I appreciated working with a Christian-based firm. and bought a chair lift, power chair and a 3-wheel scooter. The entire staff was friendly and always helpful, but Austin and Adam went above and beyond that. They were very knowledgeable, and especially patient when they explained how to use all our new equipment.

I want to start my review off by saying Adam at Sonshine Medical is AWESOME!!!My husband has a brain injury and can not walk so I had 2 stair lifts installed by another company..They stopped charging and my husband was stuck upstairs for 6 days..the company that installed it would not come out and fix it for us..this was completely stressful for both me and my husband..other companies I called either wouldn t talk to me abt the issue or either charged too much to come out to look at it because we lived too far away..When I googled stairlift repair and called Sonshine, Adam was super nice..He was very knowledgeable abt the type of stairlift I have..When he came to the house he didn t leave until it was working correctly..He fixed things that should of been done the right way when it was installed from the other company..After dealing with Adam, I will never call another company..He definitely deserves more than 5 stars..I wish I would of found Sonshine Medical in the first place to install my lift instead of the company I went with..Thank you so much Adam..

What a wonderful company!!As a caregiver for my disabled mom, I've had many experiences dealing with tough medical and mobility issues. Recently, she was having carpet installed in her apartment and needed to have the stairlift removed and reinstalled in a short period of time. I called several companies to help. Frustratingly, most of the time, I was transferred to voicemail and my calls for help were never returned.My last option should have been my first call. Sonshine Medical immediately answered the call and hooked me up with Austin. He is the most professional, capable, kind, understanding professional I've ever encountered in the business. With only a week notice, he was able to schedule the removal, cleaning/maintenance, and reinstall within my short time window. He worked diligently and carefully to coordinate around the carpet installers and had our stairlift up and running in no time. With his smile and reassurance, we had one less thing to worry about.Sonshine goes the extra mile to help those in need!Please, if you have any need for services from a company like Sonshine, call them first, you wont be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Austin and the whole team at Sonshine Medical! My 91-year-old mother-in-law was discharged from the hospital after a hip replacement on the day another medical supply company was scheduled to install a stairlift in our home. They never showed up or called to say they weren't coming. After contacting them they assured me they would arrive first thing the next day. My mother-in-law was forced to sleep on a sofa all night because we could not get her up to her bedroom. The next morning they again were a no show. I called Sonshine Medical at 10:15 A.M. and explained our predicament. Austin was at the house before noon to take measurements. Austin and the whole Sonshine Medical crew rearranged schedules and put our situation as a top priority and Austin arrived at 2:00 P.M. to install our stairlift. By 4:00 P.M our stairlift was installed. The entire process was LESS THAN 6 HOURS from the first phone call! We are eternally grateful for the response and caring of everyone at Sonshine Medical. THANK YOU

We at Sonshine Medical work very hard to satisfy everybody we serve. We send out trained staff to measure every client, which includes their height and most current weight. We do this evaluation in their home and before we order any product. Upon delivery we have the client sit in the product and train them and any available care givers on proper operation. If any products fail due to manufactures defect we warrant and service the products effected. Our customers become apart of family.Thank you,Todd A TruaxVice President

I can not say enough good things about this company!!! Customer service with Austin was fantastic!! Adam was great making the install of our stairlift easy!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company. After calling several other company s and either no return call or price and warranty was ridiculous, please call Austin at Sonshine Medical!!

It has been seven long months since I first purchased my wheelchair from Sonshine Medical. Unfortunately there were some issues with it. The issues did get resolved after about a month but health issues delayed this review.It took phone calls to manufacturer and Sonshine Medical to resolve the issues It took a few weeks for a replacement. I want to recommend Sonshine Medical because they did their best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately dealing with a manufacturer takes time and adds frustration. Sonshine Medical hung in their and got a replacement.If you want a store that cares, and is price competitive then call or stop in to see this great staff at Sonshine Medical.

I recently purchased a stairlift for my mother and after contacting several companies I went with Austin & Sonshine. He was professional, answered all my questions and even a few I didn t think of. His crew was top notch. They were clean, polite, organized and done in less then two hours. I would recommend then to anyone. Thanks, Austin!

I just bought a motorized wheelchair for my elderly mother from Sonshine Medical. Every interaction I have had with the staff there has been positive. Tracy was helpful to me when I called and Austin was terrific. He always communicated to me the status of my order and personally delivered the chair to my mother at her assisted care facility. He stayed with her and let her test drive the wheelchair before she decided to buy it. He went out of his way to make adjustments to the seat to provide her more comfort. He also researched a modification to the arm and ordered it. He was professional and genuine. His willingness to go the extra mile was very impressive. I know if we have any problems with the chair that Austin and Sonshine Medical will be there for service. Taking care of aging parents is tough but the angels at Sonshine Medical are there to provide some help.

We stopped by looking for a power lift recliner for our 87-year-old grandmother. Great selection, really knowledgeable staff. Austin helped us find one and was able to deliver it next day (important because we were visiting from out-of-state and planned to leave in the next few days)! He was great with our grandmother and made her feel very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!

