Walked in and was greeted by a voice in the back hollering "We're closed." Now what I needed was not an emergency, but just what if I was a single mother with three kids in the car and I needed to purchase a battery to get to work the next day to keep food on the table and you just sent me away without even qualifying the need? Way to go customer service team! You royally suck at this location. The only good Autozone left is on Whipple Ave. I'll gladly drive further to go there than waste my time on you dimwhits.

The customer service at this Autozone is unmatched anywhere else. They go above and beyond for customers. I have a VW Jetta and they installed my battery in the cold and snow, the crew taking turns until they got it installed perfectly. They also helped me find and install the correct wiper blades for my car in the rain. Fast and friendly service, this is the only Autozone I will go to!

This review is a bit tardy...but some weeks ago, I needed a new brake light bulb and came to AZ. Trent was very polite and helpful, researching which one I would need for my make and model, then was willing to install it for me on the right side. Afterward, he offered to install the left side one as well while I was there. That is good customer service. I'm very glad that this location is so close to me. Thank you again, Trent.

Sarah was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and make sure any questions/problems I had were answered and resolved. She demonstrated extreme professionalism as well. If I could rate higher I would!EDIT: Recently returned to the store and was helped by Trent. Similarly he went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I needed my car battery tested. Trent from AutoZone came out in the frigid cold to check it for me. It tested bad. He went above and beyond to locate a battery that would fit and also meet my husband's requests. We weren't sure if it would fit my car's setup, but he went ahead and removed my battery and placed this one to see if it would work. It did fit, and he added extra security to help guarantee a better seal, as my connector was getting old. He had such a pleasant attitude the entire time. He was very professional and helpful, and not at all irritated to have to be outside in the cold or having to see if the battery would fit. In fact, he suggested the battery just so I wouldn't have to return another day after a different one was ordered. Very nice job! Thank you Trent for great service and professionalism. I tried to tip him, but he said he wasn't allowed to accept. He is honest and invested in his company. I will definitely return to this location.

Trent U. Was Gave the most exceptional service. They were about to close and he was able to change a battery for me. He also applied my military discount, if I could leave a tip I would. Keep up the good work thank you again for your service to my car.Also the manager terry was excellent in providing assistance, very well ran store every time I come in. Thank you

Trent... Was .. what can I say.. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! SO I WON'T SAY WHICH LOCATION BUT ANOTHER AUTOZONE GAVE ME THE WRONG BATTERY FOR MY VEHICLE AND MY WIFE AND SON WAS DOORDASHING AND ENDED UP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD CALL TRENT UP AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KINDNESS HE HAD TOWARDS ME AND MY FAMILY WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL.. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY thoughtful...IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO GO WHERE YOU WANT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND THEN YOU NEED TO COME TO THIS AUTOZONE HE REALLY WENT FAR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY AND TOOK CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY! Car has had problems starting the past couple days. Came up to auto zone to get a battery and the two gentleman working were the best! Price matched me for a battery that was cheaper somewhere else! They made sure I had all my options laid out for me incase I wanted to go somewhere else and they never talked bad about other companies! They also installed my battery for me even though I was more than capable. Was very careful with my car and Trent didn t even lose his cool when the bolts wouldn t come off. Not something many of us could say! Rating was a 10/10 id definitely come back here just bc of Trent U. And the other guys name I didn t catch but was just as awesome! Thanks guys.

Very unprofessional!! The clerk was arguing with my husband, basically called us liars. We were trying to return highly expensive part that we ended up no longer needing. However the manager was more professional and understanding. I just don t believe in arguing with the customer.or making someone feel belittled!!

I had an ongoing issue with my car and the workers remembered me whenever I went into the store. They were also pleased when I got the issue fixed. They wanted to see it through start to finish. Kind, helpful, and if one worker is slacking, another one will pick up the slack to ensure the customer is taken care of.

The manager there was awesome he helped me out big time and saved me alot of money when my engine light came on and gave a code he fully explained what it was and told me how to fix it myself and what I needed and it worked. Thank you so so much. He was so awesome and knows what he is talking about.

They had the battery I needed for my truck in stock. The young lady that assisted me is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and guided me in the right direction. I have been a customer at that same store for years. She is an asset to that store and I appreciate her assistance.

The Customer Service Rep/Technician was INCREDIBLY helpful. I visited the store with a problem with my windshield wipers (which I unwittingly mis-installed) and he patiently checked to ensure that I had the correct blades for my vehicle, painstakingly researched the proper protocol for installing them, and went out into the cold night air to properly attach them to my vehicle. THIS is why I am a loyal AutoZone customer. Much obliged, as always!

The staff was friendly; Greeting me when I walked through the door and asked if they could help me out. The employee retrieved the items for me, which I greatly appreciated. I also so other employees helping out customers in the parking lot. The inside of the store was clean and the parking lot was in pretty good condition. I would come back here.

The two workers there were very helpful, got a new battery and they helped install it as well, it was very quick (under 15 minutes) to pay for everything and have it installed. Great friendly people!

The manager needs to be fired he does not know or must just not care about what he does. Was very rude installed a fuse with the car running and that fuse in use actually making more things on that fuse not work anymore. Asked to put in the old fuse because now more things would not work he refused and would not help further. Will never use auto zone again after such a horrific costumer service interaction. the most incompetent mean employee I have ever encountered.

Awesome place to stop for a few quick things to take care of minor auto issues. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The range of products and tools needed to complete almost any job are right there. The prices are excellent. I'll definitely be back.

Pulled in for a tail light, walked in to the counter and the guy said "good morning, here ya go" and the bulb i needed was on the counter. He saw me pull in, had a tail light out, guessed the year make model right, and had the bulb waiting for me on the counter. AMAZING. totally made my day. I said i also need wiper fluid, to which he reached below the counter and said "got that too". He went out, put the bulb in while i filled the fluid. I was in and out in less than 6 minutes total. Never switching from AutoZone again. Wish I would've got the gentleman's name. Thank you for making my day!

Bought left turning light for car.the worker didn't help put it in.he reach down and said you need to take it to a mechanic cuz he can't find it. We showed him wear it was and he refused to help.it was the worst experience I ever had at a autozone.This guy needs retrained by other stores so he can bring the same services.

I thought that I had a problem with my battery or alternator. on my 2013 Corvette.They came out and tested both and told me both checked ok. Saved. me close to 200 dollars. Can't thank them enough for saving me the money for a new battery or alternator.Great people and a great staff.

Have had one hell of an experience this weekend with my vehicle. The employees at 740 in Canton, have all been helpful and courteous throughout this stressful weekend. I came to store #738 in Canton this morning and the gentleman that helped pull my battery out of my car and then charge it was super nice. So, when I had to come back for another battery recharge, the first one I spoke to looked at his watch and said "yeah, we might could charge it for a bit", then came out to look under the hood, told me to figure out what I needed to get the battery out. Then he walked into the store and helped another customer. I don't get it. What just happened?What happened to going the extra mile for the customer???? Yeah, I know it's almost closing time, but why are you SIR, going to leave a customer just like that without even offering any tools to help. Is it store policy that "yup, it's eight o' clock time for us to get outa here so we can't fully charge your battery. You get what your getting"That's how his attitude towards me felt like. Now, any other day, I am sure he is a fantastic employee and helpful, but tonight, NOPE. Disappointed I am in this Autozone employee. Now, the other one who gave me a tool and took my battery to the back to get charged, he was courteous.Twas a good experience I had with Autozone this weekend. Except the ONE employee at #738.

Has what I need at affordable prices. Only I wish that synthetic oil had some coloring or something I could add to it so I don't overfill my snow blower
