Dave took good care even same day service I mean Dave took good care of me n it was fast I recommend them everyone. I also have postpartum and they was very considerate about my feelings n time from my new baby . Dave n his workers was amazing I was done with ball joint tires and alignment with in hr great pricing as well . I'm so grateful I Love it thanks guy I appreciate all you. They had my car for a month. Words to describe the level of absolute incompetence for an entire store does not exist in the English language. Wheel came off my car, wrecked my shocks and needed new tires. Had to order a part from the dealership that took 3 weeks to arrive. And when I got my car back the parking brake doesn t work, the trunk light is connected to nothing, and the new shocks squeak like a honeymoon suite in Utah.Then, as icing on this gourmet cupcake of incompetence, I drop my truck off there to fix a brake line when I pick my car up. 3 weeks, and it hadn t moved from where I parked it. Guy said he can t do brakes, they don t make the part anymore. And I was told I was called several times about my truck and he couldn t get through. All manner of other phone calls made it through, including spam from Europe.As someone who is also blue collar, this would never stand in my job. Absolutely disappointing customer service in all areas. If this was an Olympic event, this store would bring home the gold, silver, bronze followed by a personal panned pizza for going above and beyond in all events.

There was an issue with the parts being incorrect when the shop received them which put back the timeline for getting my vehicle by when I needed it for an out of town appointment. So I did not have it in time. But the manager was wonderful about keeping me updated and making sure that I had it as soon as possible given the issues that were had with the wrong part and the difficulties they had replacing the part. My car has been driving better now than when I bought it 5 years ago.

I went to Tire Choice for an oil change after a previous negative experience at another oil change shop nearby. I had discovered that the other shop had put the oil filter housing on far too tight and couldn't be removed without a risk of damage. The original shop said because of Carfax reporting as my last oil change (they didn't do) as a full change, they couldn't be sure it was them and that they did not have the part in case there was damage. This meant I had to take time to go to another shop, and probably would incur more cost. After not taking my claim seriously that they caused the problem, they only remedy offered was a free oil change.I was able to slide right into Tire Choice and the entire team was phenomenal. Not only did they get the housing off, they worked quickly to secure a replacement and get me back on the road within the hour. I will be taking my household's business to the team at Tire Choice going forward. The staff was friendly and helpful and very meticulously walked me through every step of the process.

This place is beyond crazy I came in the end of September for a alignment and new tires they told me I couldn t get a alignment and still took the money said it was allFor my tires when I spoke with the owner he said that s not possible it said I turned it down he who was super nice (so I thought ) we spoke about getting half off on my alignment because his workers were a joke he then blocked me and now there isn t a way for me to get my alignment I kept my paperwork and will be contacting someone to push this issue!!!!! Y all done even deserve a start

I have been coming here for years! They have never done me wrong! They have been life savers so many times! They do great work, from the Mechanics to Management! I don't trust anywhere will with my vehicles!

When I came in the mechanics had their hands full but I was still met at the counter. I walked across to grab breakfast and noticed they already had my car on the lift. While I was waiting another gentleman came in to have some work done. It seemed they were busy still the service technician "Mike" showed him the same service. Highly recommend this place as it came as advertised, courteous, well kept and reasonably priced.

Went in on Friday wanting to get my car looked at I was pretty certain I had a bad evap purge valve under my hood, as I had another mechanic say he thought so and also my car has this as a common issue all my symptoms were the same as a lot of other Escape owners with the same problem. I specifically asked for this part to be checked.The mechanic (john) insisted that it was the fuel canister on the back of the car instead (and replaced that on Saturday.) I asked him will this fix the issue with my car not starting after I pump gas for sure? And he guaranteed that it would. Well I drive away for 10 min to go pump gas to see if my issue was fixed and came right back bc it was not fixed at all. I paid almost $500 for a part/work I didn t need. Mechanic made a quick phone call and then suddenly agreed it was in fact the purge valve. I returned today for them to replace it. He acted as if he was doing me a favor for replacing it at no charge. Even though he replaced the wrong part to begin with and did not check the purge valve when I wanted it checked. He was very rude the whole time today and also told us that he wasn t wrong both parts were bad and go hand in hand . If this were the case then he would ve mentioned that they both needed replaced in the first place and that fixing one wouldn t fix the problem. So not true. He didn t have a great attitude about it. Not one apology to me this entire time that I had to keep coming back. We asked that the cost of the unnecessary part be refunded as it was more expensive then the part I needed and he wouldn t do so.Not only was the servicing a problem. But the customer service wasn t there. the first day I came in John had told me I shouldn t have went to another shop to have my transmission replaced 2 months ago bc basically it wasn t a great shop. Even though that shop did a great job and they fixed my issue at the time. So not a great look to put down another business to make yourself look better. Unnecessary remarks when he himself didn t fix my car after talking bad about another shop.

