I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from JDBNOW, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.The salesperson, Darrell, was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to understand my needs. He guided me through the selection process and helped me find the perfect car for me a 2013 Mazda 3.Zach, the financing consultant, made the financing process seamless. He explained all the options clearly and helped me choose a plan that fit my budget comfortably.Overall, the staff was friendly, the process was efficient, and I drove off the lot in my new car feeling confident and satisfied. I highly recommend JDBNOW to anyone in search of a quality car-buying experience.

I purchased an SUV from Canton location. A week or so later I had an issue with a coolant leak and they got me in the right away, and took care of the problem. The service staff there are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality used vehicle to check them out first. It's great to have that peace of mind about a used vehicle you just purchased. Thank you Service Department

Hands down, the best car buying experience I ve ever had! Adam was very helpful with making sure I got a vehicle that fit my needs and explained everything so I was able to make the best decision. I came in expecting to be declined, due to credit, a repossession, and struggling to afford a significant down payment. both Mike and Erika were able to work with me to get me a very much needed car, at a price i could easily pay. thanks to their faith in me, i now have a car and can finally start getting back on my feet

I wasn't happy my transmission went out. But the service department was very helpful and got my car in and fixed pretty fast. I especially want to note that Kelsie kept me updated at all stages and was a pleasure to work with.

Mike Hatcher was the best . He took his time , he was reasonable, made sure I was comfortable with everything. He answered all of my questions . He listened and broke down everything to me. I couldn t have picked a better place 10/10 would recommend.

Thankful for Mike at the Canton store for taking the time and patience to go over the options available for me in my specific situation. Buying a car with bad credit is overwhelming, but JBDNow made it easy and stress free. I also visited the Akron store (which is closer to home) based on Mike's recommended vehicle that was there. Marty and his team took great care of me at Akron, and helped me get into the car that was meant for my situation and needs. He talked me through each option very thoroughly, which gave me HUGE peace of mind. Very grateful for the genuine care and experience that I had over the last two days trying to figure out what I wanted and what was available. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you for getting me on the road after so many past trials and tribulations that I have recently been dealt!

So thankful we chose JDBNOW for this purchase. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. Mike was our salesman and helped us understand and make the best decision for our family. He didn t just sale us a car, he fought for us because originally we were not approved but him and his team never gave up on us. They worked behind the scenes and spoke on our behalf as if we were family to make getting us in a vehicle and off the bus possible. I am forever grateful!!!! I had totaled the vehicle that I had through this lot. I will say that they have been amazing at working with me and finding another car as quickly as they could, that fit in my budget. Devon, the salesman I dealt with today, was phenomenal. Thank you for all the hard work

we are repeat customers at the Canton JBDNOW location, Mike H helped up again which left us with a very satisfied, happy experience again! Had our first vehicle for 3 going on 4 years and never had to bring it back to the lot to utilize the warranty. The upgrade process was fast, smooth, and most importantly, friendly. We left with what we wanted, thanks to the extra help and wiggle room from the JDB staff. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a good expedience.

Really nice people they will help you get right car on your budget and help you when have car problems and fix it as fast they can and all I m saying is JDBnow is best car dealership with friendly people and car bout there customer and treat like family and salesman. Name Darrell he help me out so different ways to get my up grade on vehicle cause I have 2011 and I want round 2015 or up but Darrell make my life easier now cause he got me in 2015 jeep parrot and I love it and Darrell is a good salesman and he does good what he do for living and make people happy at the end and Darrell thinks again for help me out and make my and my family life easier and don't quit what you do man cause you are really good at it and I appreciate you luv and happiness brother people happy

Pretty disappointed. I really wanted to do business with them. I was told they had programs regardless of your credit or anything if i didn't have enough for a DP. I came in ready to cough up $1000 but was told I need $2000...it just kind of bummed me out when i was told they had multiple programs for people in my situation and that if they needed more than $500-1000 down that they could set up payment plans so that i could leave the dealership with a new car. Now i am forced to continue with rentals until i can afford a DP for a car of my own. It doesn't matter that i have more than enough for payment with them or anything... I was understanding even if i needed a GPS tracker or anything on the car. I just wanted someone to actually give me a chance.

Not at all impressed. Had my car for 1 year and struggled with it not running right. It took the motor blowing up before they believed something was wrong. They had the car for 5 weeks. Lied about the progress of the vehicle, promised it to be done and then gave me the run around and wasn't done. Went to pick it up and tried to charge me full price, thankfully it was under warranty and I only ended up paying $20.81. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from here unless you have a good mechanic that can go through the vehicle thoroughly, because their mechanics obviously do not know what they are doing.

I really appreciate the help and care Darrell gave me and my family. When I wasn t approved for a vehicle, he made calls and fought for me and mine. So now after a year with riding the bus with my kids I have a car. It was a blessing to have him and his team. So I hope you have a great and amazing Christmas, thank you from all of us.

Brian Gardiner, Assistant Branch Finance Manager, has provided additional assistance as I had an employment transition.I am working on establishing my credit and appreciate his help achieving that with CNAC financing.

I will never ever buy a car from these people again I bought a 2020 Ford truck they told me that the truck was in good condition not. My truck broke down 2 weeks after I bought it and they would not fix it. The motor blow the brakes went out and had a bad oil leak. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

My original salesman was Mike. Due to an injury I finished the process with both Devin and Darrell. It took a couple of days to close on a vehicle, only because I was not going to settle and they made it happen. Thank you for a pleasurable and no pressure experience.
