete in a little over 2 hours was great compared to my previous experience elsewhere and compared to what I've heard from some other people. They did a nice job making sure a final detailing was done and topping of the tank. Then for a super sweet ending they gave me a little goodie bag with a note pad, screen/glasses wipe, thank you card, and chocolates from a local store, Heggy's Nut Shop. Highly recommend!
