These guys were really busy, but they worked me in because I didn't have brake lights, what a blessing, had me fixed super fast. I was also surprised how much they had in the store, what a great place. Really nice people, already added them to my saved list.

Northern mobile electric has a great staff the rebuild dept is fast and efficient, the vehicle dept gets your rig done in a timely manner I recommend them for all your needs even pressure washer and generator needs.

I came into the shop with an alternator issue, and Matt took care of it swiftly. Not only was my truck back to its original state i got it done for a 1/4 of what freightliner quoted me at! Great service and great people!

My husband Eric and I had amazing service from this company. We were driving through from Pennsylvania and has some issues getting stuck at a campground. We needed two batteries in our RV. We called Northern Mobile Electric and Diane was so wonderful! She was able to have two batteries delivered by Jeremy, who was just as awesome, within 2 hours. Friendly, helpful, fast service. Thank you Northern mobile Electric!

Dropped off a starter for tractor. The man was very nice chatted couple minutes. It will be done early next week. Bummer it's over a hour drive. But saves money in long run.

Called yesterday and talked to Diane. Explained how there's a draw on my battery. Has been happening since last January. Battery going dead if I don't drive it everyday. Told her how I got new battery, new alternator and still happening. I also told her that my daughter had bought me a battery charger to keep in car to use. She said have you charged it a lot, it could be damaging your battery Right then she became worried, she said you are going to get stranded. She told me to come down first thing this morning to have her guys look at it. Well they found the problem that another shop tried to fix and failed, and also a dealership never fixed it. If you want honest, caring and professional people go here. Special thanks to Diane and Tim. This meant a lot to me

Knowledgeable , fast, friendly. I showed up with a locked up alternator that was not a stock item. Rodney took the time to match up another heavier duty alternator that was in stock. They helped me install it to get the wiring correct at no extra charge. I can't say enough how great of an experience working with Northern Mobile was. Within 1 hour I was back in business, This is service that is hard to find. They have earned a customer for life. Highly recommended

I came in to have my HP2000 APU serviced and to have a problem with the AC component looked into. When I arrived I was warmly greeted by Diane and Karen and Tim shortly started to look at the APU. Soon discovered that the compressor bracket was broken and the compressor was shaking crazily. They didn t have the bracket in stock but Diane handled the warranty issues and the overnight shipping of the part. By early the next afternoon, the APU was fixed, serviced and running like a dream! They allowed me to stay in my truck on their property and even allowed me to use their company vehicle to run over to Walmart! These people went above and beyond any shop I ve ever been to and they certainly have my business from now on! Thanks to Diane, Tim and everyone else at Northern Mobile Electric!

Changed a spark plug on my power washer ( 3 minutes),replaced air filter ( 3 minutes) replaced pump oil (10 minutes) , replaced motor oil (7 minutes) , was supposed to replace my carburetor but did not.... charged me for 2 hours labor. Total cost $251.00. Does that seem really high?? I just replaced an air filter on my Craftsman riding lawnmower and bought it for $12 on Amazon. Took me 3 minutes to install ! They said similar air filter for Honda pressure washer cost them $43.00. Must of come with a large filet mignon. It better run perfect . I feel like they way overcharged me. Randy Wilhelm

I am the IT expert for my office. After a recent power outage, our ups started beeping due to a battery failure. The hospital sent a technician that said we needed a new unit, but the guys at northern mobile were able to just replace the battery at tremendous savings.Very friendly and helpful. Also prices were much cheaper than batteries plus. I will be back

Called to get an price for an rooftop air conditioner, was quoted 1100 from the manager of the place, when I arrived the next day, the manager told me the price was to be around 2500, to me this is bait and switch, which is an illegal practice. not at all professional.so don t believe in all the 5 star reviews, this place on the surface looks good. But when the person on the top is so shady how could you trust them..

I scheduled some work done on my 379 Pete for Tuesday 11/12. A big job,estimated 30 hrs. On Friday, called to check on things only to be told they hadn't even started on it. No calls, nothing. Was told they had a lot of walk in business because of the cold. Evidently scheduled work isn't really scheduled. The truck is my living. Took possession back on Friday afternoon, with a "sorry, this happens sometimes ". A week down is a financial hit I'll never get back. Very dissatisfied with how they handled this.

The prices were reasonable (paid 99 dollars for a new car battery that I was charged 220 for at advanced auto parts) and the people inside were very kind. They even did free battery installation ! Highly recommend

Huge selection of starters, alternators, batteries, motors, and electrical supplies. They also still rebuild all electrical equipment. So if you don't want new or can't get new they can more than likely fix yours. Great prices on parts also.

We purchased a battery in April that became defective and returned it today but they would not honor the warranty and pro-rate it towards a new battery. We will be taking our battery and starter/generator repair business elsewhere. We are very disappointed in their service.

Heard good things about them. Took my truck there to change all my headlight wiring. They claimed to have changed everything and charged me to for changing everything. But, a few months later I went to check the wiring and more than half the wiring was still the old stuff. Would never go there again. Not recommended.

I think they're generally good people there for the most part. But we had a huge hiccup when they charged me an over 300 percent mark up on some wire connectors. 36 cents a piece for items I found elsewhere for 10 cents a piece, and one was over the counter retail locally. It's not about the money it's about principal.

Took my 1990 Dodge W150 pick up there for some lights that were burnt out, got a qote of 10 hrs labor, turned out to be 20 hrs labor, I can not see this much time involved in just a few light bulbs being replaced and a simple 4WDon/off indicator switch witch I bought and brang with me on the way there.5 hrs max, my guess on a slow day. They replaced a few bulbs, dash,dome, one head light and a 4WD switch witch would take 5 minutes to unscrew and unplug. Mounted fues box witch is like two screws.VERY HIGH MARK UP PRICE !!! They charged me $16.14 for a head light, same head light at Wal-Mart $8.00..$17.75 for a flasher switch you just simpley plug in the fuse box. O'Reillys cost for flasher switch, $6.99...,$20.00 for shop supplies, I guessing that was a roll of $2.00 electrical tape. The invoice was a WOPPING ($1386.00).!!!!!! LABOR ($1200.00). I could not believe my eyes when I seen the invoice.I was totaly shocked. Lots of money to replace a few bulbs.When I ask about the high invoice price,they started thinking of things they could add to the bill to try to justify the extream high invoice price.Then had a bad attitude towards me as well.I was in total disbelief and amazement. Then they started making snie remarks to me like, a back yard mechanic worked on it.It was bought off a, ASE CERTIFIED MACHANIC IN CLEVELAND OHIO IN MAY OF THIS YEAR...They had the truck for two weeks. The truck set in there parking lot for well over a week.. Extremely high bill for changing a few bulbs.Next time I'll change my bulbs at home for under ($50.00) and few hrs of my time. THEY GOT ME THIS TIME, THEY WILL NEVER GET ME AGAIN !!!!

Had problem with new apu unit called this guys Thursday afternoon they get me in Friday morning when I got there I was realy blown away with their professional approach they fix my apu right away and did some work that was extra when I got the invoice I could not argue about the price it was more than fair and realy honest good people there very good place.
