Saved me so much time by taking care of a swollen lug nut that Costco Tire center couldn t handle after purchasing tires from them.A neighbor recommended Top Value and they removed the lug nut on the house in no time.These guys know what they re doing!

Absolutely standup auto repair establishment! They fixed my rattle in the front end (Shocks & Struts) for much less than the Lexus Dealership, and with ten times more courteous service.The lady behind me when I was checking out asked if someone would put air in her tire for her. The gentleman behind the counter did not miss a beat. Told her very kindly to pull her car up to the garage and they would take care of it.How you treat your non-paying customers as well as the paying, I think speaks to the integrity of the shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Gary and his team are excellent. They run an honest, fairly priced and top quality Service Center. We have used Top Value for my truck a few times over the years. Every time was courteous service and a job well done! I would highly recommend them! They aren't out to rip you off. So glad I was guided towards them. They replaced my muffler again - being it was a lifetime warranty, they replaced it with no questions asked. This is Alexander, quality of service was excellent. Front desk manager is very friendly, patient, intelligent. Price is good too. Friendly and professional. I came to this service center with miss-fire issues in my car. Miss-fire was a cause/result of few other complex problems and Top Value guys were able to find root cause such as fuel-injector issue, acid build-up residue in spark plugs, starter issues, miss-fire in cylinders etc. These guys have a lot of experience and they seem to outperform all other local places in this field of work. This place was honest, reliable and fast. One of the good things, is that mechanic even placed old parts nicely in boxes back into my car, so that I can bring old starter to parts store to get a rebate. I was referred to this garage, and I am so glad. They are reasonable, quality work, and have a friendly staff. If you need work done no matter what the job, I recommend them. I called and they fit me in same day. After my repair I had questions and they were extremely courteous. I will be back here for whatever my next car need is.

Very Honest, Very ProfessionalI'm from out of state and had to an emergency muffler problem. They squeezed me in to find my problem. Knowing I wouldn't be a regular customer I'm sure some place else could have charged me much more, but they fixed my muffler at a very reasonable price. Also helped with a smaller issue at my request without hesitation.Rich was my contact and was friendly and professional and trustworthy.

Came in this morning to get my exhaust fixed. Rich was able to fit me in today, found the parts I needed and charged a very reasonable rate. My car was ready this afternoon and I will be returning if I need anything else to be repaired. I highly recommend Rich and the mechanics at Top Value.

Honest!! That is what I really appreciate about this place. Dropped my Jeep off Friday late afternoon so that I wouldn't need to get a ride early Saturday to drop it off for my appointment. Early evening I got a message it was finished!! Finished Friday when the appointment was for Saturday!!! Highly recommended this place!!!

Gary is absolutely wonderful! To make a long story short I was 2 weeks outside of my warranty and Chrysler would not help me. I brought my car to Gary because when you drove it, at times it would feel as if you were hitting a rumble strip. He identified the issue and got me over to somebody who could help repair my transmission. He answered every question, took every phone call, and did everything he could to help. He referred me over to transmissions by Rick whom also did a fantastic job and was very fair in their pricing. I'll never go anywhere else.Service: Transmission

If you have auto/exhaust needs, this business is fast, reliable, honest, and friendly. It comes highly recommended by a woman who's been raked over the coals once or twice. I have recommended them to anyone who has an automotive problem. If there was a 10 star review, I'd give it for this company.

Have been using Top Value for 20 years. Several cars over the years. Always get expert service at a very fair price. Better than that, you can trust them to fix only what needs fixed. A repair shop you can trust.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my car after Downtown Ford had failed multiple times. The guys are friendly and the prices are fair. They have gained a new loyal customer with the top notch service they provided.

Do not take your car here. I waited two months, and when I picked up my car, it was still broken and they only had worked on it for two labor hours. I called continuously checking in on it and they always gave me excuses. DO NOT GO HERE

These guys are excellent! I went there mid-morning with a loud muffler and they fixed it that day at a very reasonable price! If I still lived in Canton I would definitely go therefore all my car needs!

I'm not a big review guy but these people earned one. I took my high modified performance street car to them for a broken exhaust and they welded it so it works and sounds like new. No more rattles, only peace of mind for a FAIR price (which is hard to come by now-a-days). A+ for Gary the manager and his staff

In 2014 I took my own parts for an Explorer's parking brake. Some of my hardware kit was wrong, and Gary charged a reasonable price for the correct kit. Long time ago, but I should mention. Rich also said bring in a used car to look over before buying.
