I dropped my daughter's car off today and Chris called a few hours later to tell me the issue and that it would need to be handled by a Jeep certified dealer if I chose to make the repair. The honesty and professionalism shown every time I take a vehicle to them is unmatched. Chris, the service manager, always takes time to explain the issue and he gives options. I would recommend this business ten times over! They are fair, honest, kind, and punctual and they are good at what they do!

Called on the phone to see about new or used tires. The attendant was rude and argumentative because I didn t know the tire size. These are to be a gift for my daughter. I asked if I could come in so they could help me. After all, I m not the expert, they are. Public relations and customer service are not their strong suit. How easy it would have been to tell me how I can find the size, especially in today s day and age. I had to deduce from this phone call that my business was not necessary or welcome, for whatever reason.

Chris seemed helpful at first, I even gave a 5 star review. That was before I called back to explain, my tire they had an issue getting off, is now making noise. He snapped at me telling me it couldn t be the tire but an alignment issue etc and acted like I was somehow bothering him b/c he wouldn t know until he saw the tire (totally get) I apologized to him- if I was irritating him by trying to explain the situation of how and when I heard the noises this weekend his reply BEFORE he hung on, me was like UGH, WHATEVER!

Just had the worst experience, from the moment I walked in I m greeted by a dirty look, apparently I m disgusting because I was finishing my donut I had just got and he made sure to tell me that. I m sure if I was skinny he wouldn t have said that. Rude nasty person. I tried telling him my needs even tho he was automatically rude to me. I had my kids in the car and noticed my tire was completely flat when I pulled into a business across the street from them. This is whats wrong with the world today, and mental health is also real. You should probably watch what u say to people because those comments to someone else could have been detrimental.

They said they could do exhaust work, so I took them up on it just for the muffler I had put on my truck to fall off on the highway

I stopped in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires which i presumed would be an easy fix cause the tires not even 1year old. I stated I was not looking for a new tire just to see if my current one can be repaired. Representative went out, just looked at it and informed me I d need a new tire. They kindly pumped it up for me so I could get home. Had my granddad come out. He helped me take the tire out and lo and behold it was a nail. Pulled it out, filled the whole , and pumped it back with air and it s good as new. I can only presume they didn t feel it was worth the effort to do a repair or look at it even if they only stood to make $20 as a result lost my respect as a company.

Horrible customer service. I got a brand new tire at the end of April. Every since I had it replaced my tire pressure sensor reads 0 psi and I ve had to add air to my tire at least once a week. I called them to take a look at it and they told me there s nothing they can do about it. Wouldn t take a look at it or nothing. Obviously the tire was not sealed properly and they broke my censor and they don t want to take responsibility for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely terrible place . Go ANYWHERE but here . The gentleman who I spoke with was rude and had an attitude . All because the correct lingo was not used . Had a 9am appointment , turns out it was a drop off notice an appointment. Then they refused to work on my vehicle because I told them I would never come back . Horribly ran business. I would recommend anyone else but them

Dont waste your time!! Very rude and unprofessional. They rather stand around and chat then help customers or answer the phones. I called to make an appointment no one answered. I drove there to make an appointment three guys where holding up the office door frame chatting up a storm. I asked for an Alignment and the cost. I was told by appointment only I asked to make an appointment he asked why I want an alignment I said because my husband wanted me to get one today because the car shakes. I was told he dont fo alignments for that and walked back to chat with his buddies. Very rude unprofessional.

I've been going to Dan's since they were on Whipple. While I miss how close they were, their newer location is very nice and still the same great service. I've been through a variety of vehicles and they've always services them well. Nice friendly staff and very knowledgeable. It reminds me of back in the day when every neighborhood has its own garage. It may be a year since I've been in and I still get greeted by name. Highly recommend Dan's!

My daughter dropped her suv off to them. Her husband called to go over some things with Chris and he started getting rude and loud and told her to just come pick up her vehicle he wasn t touching it because my son was bothering him. So unprofessional I will never go back and I will never recommend them.

I had to update my review.Please do not go there with a leaking seal, or a tire losing air, 8 guys will be standing in the lobby, 15 minutes before close, and refuse to give you air or help you in anyway, saying they don't take customers 15 mins before close. They will all watch and laugh as you drive away...I'd walk passed this place, carrying a tire, before I stop again. Oh, did I mention, they're the ones that sealed it the day before!I had even helped them change their address when they moved and updated pictures for them... And all's I got was wheel sealant tar all over my car and wheels... They didn't even try to clean the tar off. They're absolutely bad. Horrible customer service. Horrible.

Called to set up an appointment for an oil change. The guy on the phone told me he can't know what kind of oil and how much a car takes without the car present. When I tried to tell him every other shop can do it providing the exact model and engine size, I was told to go somewhere else and hanged up on. Excellent way to do business.

my tire had a screw and they had it patched in less than hour and was only $18!! they also put a cap on my other tire that was missing. Chris the manager was very nice.

Very combative and angry service manager. There is a little troll that sits behind the desk looking to fight anyone that walks in, have never experienced anything like it. Apparently, he is under the impression "his precious" are the services they offer, which are in fact readily available at dozens of locations in the area for better prices with friendlier and faster service. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews and DO NOT go here.

Did a lot of research and called many places before deciding on Dan's. They had the best prices, especially for the tires they offered. I would give them 5 stars, however I called them 2 times and asked for the final, out the door price that included all taxes, fees, charges etc., and I was given the same price over the phone 2 times. When I got there the price ended up being slightly higher, around $30, for what was explained as "taxes". Beyond that, friendly staff and excellent service.

My first impression was that they were not very polite as you would expect from a business. I in spite of that made an appointment for 4 new tires and an oil change. I walked in for my appointment and even though I m medically exempt from wearing a mask I was told I could not come in. I said that s fine I will go somewhere else. I went to another tire dealer which matched the price, was friendly, professional and I waited in the lounge area for my truck. Dan American Tire lost a new customer today.

Definitely mixed on these guys. They help my girlfriend out and were really nice to her. Their pricing was good and they seemed honest. Unfortunately they don't bother telling you things like your exhaust clips are all broken when they notice it. Also, they do have an interesting ability to check your breaks without actually taking the tire off as well.

I highly would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE looking for any kind of service. The "manager" behind the counter is incredibly rude and uneducated in Customer Service. Apparently he thinks you should use his business despite his poor personality. Dan's use to be very reputable until Dan sold it and this new manager has started. Please DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I drive in from Medina to deal with them. It's only a 30 minute drive. But they treat you with respect. My vehicle is always prepared correctly. I never have an issue with any of their products or employees

Had a appointment at 8am they did not get my vehicle done until 4:30 the next day im not to upset about that. Because they was short handed. What im not very happy about is the guy in the front is very rude to customers. I will not be back again. Its a shame it was a good business when Dan owned it

I had a flat and needed a tire. Was in a bind. They were the only place around open at the time. It was about 15-20 minutes before closing time.I walked in said i had a flat and would buy any tire just to get me to work on Monday.They said we're getting ready to close come back Monday.I told them I had to go to work Monday and really needed a tire.They refused to help me.I would NEVER go to this place after that piss poor experience.There are plenty of of good tire places around.Go somewhere else.

I have been going to Dan s for several years. The service and prices are always excellent. I observe the Chris all the time and he is always professional with the customers. Would recommend to anyone.

Great experience put my front brake pads on for only 60.00 labor air conditioned waiting room with big screen tv and a pop machine will definitely go see them again
