From my first visit to All Makes And Models Auto Repair, I was so impressed with the service that I received. From their professionalism, attention to detail relative to repairs, fairness in pricing and personal touch, all of it made it quite clear that I had made the right choice. My niece and her husband recommended them. I am so very happy that I went.Any time that I have called with a question, to set up an oil change, repair, etc., their response was immediate. I have never had to wait. I'm so grateful for their exceptional service. Justin and Kyle are both very personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend All Makes And Models.

They are AMAZING mechanics to work with. I've spent literal years going from one mechanic to another, not only trying to find people I like but also to find competent people. They are very knowledgeable and their labor rates are competitive as well! They are also honest which I greatly appreciate. I've had break work done where they found I didn't need all of the parts I had originally thought and rather than go ahead and slap em on, they let me know my charge would be lower as I didn't need certain parts that were still near new condition. They only charged for partial cost of the break assembly for the parts they did replace. They have the capability to service motor homes and larger vehicles as well which is something that not many mechanics have the ability to do with either limited space, lack of equipment, or lack of knowledge. I'd definitely recommend these award winning mechanics! They'll take care of you and be able to explain everything in layman's terms so you know exactly what you're paying for if you have questions!

I've never been to a mechanic shop/ Full spectrum Automobile business at its size that can be so accommodating (within reason). They're quick, and are beyond efficient from start to finish. 5 STARS and then some. Would not hesitate to take a $1000 car there or a $100,000 car there. Whatever you're driving, they're thriving. Head on over to All Makes and models !

They made room in their busy schedule for me and diagnosed the problem promptly and honestly! They also went above and beyond. They noticed I needed my tire repaired and surprised me by doing it free of charge. Very kind and affordable! Highly recommend these guys!!

I walked out to a flat tire and didn't know what happened nor if it was going to be able to fixed or have to be replaced. I stopped at All makes and models and they fit me in immediately due to an opening and they were able to plug my tire and all was well in the world again! Amazing service, and honest guys working there! I will always go to them when I need something.

Disappointed in the quality of work I received. In less than a year 3 parts have failed that All makes and models and their team replaced on my Ford Flex. One of which they did replace was the rack and pinion. The other two parts, the power steering pump and the a/c compressor which the compressor they just replaced 2 months ago they will not fix. The labor on that a/c compressor alone was $500. I do not believe I was given quality work there is no reason for failed parts in that short amount of time. They did say there was no warranty as I bought parts at the part store myself. I believe they should offer labor cost when their team does not deliver a good job.

For many years I have taken my car to the same car repair location. After several bad experiences, I tried All Makes and Models Auto Repair. I am so happy I did. The owner and staff are just the best. They have been kind and capable each time I have been there. All makes and models is a fantastic place to get your car serviced. I have been going there for years and have never been displeased with the service. They have great customer service and truly appreciate their customers. When I call them they always know who I am. They do their best to get your car in that day if it is an emergency. They get their work done fast and it is done with quality. There have been many times where we were not charged for minor things such as checking a tire and getting a small plug. This is a very honest business and I will take my car nowhere but All Makes And Models.Services: Transmission, Tires

These guys are hands down the best mechanics in the greater Canton area! We've had all of our cars serviced here for several years now and they are not only highly intelligent, they are friendly and will always take care of you in an emergency situation. Many times they have helped us without even charging us. Example: our son had a metal screw in his tire. They pulled a mechanic off a job, he came out and examined the tire, sprayed it with leak detector, and pulled out the screw which didn't penetrate the tire. They didn't even charge us. This is just one example of their good will.They also have state of the art lifts and computer diagnostics and have always figured out what the problem is when other places are stumped. They do excellent work and at a fair price. Go to All Makes and Models when you have a car problem; they will take care of you!

