Overall staff was nice, but there were several mistakes made while servicing my car:1) they put regular air into my tires even though I have green caps. Unfortunately I didn't notice until they had already done both tires on one side so I didn't say anything.2) they spilled oil all over the place while filling, though they did clean up after3) they forgot to replace the air intake filter4) not a mistake, but I was there a long time. 3 other cars came and went in the time it took them to change my oil for some reason?I'll probably still come back and give them another shot, because they generally seem to be good, but I think I just happened to get a guy who wasn't as experienced

Super friendly and efficient crew. Of course, it is pricey for full synthetic but not having to make an appointment and wait an hour is definitely worth the extra cash!They re open later than many other places, which is great. Thanks to Howard and the team for great service!

The past two times my wife and I had our oil change or any other services the cars ended up in the shop due to their negligence. Do not recommend. Will never return

Great customer service but it always takes long. Reason for the 2 star review is they never put oil in the filter before installing it, though it does fill up eventually I always have to add oil after driving for a little bit an it just causes unnecessary wear on my motor.

I had about a 15-20 minute wait. Once I got in they took really great care of everything! Customer service was great as always showing and telling me what needs done to my truck or what is coming due in the future, went over all prices and explained what every service is for on your vehicle. Great job Assistant manager Jake and his crew! Definitely will be back again!!!

Made the switch after being a take 5 oil customer for years. Higher cost, but worth the price. Guy lays the charm a little thick, but I feel they genuinely care about helping my car. Will be back.

I went in today expecting a long wait but got in nearly the moment after my wheels stopped! I was greeted by David who was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He took very good care of me and informed me of services I was due for and walked me through an entire process for a transmission service. David was very patient with my questions and had very in depth answers as well. The price was very affordable and It didn't take any time at all. They all got me in and out very quickly and and I will definitely be back.Services: Transmission, Oil change

I cannot say enough good about this specific Valvoline location!!! The staff were so nice, conversated with me, made sure my car was in the best shape it could be before pulling away. Got a $15 off coupon by calling in and total it was $38. Very very happy to have stopped by!

They do a good job here. They just need to give some warning before charging you 54 dollars for a 10 dollar cabin air filter. Other than that I can't complain. Good service and they do everything to spec.

Ive been to this particular establishment a few times and the service is as convenient, efficient, welcoming, and polite as customer service can get. Today i was serviced by Jacob, Jamie, and jacob (as listed on invoice) they were extremely efficient and gave helpful diagnosis, jake the (ill call) customer service rep whom asked not to be mentioned for not having done any of the dirty work tied the entire experience together while they worked he was polite and concise and extremely helpful in diagnosing what issues i have with my car prices expected work time and a plethora of other information about my vehicle, their services, and their systems. Overall my experiences with them have always been this pleasant they def deserve a review every trip.

Service people were excellent and very friendly. The main technician really seemed like he enjoyed his work (which is unusual in this day and age). He clearly explained all the available products but did not force it on me. He even recommended that I didn't need to change my air filter, he didn't try to BS me into buying it anyways. Their shop was clean and state-of-the-art. Thank you for Great service.Only downside was that they only have two bays and I went during rush hour so I had to wait about 15 minutes to get in.I normally do all my own work as I am VERY skeptical about car repair/service places (I know, I worked at one in high school). I was still impressed by their service.

This place is awesome! They were fast, thorough, informative, polite, and extremely helpful. The overall experience was wonderful. The additional features that are included at no cost, including features that can be used between oil changes makes it a great value as well.I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a quick inspection, oil change, and information about basic car maintenance. They are very willing to help, and answer questions. They provide numbers and proof, if requested, for any additional maintenance they suggest you have without being pushy, or demanding that you spend more money than they originally quoted for what you asked.I know I will be coming back for any further needs they can fulfill, even if I can get it cheaper somewhere else. That level of customer service in this industry is rare, and I appreciate it enough to be willing to spend more money.So if you're looking for cheap somewhere else, remember, you get what you pay for. And this location is worth every penny spent.

I ve taken company vehicles here for years simply because I don t have to pay my own money for the services. But I can t in good conscience continue giving this place my business. Time after time they mess something up. They left an 18 inch breaker bar under my hood and sent me on my way, the never seem to be able to put a skid plate back on correctly, and most recently I got my oil changed and they didn t tighten the oil pan all the way so I was left with a huge oil spot in my driveway. I will travel further and pay more money if it means I can get an oil change done without the extra hassle.Service: Oil change

Went for an oil change and didn't have a lot of time. When someone wants extra Services done other than oil changes that takes longer, there should be a special Bay for that vehicle so that others wanting a quick oil change won't have to wait an extra 15 20 30 minutes. Did not get oil change and left.

Very nice employees and I m happy with the service provided, but it was a pretty long wait and I got boxed in by other customers so I couldn t even leave if I hadn t been able to wait that long.

Have visited this location at least five times now, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and quick every single time. Oil changes are reasonably priced, and they do a thorough check on the rest of your car, filling liquids and checking tire pressures. They make recommendations of other services they can do while you re in, but are never pushy about them. Any time I m in need of an oil change I don t even think about other companies because I ve had nothing but positive experiences here.

went to get a quick oil change in my bmw.the guy forced an oil into my car that i never used before. claimed that s what it says it takes, yet even at the bmw dealership they didn t put 5w30EURO just regular synthetic. took over an hour and costed me over 150 for an OIL CHANGE. kept saying i didn t want the special oil. he did it anyways. probably because i m a woman sadly car has been ticking since 1000 miles after the oil change.wouldn t go here unless you re a man and know alllll about cars.

The staff at this location were FANTASTIC. Had my vehicle in and out in under 15 min. The crew were extremely friendly and helpful. Safe to say I'll be using these guys for the foreseeable future.

Very fast and friendly. Explained what services and what they costed. Never felt pressured to buy anything I didn't want.