I have been taking a couple of Jeep Wranglers to this particular Tire Choice Auto Service Center in Plain Township for a couple of years now. Richard and Zach (as well as the technicians) are great. They are friendly, honest and reasonable with the work that they complete. Would recommend!

Went in for brand new tires on my jeep. Spent almost 800.00. When I pick my car up the guy tells me my rim is bent pretty bad in the back and I should fix it before it ruins the new tires. I never would have spent the money to get new tires if the rim was bent that bad. They should have called before they put new tires on them. Don't go here!

Unsafe and dishonestCar died in front of this shop - John said they do repairs.Ran $117 for diagnostic, no problem found. Said they'd look at it again no charge if problem recurred.Stalled again on highway. I towed it to their shop ($255).Tried charging me again for diagnostics then overcharged for a repair ($988 for alternator and battery) then assured me that was the problem, it should run fine after.5 minutes after driving out of their parking lot, died again on the side of the road. John said he'd either come out or have someone look at it / towed back to another place after shop closed.He never did.Towed it to another mechanic for a real evaluation (additional $200 for tow).My advice for Tire Choice:1. Don't practice unsafe auto care. If you don't know - refer me to someone who can fix the problem rather than leave me stranded 2x...I almost had an accident twice because of this.2. If you guarantee something was the problem - make sure you actually KNOW what's wrong.3. Don't overcharge people. Alternator and battery should have cost me $650 maximum by current prices. Add a second $117 for diagnostics (which you lied about and said would be free) and you're still $221 or upcharging by >22%.4. Follow through with your word. If you say you're going to pick up the car and correct your mistake - do it.Overall, this cost me an unnecessary $1560 and I have no car.I have told the tow company about this shop so they do not refer people for tires, repairs, or alignment.There are honest, fair, and competent shops out there. This is not one.

My muffler detached today - Tire Choice got me in same day, also did an oil change for me and reattached the muffler in less than an hour. Very nice staff, can't ask for much more!

Even though I had a slow leak in a rear tire due to a screw I picked up through normal driving it was a quick service for it to be repaired and affordable to give me peace of mind. Very happy with the service.

Tyler Dunmire went above & beyond for me. I got my tires replaced and he let me know what else I needed fixed and helped me get an affordable price to get it done. I'll definitely be coming back to this location thanks to him. Also his costumer service is unmatched. The world needs more employees like this man

Stopped in at this service shop while out and about on 2/13/23 because I had just recently bought some really good but used wheels and tires for my '17 STI and needed to see about getting my TPMS sensors reflashed for the car bc they came off of another subaru that had my wheels specs. I didn't wanna go to a dealership and had called around a bit before and nobody was available to get me in to check or wouldn't answer a phone call. I walked in and spoke to the store manager and Was given an estimate on how much it would be to replace all 4 TPMS sensors in the event that they would need swapped out from either not working with the BCU or being broken from wear and tear or hitting really bad bumps or potholes, being that they are low profile tires i have on. Altogether the service took maybe an hour to get the car serviced from start to finish to find out all I needed was to have the sensors flashed to work with my car and wasnt charged anything for work for a simple reflash. Great communication and ran me thru all possibilities of issues and ran estimates for each problem in case any of them were to be the case and in the end was able to get me in and back out on the road as quick as possible with only having 2 people running the shop that day and having other cars being serviced.

I had a tire issue and they fixed the problem quickly. They even showed me the vehicle and the problem. The guy that works at the front was extremely nice and professional. I'm weary of places especially big tire shops. They can be a scam and not trustworthy but I felt good about my visit. I even had them change my oil.

