Vince, The man that helped me, was so helpful-he was more than excellent in customer service! Checked my check engine light that was on and helped put in my 2 headlight bulbs! I have never experienced such wonderful service at an AutoZone before!!! The store was clean, well organized, and carries a lot of your auto needs! Highly recommend this AutoZone!!! Thank you, Vince, you deserve a raise!!!

Brad was fabulous! He put windshield washer fluid in my car - when my husband was out of town. Definitely recommend this Autozone and their friendly and helpful staff!

Needed a taillight replaced, Dom helped me out with the best attitude I ve seen from an employee in a long time! Super friendly got me in and out in less than 5! 10/10 great place! Give this man a raise!

I had been to three other part stores all with no success in finding the bearing I needed. Dom W. patiently helped me even saying "I understand, but we're going to change your luck.". And he did!He was very professional and friendly and got me what I needed!Great service Dom! I'll be back (even though there are other options closer to my house)!

Don at the whipple ave store was awesome! It was a rainy day and my wiper flew off while I was driving. He put a new one on for me and was seriously the nicest guy! Thank you so much!

These guys are so professional inside and outside the store. One of their employees came into my work and was super friendly and even chatted with me about my car helping me figure out something that's been bugging me a while. When I went into the store for a separate problem, Josh (I believe that was his name if not I am sorry) and the other guy there went above and beyond helping me figure out the problem. I spent so much time calling and going into the store I thought they'd start getting annoyed but every time I went in they were ready to help and work on different solutions with me. Amazing team never had a bad experience with them.

We had a battery emergency on Christmas Eve when our battery died at Belden Village. We got a jump, drove over to Autozone. Tyler came out, test the battery and verified it was dead. Dom replaced the battery for us right there in the parking lot in well-below zero temps. They were so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate the efforts to get us back on the road and home to celebrate with our extended family who was waiting for us as we were hosting Christmas Eve dinner.

I had the best experience at Auto Zone on Whipple thanks to Dom! I had just pulled in the parking lot and I was taking a picture of my head lights to take inside. Dom was walking outside and came over and asked if he could help. He changed my light bulb effortlessly. When I asked him how his day was going he said he had just got off work. I was surprised and impressed that he was off the clock and still went out of his way to help me! Thank you Dom for being so helpful and kind!!

I have great experience with them I had a sales person his name is Grag, he was so respectful and really professional changed the battery for me so quick and he was dealing with my car as if it is his I really appreciate you man thank you!!!

I had a headlight out and came to this brand new Autozone. Brad was so helpful and courteous ! Thank you Brad ! Keep up a great customer service and work. Thank you so much for installing my new headlights ! Plus place is very clean and well organized ! It will be my new spot for anything car !

Brad helped me put a new battery in my car today. I am a college student and I live on campus. Because of this, I don t have my dad to help me with my car issues. After my car struggled to start, I decided to go to autozone to get my battery checked. Brad was informative, friendly, and willing to help me outside in the freezing cold. He put the battery in no problem and spoke to me about college life. I really connected with him and I definitely will come see him if I need something else in the future. His friend that also works here was humorous, friendly, and happy to be working. It was a nice atmosphere.

Dom W. Was beyond amazing!!! He changed the battery and terminal in the rain, and never complained! Just the best service I've ever had, so professional and informative. Also so kind!! Thank you!! If it weren't for people like him, I dont know what anyone would do. He makes Autozone look amazing!

As far as customer service goes for an auto parts store, my man Don W crushed it. He saw me pull my car into the parking lot. Greeted me on my way in the door and already knew what I needed when I told him what part I was looking for.I was in and out in MINUTES. I always appreciate good customer service.

I dropped one of my low beam headlight bulbs into no-man s-land. After numerous attempts to retrieve it, it was just too far gone for me to reach. I drove back to AutoZone just before dark. Garet came out, unscrewed part of the wheel well, and retrieved the miraculously-in-tact bulb from all the way down at the bottom of the bumper. Then Garet promptly installed the bulb and made sure all of my headlights were working properly. This store has been open five days and already understands customer service better than some stores that have been open five decades! Thanks again Garet!
