The guy who runs this place is so kind and helpful. He expects his employees to do quality work and the communication is so perfect. Probably the most professional and caring place I've been to get my car serviced. They make it very easy to take care of your car and they give you the information that you need. Id recommend this place to anyone who does not have the ability to work on their car themselves. Going to these instant oil change places is always a risk but here it just feels like seeing your favorite mechanic friends.

No pressure to buy anything I don't need yet they know what they're doing and they're speedy at doing it. They treat people right and they clearly care about what they're doing. Yet another of many great experiences for me I will continue to get my needs taken care of here!

I was running late for an event and noticed my oil light was coming on. I pulled in here and was greeted with a smile. I explained the situation and they quickly checked my oil and the stick was dry. In no time they put oil in and even did a quick check of the other fluids. All I was charged for was the oil. I was also very happy to see that they had a female working just like the Massillon store does. These people know what great customer service is and how to do a fantastic job. I truly enjoyed speaking with them.***sorry guys I can t find where I wrote down your names but I m glad you allowed me to take a picture. I really wanted to bring attention to you all for being so awesome ***

Seriously, the friendliest people work here. They're not aggressive salesmen, they're super helpful and pleasant and they value your time. They get you in and out impressively quick, all while still being kind and funny. I trust these folks care of Judith, my 17 year old Pontiac Vibe that is also the love of my life. These people treat ol' Judy right. Here are a few pics of her getting her tubes or pipes cleaned out or whatever. May she live forever

Customer service was great! Reason for the stars however oil changes on the busiest day should be an hour I get it, 2 hours is too long. I understand that they have no control over what happens when lifting the hood of the car but in my incident they could. My oil change was 45 minutes in which after sitting there for a half hour asked what's going on. They used a contraction which sucks the oil out of the engine instead of removing the plug and replacing it. Told the worker to put in the details of my account never use that again. Again the customer service was great but cause me a set back for the 2 hour wait for a quick service. Also the delivery guy for the supplies loaded the items in the middle of the floor in which it's already tight getting in there imagine loosing 2 more feet of space

Update to my last review 3wks ago after a oil change. Had a concern about oil light coming on and no oil on the dip stick. Called them, had no problem telling us to come back they will top off. No mention of money for the oil. Sat in line for an hour with no money. Our turn they wanted money for oil. Like you didnt feel i needed to know i needed money on the phone. Youll top off other fluids but not the oil? And thats why i called? Left driving my car with no oil smh

This location has the most friendly and efficient workers. They were so fast in getting my oil change and filter taken care of and with no pressure. They were very trustworthy and honest. It's refreshing to go to an establishment in todays world that everyone was so nice and work so hard. Thanks everyone at the 4615 W Tuscarawas location. Very efficient location for a quick oil change. The employee's preformed the oil change quickly. They checked all the filters, inflated the tires to the proper pressure and filled the washer fluid. The synthetic oil change is a bit overpriced at $102, but the service is fast and wait times are usually short.

Went in less than an hour before close. Couldn't get a repair shop to change out battery without waiting days, but they got it done right away. Their pricing saved me over $100.00! They were very friendly and communicated great through the process! First time there, but they will definitely be my regular service shop for oil changes and beyond. They even had another guest stop in 15 minutes before close and they got him in for an oil change. A-W-E-S-O-M-E service! GREATLY appreciated! Joe

Fast & friendly service. Expect the normal up-selling of their services which they are trained to do & I'm ok with that because even if I don't have them do scheduled maintenance I'm made aware it needs done. I have to thank them for letting me know my transmission pan was almost rusted through. Got that taken care of immediately where I take my vehicle for service.

Have been taking the car only to here and to the dealership. my one one receipt from February tells me everything was fine and now my skidplate has lost screws and had to take it all the way off due to damage of it coming loose. only to find out the drain bolt for oil is leaking and left big oil spots on my drive way this car is still fairly new and has had no other major problems was told I would get a call haven't received one yet pretty disappointing

Starting off on a good note, I will say the staff is incredibly friendly. Honestly amazing customer service. However, after visiting every 2/3months for almost a full year and them being the only ones to service my vehicle it was discovered that they put something that was NOT brake fluid where my brake fluid goes while doing a basic oil change. This fatal error cost me close to $1000 and may end up causing more damage down the line. Like I said, great customer service at this location, but honestly not worth the $1000 I just had to drop due to carelessness.

Thought the guy that waited on me was arrogant and somewhat rude. The fellas that worked on my vehicle were very sweet tho. For that I'm thankful. But their oil change for synthetic oil is higher priced than what Serra charges, where I purchased this vehicle. The guys at this location were so much fun and so very pleasant to me! They found a major mechanical problem i was unaware of and because of their thorough inspection under the hood I feel as though I was saved from what could have been a very bad situation. Definitely will return to this shop for oil changes and fluid top-offs!!

Abit expensive, but when you don't want to wait hours for an oil change this is a good option. Very friendly and do a good job. Also found out if you bring a new engine air filter and a cabin filter they will put them in for you.

Excellent superfast service. They changed my oil and told me the other work that needed to be done without any pressure. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me or trying to up sell me for anything like I have felt at other places. The Assistant Manager Nick runs a tight ship.

This was by far the most polite service I've ever had. Cletus literally ran out to my car to tell me which lane will get me done faster and told me how long my wait was. The assistant manager, Marcus was very confident and clearly knew his products, he delivered all the information in a well spoken and friendly manor. I will always go here from now on.

Nothing instant about spending two hours here for an oil change. Also the parking lot is set up, that once you pull in you cannot leave without having a service preformed or waiting for the bays to clear.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I got my wipers cleaned here the other day. Great place. Very professional and it's clear they know what they're doing.My only complaint is that the guy kept calling me 'ma'am' at check out, even after seeing my name is Maxwell. It was a bit awkward.

I generally get all my oil changes here, but they always want to do extra things to get your money...air filters, batteries, tire rotations. The last time I went it was nearly $100.