If you re a female I don t suggest you ever step foot into this place.. first off the manager John Cole treated me like I was stupid and had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. He also made multiple inappropriate comments about me that made me very uncomfortable and wouldn t stop.

Good and bad. This review is on the location on Whipple Avenue.We were visiting Canton from West Virginia when we had an alternator go bad on us. Being a Saturday I was just trying to get home and to find some place that might be able to install a new one for us so we could get home. Tire Choice was able to get us in that is the good. The bad was the alternator that they installed, which was from Autozone, turned out to be defective which we discovered on our way back. We took our van to Kia back home that told us that the voltage regulator had failed and that aftermarket alternators are not good which I have had more than one bad experience with. We also discovered that the belt tensioner was damaged from what looked like a pry bar that was used on it which had froze it in place and it was not holding the proper tension. The cost of new belt and alternator was $520. I have been contacting them as to whether I can get a refund at least for the defective part that they said had a lifetime warranty with no progress as of yet.UPDATE - I did not receive any refund for the junk alternator. I would have had to tow my vehicle to the nearest Monro which was 20 miles away to which they would have replaced the alternator with what probably would have been another junk alternator. I would avoid Tire Choice, Monro, etc if you need any electrical parts. Their warranty is no good if you have to continually have your vehicle towed to their shops.

The free inspection service is great. They were very thorough, friendly and professional. It turns out that I didn't need work done yet. I will definitely go back when work needs done.

Had to take my company truck in for some serious work. All four rotors, pads for all four tires, new tires and alignment, oil change, and general fluid check and top off... I been working in tiltonsville Ohio just this side of the west Virginia border... In the mountains where the road meets the mud and gravel at a 35� to 40� angle upward so coming down is like a roller coaster at cedar point... I was simply just talking to the guy about it while waiting on my company to approve.. after I got the green light for everything.. I thought nothing of the conversation with the guy... Went and checked out a few stores , ate a sandwich, about an hour and a half later went to check in with him... He took the extra effort and time to find tires a little meatier and suitable for what I am doing, no extra charge to my company, put the white lettering in and explained to me after hearing my story how he took the time to look around and found me something a little better based on what I said without trying to gouge my company for it... Just more concerned about me... Wow a mechanic that took the time to care took the time to look and actually didn't try and take my company for more money if you don't go to tire choice on Whipple and Fulton you're missing out!!!

Went in for an oil change and front end noise. Ended up sitting for an hour longer than he told me and they rushed the job. After I left 2 dash lights on, brakes crunched, and was charged for an alignment but when I left the manager told me if it pulls to bring it back and they would fix it. Shouldn't it already be fixed? While waiting the manager straight up lied to a customer leading her to believe her vehicle had been looked at when no one had gone near it. Terrible experience I will be going across the street in the future.

Accidentally went to the wrong Monro, but Kenny didn't hesitate to work me in same-day. The technician was able to spot my exhaust issue within minutes as well as doing other inspections of my vehicle. Very fast and very affordable. These guys do great work!

Excellent customer service! we will continue to bring our vehicles here for servicing, tires, etc. they ve done a great great job on multiple repairs for us at reasonable/ affordable pricing. Kenny did an excellent job at finding us the perfect deal for our new tires. Great service all around. Hard to find these days.

Store Mgr Kenneth helped me immensely this past Friday! I came in only for an alignment but turns out I needed more work done before that could be properly completed. He could tell that it was a rather pricey financial burden on me and after listening to my concerns, he gave me a great deal on my other repairs, and he even price matched and installed my new tires for me (which I was planning on purchasing elsewhere). Overall phenomenal service from him and the technician who worked on my car and even went above and beyond to show me how to replace my own windshield wipers. Being a 20-something he old female living away from home, going to these car places is always a headache and troublesome but he made sure to take good care of my cars needs and reassure me I came to the right place!

I had another outstanding experience at the Monroe Muffler on Whipple Avenue in Canton. The manager, Kenny, is a very professional and outstanding individual who makes sure everything is perfect for you. This time I had an oil change, but I have been here for most everything ; brakes, mufflers, etc. and I have always had a fantastic experience particularly at this location. But I have been at other Monro locations and had the same great experience. I will continue to come here to Kenny s location with all of my vehicles.Thanks so much again!
