Had to get a part for the van and Ralph and Alex was very nice and helpful . They even printed the part to show us where it goes .

I ve never had a problem with this particular O Reilly Auto, Mark, Sebastian, Nick are all great dudes, I was disappointed to hear they let Samuel go, a while back he had helped my wife get to work, repaired her flat tire, picked her up after, with nothing but a kind attitude the whole time.Did I mention everything was absolutely free of charge? I can only hope whoever replaces him values customer service half as much as he did.

Not only did they have what I needed, but they also installed the wiper blade as it it needed an adapter. Great price and excellent service. Many thanks .

The store manager Joe was very helpful. it does not matter what O'Reilly's I've ever been to I've always had nothing but great service. That other company can stay in their own zone I would never go there again, terrible. But that's not what this is about this is about great customer service thank you Joe thank you O'Reilly's keep up the good work. I love the name and each store I've ever been to with their name!

The personnel at O'Reilly's Auto Parts really know their stuff. They are professional, courteous, and engaging. I have known most of the employees for some time and many of them stay and grow with the company.They have always accommodated my needs and given me good pricing and price matches. I am usually very pleased. During those times when I am not, they just simply cannot get the part needed and I have to explore other options. It is just a disappointment they rarely cannot help.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive bc of national rivals, however I do not know if they offer price matching at this location or any O'Reillys. I don't see any clear advantage between these guys and the other guys.

The staff blew me with their attitude, friendliness, and knowledge to the point I don't see myself going back to their competitors. Unlike their competitors, they speak/talk to you like a person rather than a "bill of sale" or "a nuisance" and genuinely try and help you with your vehicle issues!! I'd recommend O'Reillys FIRST over competition hands down

Great people work here. Very knowledgeable about what you need and the parts they sell. I would shop more here than advanced of they had more coupon codes etc.

I purchase parts from O'Reillys anytime I need parts. The guys have always been professional and friendly. I have never had a negative experience at any of their stores. I recommend O'Reillys to anyone who wants assistance or advice about parts.

Went to O'Reilly to buy a V-belt and hubcaps. Rich, who helped me was amazing and even helped me put the hubcaps on....he had such a great customer service attitude, very personable. I will never go anywhere else!

As long as if have the employees . Been there a month ago and instead of offering at the lowest price possible for oil he would have gave me the most expensive oil.

This place is the best in town, I would refer anybody to this place, cause Auto Zone are a bunch of Liars not every Auto Zone just the one on North Cleveland Ave.
