Excellent service the work performed on my truck was flawless. Everything was how I wanted it and the service after installation was great. I will definitely be back and recommend them for any aftermarket work.Adding to my previous review:I had a power invertor and back up battery installed in the bed of my F150. The work was excellent and the customer service in the store was outstanding. Definitely a business you can trust to get a job done right the first time.

Great experience here! Awesome staff. Fit me in quickly for a remote start install and was done earlier than expected! They are currently doing a coat drive that takes $25 off your bill if you bring a gently used one (not sure when it ends, but I thought this was a great idea) Def will be back when needed !

After paying over 750 to install a head unit I bought some where else, my remote start previously installed no longer works and the plastic flashing around the floor board on the driver's side was just set into place. I vacuumed and it just fell down. The back up camera that was installed works when the car is in reverse but not when in park and camera button is pushed. Overall would not recommend. Not quality work

Very happy with install of new sub and head unit. Exactly what I was looking for. Sounds amazing and looks clean.I have done many of my own installs and the staff are all very helpful and accommodating with questions.They have helped with 4 of my installs and always do whatever it takes to make sure it's right.I would never anywhere else.Thanks again!

These guys are super friendly and super patient. They don't try and rob you with outrageous labor quotes, don't make you feel rushed so they can move on to the next customer, and do their do diligence to make sure everything's going to fit right on your ride. They have the experience to work on most automotive stuff you need done other than bodywork from accidents and things like that. I highly recommend doing business with them.

I chose Horizon Auto Sports on Tusc. to install a 2 1/2 lift and new wheels/tires placed on my 2018 Toyota 4Runner. Eric was tasked to do the job for me and was very receptive to what I was asking for, and very knowledgeable about the entire install.Dropping the vehicle and parts off the night prior did not go without incident, as Eric realized I hadn t received front struts. Scrambling to contact my vendor and figure it out myself, Aaron and Eric both made multiple attempts to reach out to other distributors for the needed parts. Aaron and Eric were able to make magic happen and get the parts in time the next day to complete the job, while I was able to work my refund with my vendor stress free.Even while waiting on shipped parts to come in, Eric and their team were still able to get my truck finished, put back together, and even helped me out with a quick body chop adjustment (rubbing tires). They also really helped me out in a pinch on needing an alignment and used their contacts to get me fixed up.This review doesn t quite do my overall service justice, but I would recommend these guys to anyone. Not to mention I KNOW they charged me too fairly. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of during my experience.

This is a FYI for anyone looking to have their car serviced at this business. I have had a lot of work done on my car such as a back up camera, new headlights, speaker work. They are very unwilling to fix something they messed up. Every time i have had them work on my car, i have to take it back and have them fix something they did wrong. When they installed my headlights they didn t add the resistors, so i had to take it back and PAY MORE to have it installed correctly. When they installed my back up camera, they didn t provide a long enough wire and the camera stopped working and now audio issues they caused by installing the amplifier. I have taken my car back to them countless times for them to fix the issue just for them to tell me nothings wrong, waste my time and then proceed to try and upsell me a product instead of actually fixing the issue. The audio is not distorted, the wires that you installed are loose! Every time i hit a bump the speakers make a crackling noise! Apparently the wire you from the main power supply to the amplifier is loose and that s all it would take to fix the issue. All you would have to do was tighten it! I showed your workers where the issue was and they fixed it the first time so, I will never be taking my vehicle back and i urge others to do the same. Very crooked business practices! I will reiterate that i want nothing to do with this business. I will not be taking my vehicle back to have you look at it . I didn t pay a lot of money for this vehicle just to have people messing around in it. Do not contact me!

Love coming here for all of my car audio and electronics needs. The owner Aaron is an all around great guy and will do what he can to get you what you need at a cost your looking for. Never had an issue with anything and if so it was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. I send all my friends and family here!

I had under-glow LED lights, root lights, seat heaters, remote start, windows tinted and a backup camera installed and they did an excellent job with all of it.I could not have been happier to find out that the under-glow lights come on when the truck is remote started.The guys that work there are all very professional and friendlyThe work they do is top-notch and I will be back for more in the future.

If you're unable to get into Horizon Audio on Whipple Ave, this location is just as good. The employees are pretty helpful, the store is nice and the service is quick. The prices are reasonable as well. It's nice that they do a variety of things from remote starter installation, backup cameras, audio, etc. I would come here again. I also like that the store is clean.

I went in thinking I had a blown speaker. One of the guys there came out 2 my car , listened to my stereo and made some adjustments 2 my crossover points on my amp and my head unit. It has never sounded better. I asked him what I owe, nothing. Who gives service like that nowadays. The guide are great. I'll never go anywhere else, wish I would have known about them sooner

Services was quick and efficient. Called on a Wednesday and had tires installed on Friday. The company delivering the tires were late and Horizon Motorsports tried everything in their power to accommodate the inconvenience. They corrected the situation and installed the tires in less time that was estimated. Staff and owner were very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend Horizon Motorsports services.

Awesome place! Worked with Dennis and he treated me amazing!! Great customer service and advice! Very helpful on the phone and in the shop!!! My best advice is do not go anywhere but horizon motor sports for all your needs for vehicle, motorcycle, or boat! Great guys all around and great prices!!!

Ugh. What an experience sold me the wrong stuff for my car had me bring it back multiple times my car locked me down 3 times. They had to send a technician out to get my car out of lockdown and started again it is because the remote start that they sold me was not compatible with my vehicle you would think that would be information you can find in a installation manual somewhere ultimately the unit had to be removed and they gave me my money back but trust me it was not worth the hassle that took over a month and a half to figure out. They also sold me a new head unit for the stereo with a backup camera and exactly 7 days after I got it the camera quit working they said it was a bad camera and replaced it and so far we're at about eight weeks from then and it's still working but who knows not a good experience for me.

Great stress-free super easy to deal with experience. Did exactly what they said they were going to do in the time they said they would have it done. Can t ask for anything more. Then went above and beyond diagnosing another issue that I thought would be too expensive to repair. They are now taking care of that as well. Thrilled with this company.

Good deal on 4 tires, very accomadating to my needs and time of service. Very friendly at the counter, explained all needed information to me. I have purchased 5 set of tires for my vehicle and this was the quickest in and out that I had in the area.i will be back

Horizon Motorsports is a first-class operation. Aaron and his team of experts know exactly what you need at a great price. I ve had several installations done here and they ve all been absolutely perfect. I m about to get my windows tinted next and I can t wait to see what it looks like. You should go to Annie Horizon audio or motor sports store if you re thinking of getting anything done to your car. You won t be disappointed.

I scheduled a remote start to be installed in my mother in law's Honda and the gentleman that work at horizon motorsports are top notch. They got me in quick finished the job in less than an hour and are very knowledgeable about what they do. A huge thank you to Eric, John, Dan, Trevor and of course Dennis!

I get all my cars windows tinted here!! All my cars tint was great.. My car in there as we speak to get my windows tinted!! Great services!! Aaron is great and very nice looking.. Will be getting my rims next.. Wont go anywhere else.. Great eye candy at that location!!!!

Repeat customer here. They've worked on many of my families cars. Head units + stereo system overhaul, tinting, and remote starts. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
