Amazing service.....everyone in this shop was professional and friendly!I stopped in on a Monday morning - under a load - with a bad axle seal leaking oil onto my brake linings. The service manager was able to fit me into their already busy schedule, and I'm out of there before lunch hour with a new seal, new linings and everything all cleaned up!Super impressed with this shop. Very reasonable parts and labor charges.....they really saved the day as I need to be in Connecticut in the morning.

This place is very expensive for PMs. Had one done at a dealership in Chesapeake at half the cost. Had an annual inspection done here, they said it passed. Upon pickup we checked the city horn and it did not work. Had them inspect out drive shocks. We were told they were fine. They were not. What do you pay $140 an hour for? Not good work

It was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The waiting area for the drivers is nice and relaxing. All recliners. They were prompt on their service and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Asked about a New Truck today was told if I needed to ask price I could not afford it. Would have maybe thought that was funny if the sales men would have even asked to show us the truck... I guess it worked out in the end we purchased the new Kenworth. Don t judge a book by its cover or age. Highly recommend shopping around for spending your money here.

Called and talked to a salesman about a new 579 Peterbilt, looking for a price. He talked to me like I could not afford any truck and not to call on the phone and show up. Very rude. Highly would not recommend!

Very helpful parts department. Got me the part I needed even when I didnt know what part it was. Went above and beyond to help me when most places would have told me to find a part number and then come back. Thanks for the help.

Customer service is terrible. Truck not repaired correctly and delivered back to me. They had the truck almost 4 weeks and its going to have to go back.

Moving to Canton. Corporate Square. New hours are Monday thru Friday 7am. to 5pm. Closed on the weekends.
