Great experience today with the team at this store. I dealt with Michelle over the phone, she was very courteous and professional. I purchased a set a low profile tires and did an oil change. The car drives so much better now and they even let me know there was a $70 rebate available when I was checking out. You can trust this store with your car, they re honest and do proper work.

My experience with this location was a good one. Originally. I was quoted over the phone about $15 to zip tie a an engine splash guard which was hanging. They went the extra mile by inspecting my car and letting me know what needed to be replaced. After they handed me their report, they waved the fee and wished me a good day. This was a very kind gesture and I would recommend going here for future mechanical needs.

Employees are all super nice and helpful. The Canton store restored my faith in Firestone after multiple bad visits with the chapel Hill store, and even fixed what chapel Hill messed up. Good prices and even better customer service. Will definitely return next time I need tires.

Tires are wonderful, customer service and wait time is horrible.Made an appointment to purchase and install new tires on my car. Was told to be there at 11am and that it would take around an hour and a half. My husband and I had to wait 20 minutes to check the car in and were told they would call when they were done. We walked to lunch and two and half hours roll by I call to get an update. Was told there was an issue with a car so it was taking longer then expected (they have like 6 bays, how does an issue with a single car affect the other 5 bays?!) Anyways, after being told it would only be another 15/20 minutes. We head back to the store. (We do not live close, we were walking around to near by stores trying to kill time). Another hour goes by before my car was finally finished.I will say in the end. The manager gave us a free alignment and a small percentage off the tires/install. But still very frustrating wasteing an entire afternoon and absolutely no communication with customer service. Will not be visiting again.

I had a flat tire in my 2018 HONDA RIDGELINE YESTERDAY. I took this off and contacted your canton store at 4880 Everhard rd canton ohio 44718. I spoke to Michelle on the phone. Their store was very busy but somehow allowed me to bring it in and do it for me ASAP. Her and her team including David B did fantastic! Very professionally, helpful and deeply appreciated. Made an appointment for a leak repair and rotation. After 75 minutes, was told my other tire was leaking. Then 30 minutes later I was ready to go. Why did it take so long? Someone had an alignment and was in and out in 30 minutes. Granted, I wasn't charged for 1 of my repairs I will not be going back or recommending this place.

Michelle & Tom were amazing! We were an hour away from home & noticed a thick piece of metal in my tire & came here a half hour before closing on a Saturday. They were so helpful and got a new tire put on & finished it before closing at 6PM. Amazing customer service!Service: TiresService: Tires

purchased tires from Tire Rack and had them installed here. Went BAD at first as when I tried to confirm the appointment Firestone had cancelled without contacting me. Next appointment worked out fine.

Despite using Firestone credit card for the first time and having a new account, 5% discount was not given even though I paid the vehicle maintenance fee for the first time.I'm calling the bank(CFNA), they say talk to the place you go. I am writing to Firestone customer service and no one is responding.**If you're not going to implement the campaign, why are you putting it in then?The purpose here is to make a fool of people.I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

Went in had my car inspected got paperwork and left. Then noticed the plastic piece under the car was hanging. Call back in and was told to bring the car back even though they said they didn't do it. Well to look at anything underneath the car you have to remove the plastic piece that's covering everything. So they put it back up like it was supposed to be no charge. So I scheduled to have new tires put on. When we pick up the car there was lights on about the tires so we question why the lights in when they wasn't on when we drop car off. They told us to drive the car 15 miles and it would reset itself. Well that didn't happen. It was reading The tire pressure monitoring system fault. So took the car back the next day. Michelle the lady at the desk was very rude. Tired to tell me one of the sensors was bad. I told them I wasn't paying for nothing because there was no lights on my car before they got it so I was told they change the right front passenger sensor after Michelle call the police and told them I threaten her and that wasn't true only told her I wasn't paying for anything. The guy working on my car was rude also told me I will not tell him how to do his job and then said they don't even have the equipment for a Jaguar so I ask them why would you touch the car knowing you don't know what your doing and he walk away. So once police came they talk to me and of course I had to leave with the lights still on my car. I called corporate they took a report and told me the area manager would call me. Well still haven't gotten that call. I called the manger the next day he listen and said I'll take care of you. So I took my care to Jaguar dealership to see why the lights was on. They found out that they didn't change the sensor on the right front but change the one on the left front and it was giving off bad signals. So got to order a new sensors. The owner did say he would pay to have my car fix. It's costing them almost $500 to have Jaguar fix their mistake. This could of all been avoided if they 1st had of been honest that they could not do the work and 2nd if they had of just listen to what I was trying to say instead of being defensive about they didn't do anything wrong. Firestone did not know how to reprogram the brake system but instead of just saying that they made it like it was my fault and called the police and lied. Still waiting to here from corporate. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know not to go there. Horrible customer service and Michelle should not be working with people's.