I almost hate to leave a review because I don't want more people to find out about this place. The staff is friendly and competent. Most importantly, they're honest. Unlike most repair chains, I can find my own replacement parts online and bring them in (without warranty.) The only downside is they're not cheap, but you get what you pay for. 5 stars.

I've taken my vehicles to All Makes and Models 4 times now. The guys are always polite and professional on the phone, which surprisingly hasn't always been the are when I've tried to find mechanics. The pricing is incredibly fair in comparison to many of the places I've taken vehicles to, and they also guarantee all of their work for a lot longer than most places do. Lastly, and most importantly, they do good work, which is the most important thing at the end of the day.

One of best auto repair places i have had the pleasure of taking my vehicle. Hands down best trusted auto place anyone can take their vehicles. Very professional, out standing/excellent work, will go out of their way to help you in anyway, will show you the issues if requested, will let you know whats best for the vehicle, will work with you on scheduling, backs up work for 2 years and if i ever have to move away i just dont know if i would ever find auto place like this that i would trust as much as i trust Kyle and company. All car repairs can be very expensive, but these guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. They guarantee their repairs for two full years. Justin Smock is the owner and Kyle does the intake.There's a diagnostic charge, but when talking with you they're helpful and generous with their time.They just moved to a larger place because they have so much business, due to their integrity. There are generally 60 to 80 cars ahead of you so plan on making your appointment ahead of time.

I went there a few weeks ago to have a headlight replaced - the staff was incredibly kind and the service was unbelievably fast. They didn't even charge for labor. I went back this week because I was having tire issues, and they removed a nail and filled the puncture hole. It was completely free. I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone.

We have an older pickup that needs lots of tlc. We recieved great service, excellent explication of the needed repairs, great turn around time and a fair price. Since our favorite mechanic closed, we have been trying to find a good shop and we finally have. We will be taking this old truck there again.

Told me over the phone that check my battery drain would be $110, I was then charged $245...Next thing I know my car shuts off in the middle of the road on the way home, just had it towed home from there.Edit: After recontacting them, they towed my car back and fixed the issue for free. Also refunded halp of the charge. Glad to be working with someone that understands they messed up, and willing to work with their client to amend the mistake.

There is no one better than Justin and his team at All Makes and Models. I recommend him to everyone I know. I've taken everything from Honda Accord, Ford and Chevy trucks, Subaru and all 4 of my corvettes to them. Also perform outstanding service, prices are very fair. There are few things more valuable than a mechanic you can trust. Justin is that and more. Very satisfied! Excellent customer service, honest and far pricing. Would highly recommend to any one. Called and was given options when to drop off Vehicle that best fit my schedule. I picked a time that was best for me, I expected for the vehicle to take a few days to perform the repairs. Not the case, job was completed same day. We have a trip coming up and I feel Justin and his team did a great job. Thanks guys see you in the future !!!

I brought my car the night before we left for a long trip. My oil was burning out to quickly. The guys at all makes were dedicated to making sure my car was safe and on the road the following day. Instead of ordering parts and leaving me not traveling, they made sure to take extra time with my car and get us on the road to vacay! When I tried to over pay I was kindly told, "Welcome to the All Makes and Models FAMILY".I recommend them for all your needs.Thankfully, the pretzel lady and family. I have been coming to Justin for several years now and he is simply the best. Justin is very knowledgeable and his custom service exceeds my every expectation. There have been many times when I have been in a pinch and each time Justin has helped me get my car fixed in a timely manner, most times that day. I have called them from the road with questions and he always takes the time to answer them and they are patient with me as well. Friendly, courteous and professional are the trademark of All Makes And Models Auto Repair and I highly recommend them! When I pull in their driveway I always feel like I am visiting old friends!

We have been going to Justin and All Makes and Models for years. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else but to Justin. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Most recently, I had my sunroof get stuck open on my truck and they went above and beyond to get it fixed in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this company enough and I will continue to drive the 1/2 hour from my house (there are many other repair shops much closer to me) to All Makes and Models!
