I came looking to buy my first car as a minor.I was then sold a red truck which they described as having no issues and being good to drive. After it taking a week to finally get my title I went to fill up my gas tank and it wasn't only leaking but pouring out. It was a complete hazard to not only my own life but others. I brought it back expecting to have it paid for as this is not the vehicle I agreed to purchase. They said they would fix the issue for the price of the parts, these parts were quite expensive. It turns out it was not only just the tank but also the neck which came out to over 500 all together. After this I was able to drive it for 5 days then it stopped due to a fuel pump issue. This cost me 150 to repair and when putting the fuel pump in the tank I noticed they made mistakes installing it. Overall my experience here was terrible as they lack respect and care for customer safety.

They sold a car that was apparently owned by their employee (though it was on the dealership lot with a price on it and the dealership owner had a lien on it). We purchased the car, giving the cash to the business owner, and from the start it was consistently breaking down with multiple seriously dangerous problems. When we came back to the owner about it he said that we didn't buy it from him, but from his employee , so he is not responsible.

My son recently came in to have work done on his vehicle and their work was poorly done.Attached in photo 1 when they replaced the g fuel tank neck they used zip ties to hold the vent line in place and duck tape on the end which one was missing clearly showing that one of their fine works fell off. Instead there should be a vent cap on it that is $2 per, there are 3.Attached in photo 2 and 3 is work done by one of their mechanics. This is an electrical connection where he used glue to keep it together. Now that it has been replaced it no longer has glue and uses the clip built into it and it works like a charm. This wasn t the first run in with glue on electrical connections as he did the same thing on the fuel sending unit.

Quoted me $400, then when I got there they told me $600!! Oh and the kicker they only take cash or check which they only told me once I arrived! Will never go there again. BEWARE!! No response to my email. And their voicemail box was "full". The quote for just tune up was $400, not $600! Be honest with people.

I went there to look at a cheap vehicle that was advertised as "runs good". Well it turned out that the alternator is bad, and he wanted to charge me to have one installed. Mike, that's called false advertising!! Sorry, will not be going back.Edit in response to you responding SIX YEARS LATER!you wrote this:Response from the owner 13 minutes ago"Customer was looking for a cheap car that ran good and I had one for $1000. I bought a car from there and Mike is a really nice guy that sells quality calls. He lets you know up front of any issues and fixes them. Offers oil change for $15.00 after 3000 miles and a limited guarantee. Definitely would recommend shopping here.

Always very honest about the work that needs done to my car. Gets the work done and doesn't over charge. I have taken several cars I've owned here and always will. Mike is a very nice man and always treats you right. The other guys that work there are great as well!!

Me and my wife flew in from California to visit my parents. We needed to buy a car, so we figured we could buy one in Canton and drive it back home. My parents set me up with Mike from Pat and Mikes Sales. We found a beautiful clean and well maintained Toyota. We drove it back cross country and the car is serving us very well. We got a great car and saved a lot of money! I recommend Mike very highly.

Pat and Mike s auto sale is highly recommended. My regular mechanic had closed up shop and one of my buddies suggested these guys. I have been back numerous times. I have started to send my friends and family there for any kind of auto needs. They are awesome guys and they are honest and fair You don t find people like this around very oftenHighly recommend. I won t call anyone else for my vehicle needs.

Asked about a Ford Ranger said to be from Texas. They said it was actually from Texas. I live 2 hours away so I got an auto check for it. Turns out, it s from Long Island, New York. Never was in Texas. Checked with multiple vin reporters. Shady.