Appointment was at 1pm for oil change, tire replacement, and vehicle inspection. Dropped off at 12:45pm told 3-4 hour job. Come back at 4:45pm truck has yet to be pulled into garage. They close at 7. Sales lady at desk could tell I was irritated and I told her to take vehicle inspection off cause I fell like I would not get the service I paid for. She says she will take half off oil change and give me a free inspection next time. Still sitting in the lobby waiting for vehicle and not satisfied with how everything was handled.

Well the person who did the oil change didn't get the plug properly installed and it let loose and I lost all the oil in the car which caused damage to the engine.

We have been going here for years and for the most part have had good service. The other day we called and asked them if they could remove a couple of rusted license plates screws so we could replace the plate. We did not expect it to be free and we left the car for the full day to allow them time to remove the screws. I called at 5pm to ask what time they are open since we had to leave early the next morning to go out of town. They said it was not done but should be done before they close at 7pm. I received a call at 645pm stating that they have the inspection done but the screws were not remove because the person was gone for the evening. They proceeded to give me a laundry list of items which should be fixed, but never fixed what we asked. I told them I had to get in the morning, don't do anything else we will just pick up. When I went to pick up they wanted to charge me for the inspection!!!! I was shocked. Really disappointed. The manager did try to appease me, but we were headed out of town. The car was there for 9 hours and they didn't have time to fix but had time to inspect.

Front pad and rotor replacement. They said it would be done in an hour and a half. Called me a half hour later trying to upsell. We didn't hear back for 2 hours so we showed up and they had done nothing except take the tires off. The managers discounted the over $600.00 bill by $50.00 and they finished it in a half an hour. Good work bad customer service. I do not recomand.

My 6th purchase from this store. I have purchased many sets of tires in my my life. I know how a tire should be mounted on a wheel. I don t believe Firestone puts the paint dots on for the heck of it. There is reason and logic behind those paint dots. Shop manager and whomever was running the store needs to be educated and then when the customer shows proof of what the paint dots are for. They should not say I don t believe in all of that. My last purchase prior to this one, Tom was his name even pointed out to me the valve stem and the paint dot are lined up. I was not expecting the shop to dismount and remount the wheels. I was expecting a if there are any problems we will take care of the issue should there be one. Not I don t agree with that. Then when paying out I wanted the road hazard and didn t get it. Was told when you rotate the store will add it then. Hope I don t have any issues. Going to need another set for my pickup before next winter. Will be Firestone but thinking maybe a different store. I've only had 1 experience here so far but it went perfectly. I needed all new tires plus maintenance repairs and my dealership was way too pricey. Firestone cut the price in half with their discounts/deals, brought my vehicle back to driving great, and customer service was on point. They answered all of my questions honestly and were able and willing to help me out same day. So far, so good.

Came in for a vehicle inspection to diagnose a grinding in front end. Was notified i needed brake pads and rotors. Service was preformed quickly and at a reasonable cost and i was able to get back to work without losing any revenue for the day.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Only been there once after having my catalytic converter stolen at the local comfort inn while visiting the football hall of fame . While there wasn t anything they could do to help fix the car , they were a huge help with getting us in contact with car rentals . Very friendly service !!!!!

Two bad alignments on two different cars. Brought my car in for front tires and an alignment and my steering wheel is still crooked. My girl Brought her car to them to have her wheels balanced and an an alignment and somehow they managed to make her car drive worse. I once was a regular customer of Firestone. However, after the terrible service that I got this month for an oil change, changed my opinion. Negligence caused my car to lose four quarts of oil. Thank God that I discovered their error in time to save my engine. I won't trust my car in their hands again.

Scheduled appointment to have my BMW oil changed, air filter replaced, and an alignment. After finding a bad lower control arm, they quoted me $890 to replace the lower control arms on both sides (the parts cost $150 and the salesman said the repair time is quoted at 2 hours). Say they charge $100 an hour and double their $$ on the parts it would still only be $500 they quoted me $890. I declined to have that work performed and just did the oil change and filter. The bill came out to $330!!!!!!! They charged $130 for the oil change with full synthetic Pennzoil (Goodyear quoted me $65 for full synthetic Valvoline but couldn t get me in today).This place is ripping people off and everyone should know about it. On top of the price gauging, the salesman gave me a TON of attitude because he didn t like that I knew what I was talking about. Avoid this place if you need repairs. Now I know why I was able to get a same day appointment. At least the mechanic was very friendly and just shook his head when I told him how much they quoted me for the lower control arm job. BUYER BEWARE!
