I have an account commercial with them in the pricing for my discount I get it is astonishing my customers enjoy a reliable part back with their warranty if there was one thing I would ask them to change it would be get better with holding items for customer as another store has the item

I was having an issue with a brake caliper that I had purchased somewhere else, the original bolts didn t fit for whatever reason, these guys went way above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it. So thank you Chris for not only making my life so much easier but ensuring that you have a customer for life.

Great people .. Went to advanced auto parts 4 a simple head light 69.00$ 4 a 9.00 $ Wal-Mart headlight !! I will never do advanced again ..... I will drive in day light only till. .. I can keep the cops off my ads!! Advanced. 5 yrs.. Not ever .dude was a punk

During my visit I found the help to get the parts I wanted. Checkout was good and helpful. I drop my used oil and filters to get recycled.

I own and operate a new snow removal & lawn maintenance company with my fiance! And the last snow & freezing rain storm made alot of a mess with all this ice and frozen snow! Took a toll out on our snow blower and shovels and I take care of a business located on the Sw side of Canton. And everywhere I called was sold out of de-icer and shovels(since we broke 3 the night before and ran thru 15 bags of de-icer at $10/20lbs bag @ Walmart!) And good ol O'Reilly's really saved the day for me and my pockets when having the last 10/50lbs bags of de-icer for a low low price of only $13.99 I was so stoked to find more for less it really made my whole day and had a great salesman to deal with from over the phone to in person, I store! He was even a gentleman and carried the de-icer to my car! Chivalry isn't lost

With as many part stores around, you would think the manager Brad would have enough respect that he would fully hear you out to help you solve any solution, not hang up mid sentence because he disagreed with me about pressure on a hose for the cooling system on a fox 5.0. I called him back to confront him about it and he tried to tell me that I was finished talking and told him goodbye.

The guys at O'Reilly's really helped me when I was in a pinch. Honda wanted to charge me $100 to check the codes on my dashboard lights. O'Reilly did it for free. George at this location was the one who helped me and he was very very friendly professional and helpful.

Called to have my rotors turned and when I showed up suddenly the machine is broke. Somehow in 15 mins the machine broke down ?? Or was it their lunch had showed up ?? Drove to Lincolnway store and had a even worse experience. With parts stores on every corner in Stark County I ll never return to a O Reilley s again....ever.