I bought a car here a few months ago. I don't normally write reviews, but wanted to provide information to future buyers. I like the car I purchased and actually do need another one in the next year or 2, which I will buy again from here. Pat and the head Mechanic are very nice and helpful.The thing I would like to address is that the check engine light was on and Pat said most old cars have those on. Which I do agree with. The mechanic said he replaced the spark plugs when we bought the car, but when we took it back in because it was misfiring, the plugs looked like they had never been replaced. So, they put new ones in. I don't know anything about cars and someone told me to take it to Auto Zone to figure out why the check engine light was on and maybe that had to do with why my car still wasn't running right. This is free of charge at Auto Zone and they give you a print out which said it was the Oxygen Sensor and even with the new spark plugs it was misfiring. So, I took the print out to another mechanic and he said that when the oxygen sensor isn't working right, the spark plugs get wet. Luckily, since I had new plugs, he said they would dry out. (My guess is, it's possible there were new plugs put in when we bought it, but then they were destroyed from the wet/cold of the oxygen sensor issue?? Which the mechanic still should have questioned why the new plugs didn't look new and known what happened.)I just really seems to me that Pat should have this car reader for his mechanics to use or take the cars to Auto Zone to have them read for what the check engine light really means. This oxygen sensor was only 200.00 + for the part and could have all been done before the car was placed for sale. It just seems so simple and I wouldn't have have had to do all this driving around.I walked in here with the mentality that I was buying a used car and things that were wrong with it would come out pretty fast. I will still buy another car here. I love my car and the buying experience was fun. I highly recommend them!

Mike went out of his way to help me. He even gave me a ride to my credit union to get my loan paperwork in order so I could drive away with my new car that same day. Their prices are the best you will find anywhere, and the service is top notch. I will definitely be returning here for my next vehicle.

I purchased a car from Pat and Mike's ,it's been almost a month now. So far ,so good. They let me take my time and didn't breathe down my neck. I love my Mercury Sable, and I get compliments all the time. When you need a nice car from an honest company ,check out Pat and Mike's Auto Sales.

Pat and Mike s is a wonderful auto sales and service company. They are very honest in all of their dealings, both in auto sales and in service work. We are new to Canton and we also don't know much about cars. It was important for us to buy a car from someone who we could trust. We also needed a car we could afford. As we inquired one name came up again and again: Pat and Mike's. They have been in the area for as long as anyone could remember. They are known as reliable and honest. I have known Pat & Mikes Auto Sales when I was employed at the Stark County Title Dept that was over 25 years ago. Now I have taken my car there for repairs &. they are the same honest and friendly place of business. I recommend Pat & Mikes for your car repair needs and they are affordable.

Mike from Pat & Mike's is an very honest business man. Great place to buy a used car. Also, he has taken care of my auto repairs for many years. I have never been taken for a ride ( no pun intended) because I am a female. Carl saved me a bunch of money repairing my VW. Thanks Guys!!!

9-28-2021-I have purchased my second vehicle from Pat &Mike's, 2012 Acura. I got a good deal on a car that I absolutely love! Always had great service on my vehicles, and great guys to work with. These are my car guys!!!2018.Recently purchased a used Kia Sportage. Friendly sales, no high pressure sales. Spent time answering questions. Got a great car for a great price. Love that i can have my vehicle serviced so close to home. Loving my new vehicle! Thanks Mike!

We've been customers of Pay and Mikes for years. They are fantastic! He is very knowledgable about the business. Never had a problem with any of the cars or the van we bought there. Willing to do maintinence and hear us out. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Brought a van from there, he said the van wasn't his he was selling it for some else a friend bird of a feather i guess. but said he had drove it a few days. and found nothing wrong with it. i saved for over a year for it, transmission is bad in it , going to cost a lot more than the van it's worth. the owner, salesman claim the van was good so did the mechanic.They claim to be Christians so I'll God deal with it. Not sure what to do with the van may donated to charity. will never buy or look at a car in their lot again , Can't give them any lower than 1 star, but believe me i would.

I just bought a car about a month in a half ago. It runs really good. I have had minor issues with it. One of the best cars I have had. The guys are really nice and have worked with me because I was honest and upfront with them. I would definitely buy from them again.

I got a nice 08 Town and Country from here. Really nice people. They even gave me a place to call to get rid of my old vehicle for more than what I was offered from other places. I would definitely do business with them again.
