We just completed a of a CX-90 at Kempthorn. It was the easiest and most pleasant car purchasing experience of my life ( and I am not a young man ;) )We used the Costco Auto program. Kempthorn is the Costco representative for the northeast Ohio region so we drove down from Cleveland to Canton.Before we had arrived a couple of conversations and a half a dozen had clarified all the details. everything gets completed on the front end.We arrived with the car ready to go in the showroom. With paperwork completed, we drove out 90 minutes later.Both Shaun and Donnie Were very friendly. Everything went wonderfully well.Would 100% recommend!

This was the smoothest and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. You know your in a great place when every question you have is answered without any added confusion. Bob Novak was an amazing salesman, super knowledgeable and explained every current and future step in car buying process.I can't wait to shop with kempthorn in the future and would gladly recommend anyone to stop by, ask for Bob and let the Kempthorn team do their magic.

I think buying a car is a very tedious endeavor, but my purchase at Kempthorn Mazda was surprisingly pleasant for me. My salesman Bob Novak was very patient with all my questions and made my experience painless. There was no high-pressure sales pitch like you get at some places. He listened to me and helped me find the car I wanted.I also found the finance manager to be very pleasant; I don't recall her name however.I would definitely recommend Kempthorn to anyone who is in the market for a car!

My experiences at Kempthorn have always been a pleasure. My salesperson Ruth is so sweet and knowledgeable! She always gives you many options and she is never high pressure. I have purchased three cars from them and also use their service department. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

I had a wonderful experience at Kempthorn with Troy Pascley! It was my first ever car buying experience and it was very easy and low stress! Troy was great and very helpful in getting me a great car! He truly cares about people and getting them a good car! I couldn t recommend him more! :)

I shopped for 2 half days at different car dealerships before I went to Kempthorn. The atmosphere is different at Kempthorn, the showroom is beautiful, no other dealerships offered us something to drink. My blood sugar was low so that was much appreciated. We met Bob Novak and he went to work for us. Once I decided to buy it was a quick and easy process. I did not have to spend hours there. The Mazda 3 I bought is beautiful. The fianc� guy was also easy to work with, he was not high pressure with add on programs. I have nothing but good to say!

Immediately when my fianc� and I walked in, we knew this was the right place. Based on what we d heard from people s experiences with other car dealerships, we went in a little on edge and expecting to have a lot of pressure, which was not the case at all. Our salesman Troy was so calm and personable! He never tried to influence us one way or another when trying to choose our car, he just let us test drive until we made the decision on our own. They worked with us on price and trade in to get us the best deal. They were super accommodating the whole time, making sure to offer food or drinks, and never making us question anything. The experience was the best we could ve asked for, and now we have a nice new car to show for it! Thanks again to Kempthorn and Troy!!

Shaun made my leasing process so easy, I was in and out so quickly I couldn t believe it! Made sure I had everything I needed and was so helpful for every step at the process. Also the finance manager (Mike, I think) was exceptional and explained everything very well. Definitely will be recommending Shaun to friends and family! Rob did a great job of helping me find the perfect vehicle (and it wasn t the first one I drove, so appreciated his patience) He then helped make the purchase process very easy. Donnie in finance was also very helpful as was Shaun. Highly recommend Kempthorn Mazda.

We met with Bob Novak on Monday and was sold on the Mazda CX-3 that we had been looking at for the past two weeks, he went through every detail the car had and what features were key to the safety we were looking for. He made sure we knew how everything worked during our 36 month lease, he made sure to go over what a lease is and how it all worked. He took the time out of his day to make sure we felt that we were not just a sale to him but a new family member to the Mazda team. He made sure we knew roughly about where we should be payment wise on our lease and we couldn't be any happier with the pricing we got. I would HIGHLY recommend Bob Novak to ANYONE looking for a new Mazda. He has got our business for LIFE!

Had the best & smoothest car buying experience here. Bob Novak was amazing & so helpful. Great fast & easy communication. A true friendly family man. Donnie the finance manager was also great. Quick & to the point. Doesn t try & pressure you into all the add-ons when financing. Asked me once if I wanted to add them on, I said no, he said ok & onward we went. Previously at other dealerships they would drill me with these & no wasn t an answer to them. They also got me a great rate. My dad just bought a car elsewhere & has double the interest rate. Didn t run my credit until I found a car I wanted. Couldn t have asked for a better experience.

This was the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Kempthorn made it easy to handle most of the paperwork on-line, which was respectful of my busy schedule. Steve was my sales consultant and he did a great job explaining all of the car s features and encouraged me to call him any time I had a question. AND I got a great price.
