My experience at Ohio Auto Warehouse was great. Aerion, Brian among others were a tremendous help. They were spot on with everything through this purchase, which was with ease. I actually had my car delivered, which they worked for me to have it in a very quick manner. My car is Absolutely charming, very well taken car of, exactly as Aerion said. Anyone looking for honesty, great vehicles, a wonderful staff and hassel free experience.., it's definitely there!! Great job..awesomeness in your field! THANK YOU.

I bought my 2002 Corvette Ohio Auto Warehouse. They did a great job of getting me the paperwork I needed. Aerion called me back as he said he would so I could leave a deposit until I got there to take delivery.They picked me up at the airport promptly. I m so happy with my Corvette! Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

Had a horrible experience. Will never again buy from this company. They wouldn't let me have my mechanic see the truck before I buy . Had a blown head gasket they knew about. First 30 days of owning the vehicle I paid 10,000 dollars fixing stuff that was broken without my knowledge when I bought. When I mentioned to owner about letting my attorney handle case , he asked why you threaten me ?horrible, horrible experience. Got taken advantage of .

This company was very quick to respond through the sale for my 1996 Corvette. As soon as I gave them a deposit, they were harder to get in contact with. Eventually, they shipped me my car nearly a week later after everything was said and done. When I got the Car I took it out for the first time and antifreeze, leaked all over my floorboards and ruined the carpet. Smoke was coming in the vents of the car. I had my mechanic take a look at it and said it was the heater core.. He also told me that there s A pretty bad exhaust leak. I tried to call to explain to them what happened. And they lied to me and told me their bosses out of town and coming back and will call me. Never got a call back. Never do business with these people. They are crooks.

Bought my dream car, a 2000 Chevrolet Corvette, from the Ohio Auto Warehouse. It was a pleasure to work with Brian and Joel as they helped navigate an out of state purchase for me. They suggested having a local Chevy dealer look it over for me. It needed an exhaust modification for my state inspection and they took care of it at no charge to me. Lastly they arranged the transport of the car to my home. I would definitely consider them again for my next car purchase!

I have been dealing with Brian at the dealership. He is very transparent in every aspect. If they do not have what you are looking for, just give them a call & they will find it for you.

Salesmen Aerion super nice and cool to work with no complaints with him !! My brother bought 34,000$ ford f150 didn t even have for a month and finds out needs new torque converter and valve body repair kit ( which our mechanic said it was pre existing ), was told to bring truck there sat there for days while the owner didn t return phone calls and still never got back to him . Completely poor business!!& when he did he said the work would be 4,600$ Not trust worthy and would not trust any work to be done by them or to buy a car from this owner !!

Purchased a 2019 F-350 in August 2023. Price of the vehicle was fair and the communication with the sales team prior to the sale was excellent. I decided to purchase the truck site unseen and have it shipped approx 300 miles. After the sale was completed, the communication with Ohio Auto Warehouse was sub par. It took 17 days for them to ship the truck 300 miles. Upon my initial inspection after taking delivery of the truck- it was visibly leaking diesel fuel, the underside of the vehicle was completely covered in motor oil signifying a recent major repair and the engine oil dipstick was broken off. I have bought several vehicles online, sight unseen, over the years. However I learned a lesson on this purchase . Once Ohio Auto warehouse was paid in full, they didn t seem to care about delivering the vehicle in a timely fashion or any other issues the truck had. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere. If their price is couple thousand dollars cheaper than a comparable vehicle, I can assure you there is probably a mechanical reason why.

I was able to get a super quick appointment and head straight there to get my background check. I walked right in and she was very quick about getting it done! Will definitely use fast fingerprints again when needed!
