I recently had my windows tinted at Finesse Custom, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. I liked their lobby with a TV, drinks, and snacks, made waiting enjoyable. Finesse did an absolutely beautiful job tinting the windows on my Bronco! The service was fast and professional. The staff is excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be taking my rig back for other services that they offer.

Very professional staff. Took our 2024 4Runner for window tint and it came out looking perfect. Thank you so much for service and we have another vehicle that will need the same tint. Highly recommend them to anyone. Awesome job and keep up the outstanding service.

If I could rate them w/ more stars I would .. just got my headlight s restored and they look amazing .. the price was amazing . Everyone behind the desk and in the shop was super nice,friendly and informative. I will definitely be back for more services to be done!

Wow! My car looks fantastic! Cali responded to my request for a quote promptly and helped me select the perfect tint for my new car. They knew exactly how to match the partial factory tint and the job is impeccable. After care instructions were clear....thanks for the physical reminders inside too!!! I appreciate the lifetime warranty but suspect it won't be necessary. Thank you very much. We'll be back for sure.

Very friendly, very fast service. I have never had a tinting job done before, and they were extremely helpful when I scheduled. I am very pleased with how my Jeep windows turned out! Definitely recommend these guys.

I got my 09 Forester completely tinted for only $395, and it looks amazing, Cali was very helpful and great at explaining things. They estimated it would take 3-4 hours and they finished in just over 2. It looks amazing and my car now has a new look. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone there was very polite and professional, super easy to get an appointment scheduled and they got my trucks windows done while I waited. The truck looks awesome I m super happy with how the tint turned out. And I m glad I went with the ceramic tint!

Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Quality work and they told me it would be 4 hours ( full tint on 4 door sedan) and it was only 2. Great place, great people, will definitely return.

I had a great experience tinting my Tesla Model 3. Price was good and the experience worked for me. They were not able to tint the back window, but I don t think I really need it. Maybe in the future, but it looks good as is. It was actually cheaper to get it tinted here in Ohio than it would be in Virginia, so Easter was the perfect excuse. Only complaint was that we didn t get a time estimate, so I would have liked to know when to come back. We came back too soon and had to wait around for too long.Service: Window tinting

Staff , product , location ,, EVERYTHING was amazing Cali ( appointment specialist I think ) she was so amazing helping me out with first time doing this to my very first vehicle! I would absolutely recommend this product. If you have a tight schedule they work with you ! Even have a lockbox for after hours so you can still claim Your vehicle! Very happy with my purchase! Will be coming back for that remote store and other tint ( all my friends like it and will be going here ).Service: Window tinting

I ve had ceramic window tint and the triple polish & ceramic coating done on my 2019 Audi S5. I m 100% happy with the finished work and very pleased at how competitive the pricing was. Finesse Customs website is easy to use for obtaining quotes, the response from the staff is almost immediate, and the quote is exactly what you pay. They have done exactly what they ve promised every step of the way, and kept me updated by text throughout the process. The staff is pleasant and personable, and they clearly have an enthusiasm for what they do. They use locally sourced products and it s good to know that by doing business with them, I am supporting local businesses and people with my dollars. I got my wife's Subaru tinted by this company. I called on a weekend (not open) but they text me to plan for Monday (customer service A+). I was directed to a link to schedule the appointment (smooth setup A+). I met with them Monday and the vehicle was done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Both front windows were done well and they applied "do not roll down stickers". I spoke to an owner and we talked of luxury cars and our favorites. Overall, I would not go anywhere else when you know you get service like this.

I took my ford flex in to get a remote start put in. I just waited till it was done, They told me 3 hours but it was actually just 2.5 hours!Very happy with my product!

Absolutely love this shop! Family owned and operated. Superior quality material and labor. Waiting room was comfortable and entertaining for a 10 year old. Overall absolutely the best tint shop i've ever been to.Picture reference - 20% Ceramic on the front and 5% Ceramic on the rears.Regarding Tesla tint- I know a lot of people want the back glass of the model 3 tinted all the way up to the middle pillar. These guys CAN DO IT! Granted it will be done in two pieces but they will do it for you! I read another tesla review saying the didn't do it, those people likely didn't ask and seek answers on it. So, TESLA people, GO HERE FOR YOUR TINT!I've been to other tint shops around for other vehicles and another Tesla, I'm telling y'all right now there is NO better tint shop in NE Ohio. Hands down the best.
