MAE is excellent. They have always delivered fantastic service and demonstrated their capabilities across a wide range of situations. To someone passing by, it might look like just a small time operation specializing in minor repairs, but that couldn't be farther from the truth. They actually have a large, well equipped workshop with another level added. Whether you just got in a fender bender or you think your vehicle might be totaled, Donovan and his team at MAE will get the job done fast and most importantly, done right at a fair price.I have always gone to MAE for repairs and this time I had my car rear ended on the highway. It doesn't look too bad, but there was more extensive damage under the exterior. I also had a custom piece on my bumper that was part of the ground effects kit. They gave me a fair estimate, and when it was time to order a replacement for the custom part, Donovan found something that was surprisingly cheap, looked great and they didn't even charge me the full cost of the piece.My car was returned to me in excellent condition, seats and interior cleaned and a fresh wash. The previously damaged part of my car looked like it was fresh off the factory line. The team at MAE are professional and they work with you to make sure getting your vehicle fixed is a positive experience.

While the repair did take some time, it was well worth the wait. I love my vehicle and they made sure they didn t miss anything when it came to fixing my vehicle. I highly recommend recommend! They also were very accommodating in regards to to my rental agreement with insurance willing to loan a rental for length of wait. Warranty on work as well. Great company.

I CANNOT recommend MAE Collision enough. We all know I had a mishap with backing into a pole in my driveway and that mishap had resulted in a lot of damage. They got me in ASAP, they went above and beyond and she looks BRAND NEW. They also had buffed out some scuff marks for me, just over the top customer service. I ve had work done to my cars in the past for previous accidents and when I say that none of them have come close to delivering this kind of service, I mean it.They were kind, informative, priced fairly, went above and beyond I m telling you this was an experience I will remember!

MAE Collision was awesome at getting my car repaired after a hit and run. They coordinated with everyone on my behalf keeping me abreast on every development, from the tow from the lot to their place to my insurance company to the car rental company. They even fought for an extension on my rental after my insurance company refused to pay. And my car looks like brand new and drives perfectly. Thank you so much MAE Collision crew, Jason & Emily. You guys made this horrible ordeal so much easier to handle. I appreciate and highly recommend these guys! See before and after photos!

It s frustrating whenever you need work on your car whether mechanical or body work. However, it is even more frustrating and stressful when you are in an accident. In the whole process of claims, rental cars, and the entire checklist of things to cover, by far, Mae Collision was the EASIEST part of the process! They were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end in getting my car repaired after my teenager was in an accident. The constant communication, the timely updates to my insurance company, the willingness to answer any questions, and the amazing quality of work has secured me as a customer. I would happily refer them to anyone in need of body work. The were the only thing that went right in the whole process! Thank you so much for all your help and amazing work! MAE collision was quick to call once my insurance company sent the claim. They kept me updated every step. They were very open about how long the repair would take. When I went to pick up my car, it looked better on the outside and inside! You can tell the owner and his employees take pride in the work they do! I ve had many accidents over the years requiring body work. I would return to MAE and refer anyone to them! Thanks for doing a great job!

Had someone break my window and bumper. Filed a claim through insurance and used MAE as my repair shop. They did amazing and went over and above. 10/10 service. Good customer service.

My experience with Mae collision has been nothing but spectacular. They made sure to give me all the information needed to move forward with my repairs. They had my car fixed and ready in a timely fashion. They went above and beyond to make the process as easy and a overall hard time a pleasant experience. I m very glad I chose to go through them. After not being happy from the work of another body shop, I brought my car to MAE Collision and was extremely happy with the work and service provided. Took my car to them after an accident and dealt with them for several weeks. Had great service during the whole process. They fixed a number of issus and kept us updated the entire time. Very nice and respectable staff.

They repaired the passenger side of my 2018 Honda Civic. Car looks like it was never in an accident! MAE Collision did a fantastic job on my truck repairs. From start to finish they were very communicative and kept me updated and answered all my questions. They were able to get started on my vehicle right away instead of the 3 week waiting time every where else was quoting me. This was huge since my insurance only covers 24 days of rental car. The truck looks just as good if not better than before the accident. MAE Collision did an excellent job fixing my car! I had an accident and they were able to work with me and my insurance to get it all done in a timely manner. I quickly needed my heat shield replaced for the hood of my Chevy Cruze. These guys went above and beyond to track down a used part (a new one wouldn't have been available straight away) and had it installed quickly and at a very reasonable price. Great service!

From the original estimate to final pick up, the entire process was painless and ready. The repair was completed on time and was flawless. My truck looks like it came straight off the show room floor. They interfaced with the insurance company and allowed me to drop off the rental car at their office for return. Great work and service.

I was invloved in a car accident and actually heard about them through my insurance company. I checked them out and I have to say, all their reviews are great! I can see why. Throughout the process of dealing with the other driver's insurance company, Jason the owner was very helpful! I just got my car back and it looks like a brand new car. MAE collision is hands down the best body shop in the city of Canton. Jason listens to your problems and makes sure they are taken care of the correct way. MAE has replaced a rocker panel and fixed my front end from a surprise front end collision. Each time I received quality work at an excellent price. Let MAE take care of your vehicle, you will not regret it. This is very hard to say about some of their competitors in the area.

I took my KIA Sedona in to fix a scraped/dented fender and a large dent in my tailgate. I had taken it in a few years ago to another provider for some minor body work and wasn't happy with their job because the paint no longer matched the rest of the vehicle. This time, not only did MAE complete the job sooner than they expected at a very reasonable price, the paint on my vehicle looks new again! I can't say enough about MAE and will never go anywhere else for body work again! Plus, they are very friendly and took time to go everything with me. I will be taking my wife's KIA Soul in next. Took my car in after an accident. Office handled everything with my insurance which made it super nice do to my busy work schedule. After hours drop was also a super convenient! I was told that it would take 3-4 days to get my vehicle back and it was finished day 3 ! I received my car back good as new ! Great Customer Service!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Jason was professional, personable, trustworthy and overall very helpful. My passenger side doors had been damaged due to a Sarta bus clipping me, and while I had been given an estimate that it would be repaired by Friday of that particular week, Jason called early Wednesday to let me know I could get her early!
