Mike rebuilt and returned my Freewheeler reverse motor in three days. For less than what a the dealer wanted for the rebuild kit. The reverse motor has never worked so smoothghly and efficiently has it does now. I highly recommend this company for any electrical repairs.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

I previously gave this business a bad rating for not contacting me... it was a simple misunderstanding. I did not leave a contact number and now I feel like a fool because I did that. We bought a rebuilt alternator for a 1999 F-350 Powerstroke. They were fast, efficient, answered all our questions during several phone calls-even offered to check on the DIY replacement progress at a time when they weren't even open. Great guys. Great service.

I was ready to dog these guys, ordered something from their site that they apparently didn't have or didn't have any more of? Either way, they shipped out (mistakenly) the wrong item to fulfill the order. All in all they found the right part and made the situation right as quick as they could.I'd order again, but maybe call first if ordering online. They seem good on answering the phone.

They did a great job rebuilding my old boat starter, the starter was in bad shape, when I got it back it looked brand new, half the price of a new starter. They quickly fixed the starter. When I put it back in the boat it ran great! I would recommend the shop. It's a small shop tucked in, but expect a good product.

Called a few places about rebuilding a starter and accidently called them a second time and asked if they rebuilt a starter for my car and very rudely the guy says "you just called here about 5 min ago and you said you were coming to get one Monday" and hung up on me = what a SUPER FAST way to lose my business, I was going to buy one there but not now! Very poor attitude to be dealing with customers. Would give them 0 stars but it won't let me.

Called with a couple questions and the man on the line was initially rude, but then when I said I had to think about it, he said ok...click and hung up. Not very professional to hang up on people. Perhaps they do great work, but I won't be calling them back.

Bought parts on line, had exactly what I needed, other places did not have all the parts in their kits. Ordered on Tuesday and had the parts by Thursday. Great turn around.
