I had some work done on my vehicle. Canton Auto has the best mechanics that I trust. The work is done properly and the cost is reasonable. It s hard to trust people that work on your cars. I have total faith and confidence that they are being truthful and upstanding with their diagnosis and suggested repairs. My favorite shop!

I've had multiple experiences with Canton Auto Repair and they have all been amazing. They are great at communicating. They are fair, won't do unnecessary things and they always check with me first before doing anything. They give advice on what needs attention on my car, which I greatly appriciate. They made a call to the dealership when there was a discrepancy on what oil to use on my car. They let me know they couldn't figure out why my car was idling weird and didn't charge me for their time. They are a shop who I trust to make good decisions and I feel like that's rare.

Super quick and professional!Called this morning to see how backed up they were as my car wouldn't start last night or this morning.They said as long as it was a battery and I could get it in this morning, they would have me up and running by the end of the day.They kept me informed as the process went with what they found and the total.The waiting area also appeared clean

Canton Auto Repair was great. Serviced my Jeep Wrangler right at the end of 2023 and they were fair, honest, and quick to complete the repairs. Would use them again!

Wonderful service! They were totally honest and did not try to over charge like most shops I know! I had terrible experiences where shops tried to charge me way more because I m a female and canton auto repair group did not! They are wonderful and I would recommend them 10/10! Great work and great prices! Thank you so much for making my car safe again!!!

Don't go here.... Scam they over charges for parts of brakes.... By at least 30 dollars... Also when someone calls them out on it they aways hang up the phone. Again stop wasting your money with places like this.... Very rude. Hateful and untrustworthy.

I called Canton Auto Repair about a tire issue that I needed repaired before leaving for vacation the next morning & they were able to fit me in the day I called. They called me throughout the time my car was being serviced to keep me up to date with diagnosis and pricing. They were all very nice and professional. Unfortunately I am looking for another repair facility. The prices have become unreasonable. And if you pay cash check your receipts they charge a credit card convenience of 3% even if you pay cash. Sounds fraudulent to me.

From the time I dropped my car off, until I picked it up, I was treated with politeness. They kept me in the loop and did the work as scheduled for a fair price. I will definitely take my car there again.

I brought my 19 year old honda minivan there ..after going to another shop first who could not fix my air conditioning .They were polite ..very professional upfront honest and did an amazing job ...called me before and after working on it as well!! I will definitely be using them again !!

I am from out of town and I had an emergency situation where I needed my car serviced the day it was towed in. I went here to get a tire fixed. And ended up making a appointment to get my brakes replaced. Because this is a good business. They don't seem to want to turn business away. They worked me in. And they don't gouge you with the price. These are the kind of companies I like to business with. And I will continue to do business with.

Excellent staff and service. They were able to get us in and out in a very timely manner. Fixed air conditioning on a 24 year old car, now blowing cold as new. First experience with this shop and we are wholly satisfied with the courteous and knowledgeable people there. Definitely will bringing our vehicles to Canton Auto Repair from now on. I don't generally give ratings, but I felt the need to here. I took my 2006 Jeep Wrangler in for shocks, but ended up having a whole bunch of other issues too. Talk about a plethora of *uckery, but the mechanic was upfront with the problems and cost. He was extremely professional and got all the work done in a timely manner. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment and will continue to use them in the future.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement

I do almost all my own auto repair so I'm very picky on how things are done. When a repair exceeds my home capabilities, Canton Auto Repair is the ONLY place I will go to. Their prices are reasonable and their work is outstanding. Trust is the biggest reason I turn to Canton Auto Repair. No BS, no extra hassle. Great local business. Great Service. Great mechanics that know what they are doing. Great service with good prices. The Owner Shawn is a fair and honest person. I will only bring my 3 vehicles to this place. Definitely go to see them for all service and mechanical needs. Ripped off! The bald guy told me that I needed rear shocks. THAT WAS A LIE! The frame was rusted out! Took it somewhere else, and they showed me just how bad it really was. The guy that shaves his head charged me for shocks and a tire rotation. Almost $400! And then sent me off like everything was great! **UPDATE 5/17/22**This is still the best shop in town. They do great work, they are very efficient, have fair pricing, and this is extremely important, they are HONEST!! I will never take my cars anywhere else. You can tell they care about their customers.Great service and good pricing. Even better than that, they are honest. Brad is top notch and is patient when you have questions. Highly recommend.
