I bought a Corvette Servo for my 4l60E Transmission from these guys on eBay and I'm really happy with my purchase. Item arrived quickly, packaged very well, and it was just as described. Installed it and felt huge improvement in how it shifts. Look forward to doing more business again in future. Will be my "Go To" for transmission parts and service. Thanks !;

I had a really frustrating experience with this company. They sold me a remanufactured valve body that turned out to be faulty. I tried reaching out multiple times via calls and emails but no response. Terrible customer service.

We tried Rich & Cyclone, on a referral from our friends at Harwood Motors. Rich built 3 transmissions for us last year, a street type 700R4, a street/strip TH350 and an extreme performance 4L60. The 350 and 4L60 were previous (poorly done) rebuilds by other shops, The guys at Cyclone fixed them right and we couldn't be happier! ThanksJuly 2019, another great job by Rich and the guys at Cyclone, had a failed rebuild from another shop on a C4, Rich corrected all the issues and the73 Mustang 351 Cleveland car drives great! Thanks AGAIN!

Forgot to UPDATE a few months later:one of the solenoid's in the kit was wrong. They said that I could send it back for a partial refund (Since I had to buy one new from O'reillys). I sent it back and never got a refund. So as I said before...don't buy anything here...I ordered a Master solenoid kit for my 4L60e so the kit worked I guess you could say... but the most expensive solenoid (the epc solenoid) was the wrong one! So I had to go get a $90 Dollar solenoid on top of the $183 Kit! The Business never responded to my emails or calls about making it right, so I'm annoyed to say the least.Services: Transmission, Electrical

Outstanding company. I needed a hard to find part for a Ford transmission that actually has 2 different versions for my model and year vehicle. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong version, however, they promptly shipped me the right version with a return label for the wrong one at no additional cost. I highly recommend this conscientious company and will call them first with all my future transmission needs!

Rich and his team at Cyclone Transmission are the epitome of a good business and custom service. These guys are great to deal and go above and beyond to ensure their customers are taken care of. Do not hesitate to purchase and deal with these guys. Heck, just give them a phone call and you will know right off the bat, that they are a company you want to give your business to. Thanks for keeping the car community a great thing to be a part of guys!!P.S. Wish I was local to meet you all first hand, regardless I will be going to you guys for all of my transmission needs in the future!!

I really can not say enough good about this company, I purchased a part from them on eBay but had a question first. On a long shot I called on labor day and Matt answered the phone. He quickly knew what I was asking, answered my question and even packed the part before he left the shop. 2 days (I live all the way in Washington state) later I had the part and it was the right thing. I was very happy. Matt insisted if I needed anything else to let him know so when I ran into another hiccup on my build, I called him again, 10 minutes before closing (sorry Matt). Once again he was happy to help, answered my question quickly, continued to text me after the shop was closed, and then sent me the parts for just the cost of shipping! This kind of company is hard to find these days, I would not hesitate to call them for anything I needed and I wish they were local so I could give them work. I wanted to write this review as thanks for their help and the fact they were so on top of things!

Rich at Cyclone will build you the best transmission you've ever had. He did a 700R4 for me and specked it out to run perfectly in my 383 C10. The speedo gears even matched. Better quality and cheaper then those other guys....Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I never recieved anything from them they just took my money and merch was shipped but on delivery day I saw it was being returned to them they said they refunded the money but bank says they havnt recieved anything from them
