I took my RAM there after some damage was done to the bed and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Very personable, you don't feel like a "number", the paint match is perfect! It's charcoal grey and I was worried but it came out excellent! Detailed my truck in and out which surprised me (the inside). They even corrected a minor flaw in the body just to make it right! Top notch work and people! I'm 50 and I've been around... you will not be disappointed trusting your vehicle to Sam and his crew! Thanks so much!!

I had Advanced Auto Body repair my Tahoe after it was vandalized while parked at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport. I was able to get in for an estimate right away. Heath and Chris were both very nice and easy to work with and the entire process went very smoothly. When I dropped the car off, I hadn t cleaned up the broken glass inside yet. When I picked it up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they vacuumed everything out. They went above and beyond. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my vehicle here again and recommend them to others.

The headlight they ordered from BMW was defective, but Advanced Auto Body was able to quickly diagnose and then navigate the BMW warranty system to get a new part to install. They truly do stand behind their work and parts!

So far from what I have seen. I'm excited to get my car done here. They saw I had a blanket in my window. And then put something like plastic right away in for me. I truly appreciate it until my parts come in. No more windy rides. Thank you so much ..Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I needed a paint job on the passenger side of my car on the overhead trim and and the back quarter panel. It was my fault and out of my own pocket. A friend reccomended Advanced.I showed Sam, a manager, that the door panel just above my door handle also had paint wearing away. Sam explained the lifetime warranty wouldn't cover specific areas where the paint had to blend in, and we worked out a deal on that area.The service desk was knowledgeable and friendly. The car was ready at the end of the following day as stated. Upon picking up the car, it was amazing how much better it looked. It's a 2010 Mazda 3 and it makes me proud to have such great work done on it. I appreciate the lifetime warranty so I know the paint will hold up.My carpet was vacuumed, as well. I left a happy customer.July 11, 2018

Overall I had a great experience. Bob communicated changes to the repair in a timely and professional manner. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I would have rated them 5/5 stars if the shop dust was removed from the inside of the car when I picked it up. I would highly recommend this business.

Amazing body work. I'm the type of person who knows every little nick and scratch on my car. After they were done, I couldn't tell that there had been any dame done. The paint color matched perfectly and they bake the paint on, which is a huge plus. Turn-around time was quick.I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, my experience at Advanced Auto Body, Inc is OUTSTANDING, SUPERB, STRESS-FREE, and PROFESSIONAL. The front-end staff is fantastic and technicians that make your car look brand new. I took my SUV to AAB,Inc for body damage and I got back a SUV that looks brand new. AAB staff dealt with my insurance, arranged a rent-a-car, and got the job done fast.The techicians did flawless paint/body work, washed my car and even detailed the inside interior. I am so impressed and will sing their praises to everyone. I can't even begin to say enough good things about Advanced Autobody. I have a 2005 Toyota Sequoia that they've worked on numerous times. Each time has been a very pleasant experience. Their work is always above average, their costs are always reasonable, and their attention to detail is impeccable. They do the work right, they provide great service, and they do the little things that are above and beyond to make for some of the best customer service I've ever experience.

After reading all the great reviews I chose this shop to replace a bumper, repaint my roof, remove dents, order and paint a tow hitch cover and replace a windshield. From the start they were very nice and professional, they made insurance and rental car process so easy. I had several questions when I dropped off my vehicle and they wrote them down and said they would get back to me. 2 days later and no one called so I called them, they said they were short staffed because someone was on vacation and so they were really busy and that's why no call. They assured me he would call me back that afternoon, he didn't so I called again and they got him on the phone. He addressed my questions and ordered the parts I needed. When I picked up my vehicle the interior was covered in shop dust. They said they were really busy and the detail guy was most likely overwhelmed. They offered to come outside and clean it and they brought some wipes and got the obvious parts. They would have gotten 5 stars had they not provided excuses for poor customer service, the body work is beautiful from what I can see.

Mark kept me informed about the condition of my car and if it was repairable . The whole staff at Advanced auto Body was wonderful. My insurance saw the car as a total loss because of engine damage but if I do have auto body repair done. I'm going to Advanced auto Body.

Bob is awesome. Over the last decade or so, I've taken all of my vehicles here for various repairs from scratches to collision work. Every time they've fixed and delivered it looking like brand new. I would highly recommend Advanced Auto Body to anyone that has needs for his service.

My car was involved in an accident and I went here to get the quarter panel fixed. Looks like new and they even vacuumed it out. Took 10 days. Someone else's ins. Paid so it was fine with me!

I paid 1900 for them to paint my hood & 1 fender silver with the middle of the hood blue. They also drilled holes for the window washer nozzles. I picked up my car scratched in one spot, cracked in another. The clear coat isn't even I can feel & see the blue raised. There are imperfections down the sides.I can see where they pulled the mask off, there are waves on the edge of the blue. The nozzles are extremely crooked like they drilled the holes blindfolded. One of them sprays beside the car. They also spray the hood & roof. Not to mention the hood sits low on one side & high on the other which took me 2 min to fix, but no one found the time to do that there, & they had my car for 5 days.

Not a bad place. Very old inside, not clean at all. I actually almost got hit by a costomer.. the workers didn't even come out to check . Work wise I have a friend who had work there . He won't go back !!???????

Did a good job on repairs. Car repairs done in the time that they said it would be done. They stayed on schedule. Would recommend this shop

I would recommend Advanced Auto Body to anyone that is looking to have their car repaired I love the people that work their they have some of the best tecs working there they know their job very well the girls in the office is friendly nice and very helpful I give them 5 star ratings
