I went in to this location for an air filter, as well as a Duralast tool lifetime warranty replacement. I was told Duralast tools have a lifetime warranty, so I ve decided to start buying them exclusively. This was the first time I attempted a replacement. (A pass through wrench set I purchased around 2016 finally had enough.) I was wary due to this being the first replacement attempt, and the fact that the tool set had been changed, so there was no direct replacement. After some research on her part, Jennifer processed the replacement. I am impressed with her and the staff at this location and will be back. Thanks Jennifer!

Nice Service Got Locked out My Friends Car was stranded and needed a slim Jim and had no money on me to buy one and the cashieer bought one and let me use it and i brought it back to the man thankful for getting me in to my friends car so we could get home <3 very Greatful for Mr. Ray For being a "Angel" today

Had a headlight out. Stopped by and Gage and Joesph were professional, understanding, educated and thorough with helping me diagnose the situation, recommending the right tools and helping me accomplish the mission in an expeditious way. Use this store and find these young men if you have a problem. They will not disappoint.

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Went here very late the other day, and the man working was nice about it and helped us find what we needed anyway.

I was greeted by the manager as soon as I walked in! She was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. She helped me find the alternator I was looking for and she also recommended a belt that I purchased and it saved me from having to make another trip up to the store. 10 out 10 would recommend this store. I ve been in there numerous times and have had a pleasant experience every time.

They were incredible! The two ladies inside helped me the second I walked in the door. Instead of immediately suggesting I get a new battery, they assisted me in cleaning off the corrosion from the battery and the terminal. During this process we found a crack in the battery. Ultimately it needed replaced, but I couldn t be happier with the experience and their assistance. Keep up the good work!

My father stopped in there the other day to get floor mats. He is an elderly man that does not have the strength and mobility he used to. A lady named Jen helped him to carry them to the counter, she then proceeded to cut them apart and install them in his vehicle. She went above and beyond to ensure they were cut to fit. My father still can not stop talking about the amazing service!

I'm a truck driver, and had a serious problem suddenly that had me parked in front of the Columbus Road NE location in Canton. Also, my dumb 3G phone had no service, so I stopped inside the store to make sure that I wasn't interfering with customers driving in and out, and I also asked if I could please make a call for assistance.The staff was wonderful, and Keelie even offered me the use of her phone. That in itself helped immensely, as I then went out to my truck with her phone and described to my company exactly what I was seeing so they could send the best help, tools, and equipment.AutoZone made the experience go as smoothly as possible, simply by being kind and helpful and positive, and even helping out my mechanic when he arrived.My gratitude for such terrific people, making this world a tad brighter, which meant a great deal.Mike D.

Like this one. Customer service is very helpful. Much thanks to Austin and Jason. For whatever reason, they tend to be the two in the store when I shop and if you had two more like them nobody could compete. Amazing customer service and an overall just treating others how they want to be treated. They have no problem taking their time to go above and beyond.

One of the best auto zones I ever been too Joe Kolleth greeted me with respect and went above and beyond to help, as far as finding the right part for my vehicle, explaining my options, and helped me install it as well. I definitely recommend this store and Joe for all your auto needs

Great Staff! Went in with my dead truck battery, they threw it on a charge for an hour. I went back gave them the receipt. They told me it was fully charged, I then asked them how much and they said "free". How awesome. I'll definitely be back for any auto care needs.

I went in to get my battery checked and get a new battery. Joe was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. He checked and installed my battery and I was out in 15-20 mins.

After a long day at work the last thing you want is a notification on your car s dashboard! Even worse than that is stopping at two auto parts stores and them telling you that their companies won t allow them to replace the bulbs in your car because it s too complicated . I assured them that my car wasn t complicated as they had done it quickly and easily before. They said Sorry, you will need to get an appointment at a shop . Arghhhh. Not only does that mean more expense but time involved to make an appointment and the price of taking off work! Then I called AutoZone on Rte. 62 in Canton and Charles told me to come by so they could take a look at it. When I arrived, Charles was graciously helping other customers with their wiper blade installation so Justin helped me. He came to the car, checked if he could get the bulb out, was successful and after paying and installation he had me back on the road quickly with no more notifications on my dashboard! Yay for AutoZone and thanks to Charles and Justin for their outstanding customer service!

Joe is Amazing!!!! Went in with a problem with my sprayers for windshield wiper fluid. He found exactly what I needed cause I had no idea lol and helped me put them on!!!! He s great!!! This is now my go to car parts place!!!! Thanks Joe!!!

I like AutoZone, but I only buy from them if it's an emergency and I need the part immediately, because their prices are just too high. I can get the same parts for half the price from RockAuto, including shipping and tax. Having said that, AutoZone has good products and customer service. Staff is knowledgeable and professional.

came in and explained to Jacob the manager that I am car dumb but needed help replacing a headlight he not only came out and help me figure out which headlight but skillfully put it in for me. Very friendly very helpful I highly recommend this AutoZone to any car dumb ladies out there.

Great store, the mgr Jake is one of the BEST at helping ladies when they don't know what they need for their car. Staff is very helpful, reasonable prices and reward points. Thanks guys!

Joe was great in helping out my mom replace the windshield wiper hose on her car it was freezing cold and he was a big help, Joe is a a great rep for AutoZone. Go in and ask for him!

Went to the dealership and was quoted $380 for a battery. I called autozone to see if they had a battery in stock. Not only was it less than half the price Austin H rang me out and installed my battery for me!!! He went about and beyond THANKS

Was looking for brake pads n rotors for 2015 malibu.they had half of what i needed so called advance auto ports bam had all parts with a choice of what type. Advance does have more experience personal working at least at Cleveland ave south.not first time this has happened. Was late closing in on closing time auto zone was closer but not better. Thsnks again advance.

First of all bud. You can't stock everything that your company sells. That would be ridiculous. And for me to believe that you stock everything that your warehouse has. Well that would say I'm a... Company's are made by there customer base. And I'm gonna stay out that zone.
