Echo was great. So friendly I went down for two headlights. He took care of me so quickly. I also decided I needed windshield wipers. He also knocked that out no problem.

I think when people do good things they should always be acknowledged I had to AutoZone Monday, October 9 around 430 because of my battery dying. I didn t have the complete change and the gentleman by the name of the Larry Z took care of me and helped me with the remaining balance, and also went out of the way to install the battery even though they don t have to do that I couldn t be more grateful for the wonderful customer service that gave. Thank you Larry Z.

Went to Walmart on Tusc & 62 to get a bulb replaced on my Mercedes-Benz ML 350 & both stores say they couldn t do it that I will have to go to Valvoline because my bumper had to get taken off etc. now I originally got the bulb from AutoZone but I went to go take it back because both Walmarts told me it was the wrong bulb anyway. turns out it wasn t the wrong bulb & the store manager Ty not only replaced it for me, but he refused to take any payment for it. Long story short you need help with your car. Minor problems like a bulb change. A battery change go to AutoZone on Mahoning & ask for Ty.

I bought windshield wiper blades during a torrential rain storm. Clerk installed for me in downpour and refused a tip.

Needed a battery from nearby breakdown (dead battery) last Thursday about 5 pm & got one installed here with great service!! Good price and straightforward explanation after a good check of make & model. The employees were great at install in parking lot too!!

Again every time I go there and give me the wrong product and It Don't Fit they don't know what they're doing I think it's computers but they need to train better also the girl that works there in Lewisville the girl that works there with the long black hair he's very knowledgeable she's a very good person I go back when she's working

Nice but didn't put my light bulb in my Yukon Denali wich they should of since a friend worked there and told me this...now I'm getting wipers for both my suvs so let's see if they apply those...

My experience there is always great. The staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Before I go to any other parts store. I go to the Mahoney auto zone.

Took back loaner tools that I previously stated and got money put back on my debit card but the process takes to long to add back in acount. No fee kept for tool rental.

Ame clearly wasn't trained in customer service. She had an attitude and complained about corporate. It also appears that no one was trained with the new ordering program. If you can call other stores do so.
