Rare to find used car dealers that truly care, but you can tell Mike at Mission Auto Sales does. Our family test drove 3 quality vehicles and ultimately got a great deal on a super clean AWD Sedan. Mission Auto worked with our budget and truly made the car-buying experience Hassel free. If you're looking to avoid buying a lemon, I would check this place out; all the vehicles we tested were solid. I hope this review helps someone make up their mind. Thank you Mike and Mission Auto Sales for getting ne in the vehicle I wanted.

I had a great experience with Mike and Abbey. I told them exactly what I was looking for in a car for my son. They were friendly and professional. I asked all the questions and they were very patient. They were knowledgeable. I was Leary bout going to buy a car by myself. But they made it so easy! They truly care about the customers and employees. I believe they are honest dependable people. I knew they genuinely cared. They were not pushy at all were very helpful! I definitely had a great experience! My son was happy and satisfied as well!! I got a great deal and a great car! I would definitely recommend mission auto sales to my friends and family!

Both my husband and I have been going through sooooo many hardships lately. Us loosing our car was by far the last straw. We tried multiple times to fix and even went to another dealership. I couldn't be more happy that every door closed because ending up at Mission Auto Sales made us realize that happened because Mike was the blessing that we needed. Mike did everything he could matter of fact above and beyond. What he did for my husband and I our kids is something we can never forget and hope to repay. His patience, understanding, kindness, and the effort he made to every avail was the reason we left with a safe reliable vehicle for our family and affordable in a way we could afford.... If he made it happen for us...he will make it happen for y'allSo if you're tired of looking around or getting into vehicles that are no Good than you better believe Mike is the man you want to go to hands down every time don't second guess it go see him for your future vehicle we give our word you won't regret it!!! I am not typically in the habit of leaving business reviews, but we had such a positive experience, I thought it was important to let people know. So many times, independent "buy here, pay here" businesses get a bad rap.I had been looking for a Chevy Spark as a "fun" car and was thrilled to find the lemonade color at Mission. I messaged Mike several times, and he was very candid in his responses. We decided to make the drive from Marion to Canton to take a look.It was as Mike described it to us. It ran well and the body looked good. We did a bit of negotiating and drove it home! We came to an agreement that I believe was fair for both of us.A bit of elbow grease to do a full detail and my 2014 little yellow Spark looks almost like new! We received the title very quickly, as promised. We would absolutely deal with Mike and Mission Auto Sales again.As a buyer, no matter where you go, know what you're looking at and what to look for, and remember you're not buying a brand new car. Thanks, Mike, we appreciate you.

Once again mike and his crew were outstanding. I was in a real pinch and they were so accommodating and so friendly. They have a customer in me for life. They have an outstanding selection.And some of the best prices in town. I was in and out in ninety minutes. . If you're in need of a vehicle, do yourself a favor stop in and see Mike.

Was by far the easiest experience I ve had with buying a vehicle. The owner was very welcoming and helpful! I brought my toddler with me and the staff was so patient with us and even interacting with her. 10/10 in customer service and a great selection of vehicles. Thank Mission Auto for helping me get my dream car!

Would NEVER get a car from this lot. Honestly the worst car lot I ve ever seen. The owner or manager whatever he is, is terrible with customers and employees. Heard him being so unbelievably disrespectful towards one of the employees. I ve never been so disgusted with a person or a car lot. You can definitely find a better car for better prices sold by someone who actually cares about their customers and employees. Please look through the one star reviews they are all about transmissions because all he does is sell cars his exact words when the problem was brought to his attention. He does not do anything to make sure that the vehicles he is selling you are actually safe and reliable. Please look through the reviews and actually do some research before going to this car lot. Highly recommend avoiding the issue and go to a different car lot.

Bought a 2005 Toyota Highlander over a month ago now.This is my family's second purchase from Mission Auto Sales and this time Mike went above and beyond.Was in a pinch with limited down payment but Mike did everything he could and made sure to get us in a reliable vehicle.I highly recommend Mission Auto Sales to anyone I talk to, Mike is a great guy and has done right by us over the years.

A couple days ago I was driving up route 62 and my tire blew out on the highway, when I pull off there was no where level I felt comfortable changing the tire with a little scissor jack so I pull behind the building where it was level, I go in to ask for permission to be there, let them know my situation. Well my jack ends up not working, the owner literally gets suited up gloves, boots, a hat and jacket. He brings his floor jack, impact and sockets and helps me change my tire. You have a kind heart and it ll definitely be paid forward brother. Thank you again.

