This place is great. Honest, timely, and work with you every step of the way. Had a quad sit for some time and need a good bit of work, took it to them and they worked with me on options and pricing I could afford. Quad was up and running at pick up in under a week. Awesome folks here and would take a quad to them anytime.

Total rip-off shop. Took quad to have an estimate done. They wouldn t touch the carbs and charged $160.00 just to take front plastics off. Took my quad to have serviced and they kept it for 3 days. I called for status and they said it needed new carbs and a battery. I picked the quad up after they charged me $157 for taking the plastics off. Mike said charge was for diagnostics. His employee Logan said it wouldn t turn over. How do you decide something needs new carbs without turning it over or diagnose it without changing a battery? These guys are total frauds and rip-off s. Don t waste your time or money. I asked for video or pic proof that plastics were off and no response. Bolts all had mud still on them. Mike said you can t report me to BBB because they aren t a member.

I had a Yfz 450 with a water pump failure. An unfortunate event lead me to k&d power sports. The owner mike was very professional and even offered to pick up the four wheeler, he answered all question even gave me a list of things to try first. After determining the engine was burnt up. Mike (The owner) picked it up and rebuilt the entire engine and serviced the quad from top to bottom! When I got the final bill for all the repairs I couldn t believe the price was almost 600 dollars LESS then other shops I received quotes from! My quad is still in perfect running condition a year later.. nothing but positives things to say and he will be the only one to ever work on my power sports.

The team here at K&D Powersports are fantastic to work with. They responded pretty quickly, fair pricing, and very easy to work with. You can see from their shop that they are quite busy, and after seeing their customer service I can understand why. Ample space in their parking lot to pull in with a 16 trailer and no issues maneuvering around.

I recently needed some electrical work done on a Suzuki Eiger I bought that had some issues that caused it to stop running. I reached out to Mike and his crew and they scheduled my drop off appointment and in a very timely manner. I dropped off my bike and he explained to me that they would do a 50 point inspection and dig into the troubleshooting as well as some other work I either requested or inquired about. They sent me an estimate for ALL work that needed to be done according to their inspections and we communicated what work I wanted to commit to and the price it would cost. I paid for the agreed upon parts and labor and was called a few days later to pick up my quad. After getting my quad home the battery would not hold a charge so I called Mike and he told me to bring it on in and they would look into it. Turns out it was a bad battery from their supplier. They kept the bike a few days to make sure the 2nd battery held a charge and called me when it was ready and I was on my way. I am very happy with my entire transaction with K& D power sports and I am extremely happy that I know I have an independent garage right down the road I can deal with. I would and will recommend their shop to anyone needing service in the Stark and surrounding area. Thank you Mike and company. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Mike and his team were super easy to work with on fixing my golf cart. I ve tried two other places and they couldn t figure it out. Mike and his team, took the time to truly figure out the problem and a solution. Runs great and super fair on their price! You truly get what you pay for! Thanks!

I have taken 2 vehicles here so far and have been exceptionally happy with their attention to detail, workmanship, fair prices on labor and parts. Their willingness to make their customers means a great deal to me. I'm hoping that i don't have to, but I will be taking my vehicles back to K&D when the time comes

I took my son quad to them to get fix. They told us, if we didn't want to have something fixed, just let them know when they do quote. Quote came back for $1678, I told them I just want it running and they would do it. So I paid $178 for them look at it and still have no idea why it wont start. This group are hacks, I would never recommend them to anyone!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! BETER LUCK DOING IT YOURSELF!!!!!!I was just contacted by the owner of the company. and not one time did he try and make things right with me. Very bad business practices, and its clear they don't care about there customer!!

Mike did an oil change and wheel bearings on my 800S. Very cool guy who's knowledgeable with upfront pricing. He even came and picked my rig up did the service and dropped it off for a fair price since my trailer was out of commission. Definitely going back next time something breaks.

Had an absolutely great experience with this company. Great communication about the service my machine needed and how long it would take. Very fair pricing and ease of payment with remote payment and invoice functions over a digital app!! Will definitely be using again for repairs in my quad!!

Mike does a wonderful job! Goes the extra mile to make sure its fixed and fixed right! Stays in contact with you so you know whAts going on and will answer any questions you have and will explain everything so you know whats going on! Hes also affordable! So you get quality work for affordable prices! We will return to him for any additional work we need done! Highly recommended

Not pleased with their service. Dropped my Mule off there for some service for an overheating problem. They were quick to diagnose and request the money for the parts, but then apparently the parts took 4 weeks to come in. I am not confident they ordered the parts when I paid for them, but only when I requested an update 3 weeks later.Issue #2. I dropped my mule off with a roof cover. I picked it up and did not have a roof cover anymore. I was told it was my fault. I requested them to check the cameras. Still no communication regarding it. If I m wrong, then I m wrong but I m fairly confident it still had the roof when I dropped it off to them.Issue #3. My mule is now backfiring after they installed spark plugs for me. This is an issue I will now have to fix because every not confident in taking it back to them or having them keep it for any longer than they already had it.Overall, terrible experience.

Everything went exactly how Mike told me it would. Great experience from the scheduled drop off time, phone call with updates, payment process, and the pick up all went very smoothly. Already dropped off another one for repairs! Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer.Ken

Absolutely great guys to work with, very transparent and knowledgeable about all machines. Upon dropping off a basket case of a bike to have redone, the service manager was very prompt to go over any and all potential errors or mishaps that could arise and was able to teach me in the process with some very helpful information. I will only bring my bikes to K&D Powersports from here on out. These guys absolutely hit it out of the park for me and a few others I know who have also been there aswell. 10/10 recommended!!

K&D powersports, y all done amazing job on my razor. Took it out Saturday, ran great, everything worked perfectly. Definitely recommend these guys. They do quality work.

K&D is very knowledgeable. My Polaris Sportsman was having problems starting and wouldn t stay running. They diagnosed the carb was having issues. Rebuilt it and now it s running great. Price was fair for the amount of work. Thanks guys.

Great experience, Had electrical issues and needed forks rebuilt on my kx250f. Mike is very honest and knowledgeable, other dealerships i took the bike to couldnt diagnose the electrical issue and wasted my money, So glad i found these guys! I highly recommend K&D Powersports

Mike does terrific work. He worked on my can-am outlander was able to fix it right up and haven't had a single complaint yet. Plan on taking all my small engine problems straight to him!!

I sent my quad in to get a rebuild got it back and took it home unloaded it and it was blowing smoke so I took it to another shop and my quad had upside down rigs and the jug still had big marks in it I will never go him again

Best shop in Canton OH !!!!!!! So happy with the service and the detailed attention to locate the problem. I got my buggy back faster than any shop I ve ever used. I m a lifetime customer for sure keep up the good work!!
