2018 RR SC with coolant leak. Josh and the team diagnosed the issue (common problem with H2O pump and crossover pipes) and replaced all the necessary parts. Repair cost was more than fair. The team here is FANTASTIC. They had my vehicle in and out in 3 days. I love Land Rovers, but they always have something going on. I will definitely be coming back to Layland Motors for any future services!

Had a great experience with Layland Motors, the service was amazing, and Josh was very pleasant to talk with, brought our BMW in with electrical issues and spark plugs and coil packs need replaced, they got our car in and out in less then two days. Their prices were pretty reasonable and they broke it all down for us. Definitely would recommend bringing your car here!

We had our Volvo towed to Leyland after we broke down on the road side. It just suddenly stopped working out of the blue. Our usual mechanic couldn't address the problem for us, and he recommended Layland. We are very happy with the repair and price to fix our car. We had heard good things about Leyland Motors, but had not had a real need to use them.They communicated very well from start to finish. They gave us a quote, contacted us when anything changed during the repair, and then followed up quickly to let us know the car was ready. It actually turned out to be less than they told us. That was a first for me. I've never experienced that before! They receive an A+ from us:)

Josh at laylands was very rude to me. I was a potential customer I called for a quote for my Benz transmission fluid change and he told me $900 when the dealership charges $700. Which I don t know how that is possible. He seemed very rude and uncaring. He is not a nice person and I will go to the dealership to handle my service.

Cost less than originally quoted. Honest people. The only mechanics who could read the computer on my Volvo. They don t take advantage of women who don t know about cars.

Phenomenal first experience at this shop.As someone who does most automotive work themselves, it s hard to find shops I trust, but so far so good with Layland Motors! I had the transmission fluid and filter changed on my BMW X5, and other than a few first interaction hiccups, everything was super smooth and confidence inspiring. Plan on taking our X3 there for some maintenance work too.

I had my Mazda cx7 2010 checked in bringing him back to life after an accident I had , velocimeter wasn t working at all and had some issues with transmissions emisi�n and module system from engine , brought it to them and it s amazing my car now runs smooth im about to get rid of my 22 Honda accord Naa joke but their totally ! Will install aftermarket parts but you have to be crystal clear on what you want done.Got charged to have 2 bushings replaced when i only wanted 1 done at the time and they did the wrong side. Didn't even call to tell me just went ahead and did it anyway and charged me for it. Took him longer than normal too because the one he wasn't supposed to be doing needed burned out. But the work done was quality and that's the only real issue ive ever had with them. Usually have to schedule 2 weeks in advance if they are really busy

Denny and the Layland Motors team are amazing. They re reputable and knowledgeable on all things exotic cars, and they re prices are reasonable especially compared to the dealer. If you have a special ride, take it to these guys to give it the proper treatment. Thanks guys!

I've had multiple German cars here and gotten an honest estimate every time. Rick is a pleasure to work with and the communication is great. Will not take any of my vehicles anywhere else - not even for an oil change. These guys are that good!!

Best place in NE Ohio to take your vehicle. They are experts and go the extra mile to help you. My Jaguar needed an engine replacement and they handled it quickly and professionally. The best auto service I ever had!!

The folks at Layland Motors are the best group of mechanics and service techs around. They have kept my 99 Boxter on the road, brining it back from an all too soon death of a cracked head. I almost look forward to having an issue with it so I get to spend time with them! Thank you, to all of you guys at Layland Motors that keep my German Jalopy on the road! RIP Rick, too soon gone...