Bought a 2012 Ford Flex SEL from Mission today!The vehicle is in fantastic condition, and my family loves it!Great people to do business with, open and honest about all the vehicles on the lot. I'd been looking for the right suv for weeks, had been to a handful of lots, and found a rav4 I really liked online at Mission Auto. I went in to look at it, test drove it, and mentioned to Mike that the brakes felt like they'd need replaced soon, and he was very receptive, offering to have it done or knock it off the price. Mike was straightforward and very courteous, and reccomeneded a great financing option that was perfect for me, instead of using the easiest bank with a high rate. I would recommend them to anyone

The boyfriend recently purchased a vehicle from mission auto sales and considering he was a high risk borrower, the process couldn't have went more smoothly. When he was denied for the vehicle he originally planned on getting, Charlie was still able to get him into a vehicle he wanted. She was very easy to work with and cares about getting you into a vehicle you actually want, instead of pressuring you into settling for something you don't. She was also very easy to get ahold of over the phone. The other 2 guys there were very nice and accommodating as well. If you are looking for a decent vehicle regardless of your credit issues, this is definitely a place worth checking out.

I got a 2003 Ford Mustang from them not to long ago. It was only $5k but I only had 3k to use at the time. They worked with me relentlessly to get something going and I ended up leaving the lot with it owing the rest in payments to them, not even a bank so there wasn't any interest or anything. All in all, they will do whatever it takes to get you a car off the lot and are very friendly. Just remember, if they are unable to get you approved for what you want for financing it's not their fault. You wanna blame anyone it'll be the banks they use, they're the picky ones. Mission wants to put you in a car, turn a profit, and make you a pleased customer but they're at the mercy of the banks just like any other dealership.

Had to pick a star rating because i could not leave it without one.....or else it would be ZERO or negative stars. I had friend buy a car here a year ago.....she's had multiple major issues with it including broken transmission lines, causing her to have no brakes, cooling issues, almost causing here to need to replace her transmission. After having enough headaches within in the year.....she went to trade it off today....and they showed her a 3 month old tire shot....due to A BROKEN FRAME!!!!! She was never in a collision in this car so she WAS SOLD THE CAR WITH A BROKEN FRAME.

Came in the shop to see a car I was interested in. Can't say enough good things about the place. Charlie was amazing and a great help to me. The 2 gentlemen were also a pleasure to work with and willing to go far to accommodate what I needed to make sure this was the right vehicle choice for my family.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I bought my 17 year old daughter a car here. She drove it 12 miles and the transmission failed. I took it to a well known shop. They did a full inspection and diagnostic. There is a laundry list of things that need repaired and replaced. It needs a new transmission, all the fluid leak, the struts need replaced, the shocks need replaced, the brakes need replaced, among many other things.The total of repairs would be over $11,000.When I initally told Mission Auto Sales the car died, they did refund $1,000 of the purchase price. But it doesn't come even close to the amount needed for repairs Either they don't know that they have junk in their lot or they know and don't care. Only giving a one-star because I cannot give a negative star. Again do not buy from this place!

Drove 2 hours, was told the truck was immaculate, rust free, no problems etc. I get there and the rockers gone, headliners sagging, bumpers slammed into the bed from a rear end accident. Would never do business here. Don t trust this con artist.

We went to go look for a used car at Mission Auto Sales. There were not many vehicles to choose from, but we found one we were interested in. When we first pulled in, many of the vehicles had open hoods and/or doors, beaconing us to come look. I was glad to see some cars open and we could look inside without first having to hunt down a sales person for a key. The car was really clean even though we could see some wear on it. We had some time to look at our leasure without pressure. About 5 minutes later a sales rep came to answer questions. We were able to drive the car and discuss a few things with the rep, again, no pressure. The people were nice and the building was clean. Being the weekend, I think we will go back next week and see what comes of our time at Mission.

I just bought my first car from here and let me tell you, Mike broke everything down in the simplest terms but still talked to me like an adult. As an 18 year old it was hard getting everything in order but he was always on call to answer questions and help get things rolling. Amazing, friendly, and honest staff make this a great place to get your next car. Would for sure recommend mission auto sales!!!

Couldn't of treated us any better! Extremely honest and very fair! You can tell as soon as you walk in they are family oriented and good hearted people! For their customer is an understatement! They go above and beyond. We will buy from them again in a heartbeat! No questions asked!We traveled 6 hours from PA and shopped around the Canton area and couldn't find any honest dealer as they lied to us about everything we talked to them about on the phone. After speaking with Mike on the phone here, we showed up and everything was what he said it was! Please check them out!

I have never had an experience like I had when buying a car as I did this one. Everyone was so friendly and professional. They made the buying process so easy and the vehicle that I purchased was priced way below what I felt I would have charged for it! I would recommend this place a million times over!!