We bought a motorized wheelchair from Sonshine Medical. Austin showed us the different models that they sold. After the wheelchair that we ordered arrived at Sonshine, Austin delivered it to our home. He made sure that my husband was able to use it on our carpet and was able to get it through the different doorways we have in our house. We enjoyed working with Austin to get the right wheelchair for my husband.

We just had stairlifts installed in our home from Sonshine Medical. I can say that the process from store visit to home installation went perfectly. Austin demonstrated the stairlift, explained the features and visited our home for accurate measurements. We ordered the stairchair with the options that worked best for our home. The estimated delivery date that Austin gave us was accurate. Installation by Adam and Sam soon followed. The installation was very professional, with no cleanup required when they left. There was a problem with a wire affecting full use of the remote - which was corrected by Austin a day later. We are very pleased with the purchase, installation and pricing!!,

Could not be more pleased with the service we received from Sonshine Medical. From the initial call, to the home visit, and installing the stairlift, Austin was terrific and very professional. The turnaround time from the call to install was literally only a few days and we appreciated his no-pressure attitude. If the need arises, we would absolutely turn to Sonshine Medical again.

We have never been so pleased with customer service! We bought a lift chair from Sonshine Medical for our mom who is residing in a skilled nursing facility. She was unable to aid in the purchase, and we needed the chair as soon as possible. We chose one based on ease of use, and it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately, mom did not comfortably fit in the chair. Her legs and physical condition did not allow her to sit back far enough in the seat.We called Sonshine Medical and explained the situation. The very next business day, we made arrangements for a smaller chair to be delivered. Our salesman, Austin, delivered the chair himself and went with us to the visitor room, set up the chair, and had mom test it. She loved this one.We can not overemphasize how grateful we are to Sonshine Medical and Austin for all their help. We can't wait to purchase additional products from them! And while there, have an ice cream from next door!

After my mom was hospitalized again and had difficulty walking we started looking around for stair chairs. The best reviews and pricing were from Austin at Sonshine medical. Austin was courteous, informative and took the time to explain the different chairs and the functionality. I would refer anyone to Sonshine medical, the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Mom has yet to come home we had some other medical issues, but I know when I bring her home she ll be relieved that she doesn t have to worry about the stairs. Thank you Austin and Sonshine medical.

We were extremely happy with Sonshine Medical. We worked with Austin Tolley and he was very professional and recommended the most appropriate scooter for my husband's needs. We also purchased a stairlift and the installation went smoothly thanks to his assistant Tristen.I would highly recommend Sonshine Medical. One of the things I really appreciated was we never felt any pressure to purchase. We originally thought about getting a scooter in February then with CoVid we decided to wait.Austin never pressured us but when I called him back in September he was more than happy to help us out.Thanks again for your excellent service

Great to work with when getting a lift chair for my dad. Friendly and efficient sales and office staff. We ordered a custom chair and the turn around time was only three weeks from ordering until delivery. Austin explained everything to my dad and set it all up. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Austin and the whole staff at Sonshine was wonderful from start to finish. He took the time to make sure my Nana got the perfect lift chair. He came in and set it up, then made sure she understood how to use it. Highly recommended.

Took over a month of research to decide new or used then decide on Brand. Found Sonshine Medical in Google search of brand and so glad we did. Being able to discuss our needs and features with qualified staff, study brochures of products plus being able to have my husband see and pick out his lift chair made this a great buying experience. They carry high quality products with helpful staff. They delivered even though we were in a different county. If we ever need any other medical equipment we will go here.

I purchased a lift chair for my mother with help from Austin. His knowledge of the products was helpful in choosing the proper chair for her. He personally delivered the chair, made sure it was a good fit and helped my mother understand how to use it. Austin demonstrated a sincere interest in understanding and meeting our particular needs. I highly recommend Sonshine Medical because of the kind and attentive service we received.

I would like to thank Randy and Austin from sunshine medical. I was at a home in flower show and they were out of Canton.I have been dealing with sarcoma cancer for quite some time now and walking has become a real challenge.my husband pushed me in a wheelchair the entire time and when we seen the scooters I knew right then in there.Randy and Austin was so patient with us they gave me all the information that I needed let me test drive them and assured me they were local, if I had any questions or concerns.I ve enjoyed my scooter and my freedom of not having to rely upon someone to push me in a wheelchair as I m only 57one of the greatest things is I can take it in the store knowing I have a full charge and I m not going to get to the middle of the store and be stuck because their battery died in their scooterthank you again Randy and Austin and sunshine medical .

Sonshine Medical worked overtime to get my chair delivered within three days of the order date. Austin and his helper were very conscious of wearing protective gear to give us peace of mind considering the COVID-19 pandemic. My lift chair is absolutely perfect! I highly recommend Sonshine Medical!

Excellent experience. Austin Tolley did marvelous with his patience and answering questions to make sure we were satisfied. Business done the way it should be! We bought a scooter and it performed great at the Akron Zoo for my wife. Be sure to get an ice cream next door at Almost Heaven.

We had a stair lift installed for my mom. Austin was fantastic! He came out right away to talk to us a d give us an estimate when we called. He even came back a second time to answer my dad's questions, since he has a hard time hearing phone conversations. Everything was installed super quick. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire experience!!!! Highly recommend!!!
