Amazing service! Trent was such a great sport, 2 battery replacements the second he walked through the door for his shift on a extremely cold day. He was on it! Great job, the other employees were great too. Thank you so much for awesome service.

There has never been a time I have called or came to an Advance Auto Parts and they never not helped or tried their best. They are hands down a company that does care about their customers. I mainly only go to the one on Tusc and Louis was hands down the best at helping me and being patient. Due to his customer service I will stay at this location!!!

Almost always have what I need ! Unusual parts ? Later that day , or ,next day ! Great service! The shop in the same building does my auto maintenance when I can't! It works out very nice !

Knowledgeable staff and helpful in locating parts needed. Informed us of specials on various brands. Even had donuts for customers. Visited here from out of town and was pleased with the service.

Since moving 1/2mile from this shop, I have found these guys that work here to be THE most helpful and always respectful- unlike the Autozone down the road, or the O'Riley's down a few buildings. They have never made me feel dismissed ( even though I can ramble with anxiety when it comes to car stuff), nor talk down to me just because I am a woman. I have interacted with a number of different fellows here, both younger 20somethings, and guys in their 50s or 60s, and all have been truly helpful. Nor have I felt pressured to buy stuff I did not come for- though they may offer choices, they will explain the difference and not pressure one way or another. And when I have inquired about automotive issues they obviously do not deal with, they have been helpful in giving recommendations. As it stands currently in 2023, and after visiting them thru the pandemic times- I can say I recommend them immensely! Hope they continue with such integrity!- don't ask how I was treated elsewhere- it's not worth my typing time!

This is where I go to get my car needs. Today I needed a brake light. One of your employees ( Dustin) was kind enough to install it for me. He was very nice and it didn't take him long at all. Definitely recommend the W. Tusc store.

I got better pricing on my alternator than anywhere else and the guy that helped me was honest and kind and wasn't trying to get me to buy extra things that I didn't need like auto zone did

Ppl that work here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Supply wise, it's very likely that they're going to have whatever it is that you need for your vehicle. All in all severely pleasant place to go shopping for stuff that you need for your car

Had a headlight out that was bought last July. Still under warranty so they replaced it with no problem at all.

They're always very helpful. I appreciate that the people who work there will come out to your vehicle and help check what problem you may have and help with the pricing of parts you need to fix the problem. And I want to especially thank Howard for being extra kind and going out of his way to call me about a part that had been mistakenly ordered...thanks Howard for making a miserable day a bit better.

Large auto parts store for the do it yourself person. I purchased 2 wiper blades here. The blades were overpriced at $70 per pair. The blades were installed by a store employee. There are auto parts for most any brand of auto or pickup truck.

The staff here are incredibly rude, especially the older guy. The guy who claimed to be the manager was also very mean and rude. I will never return to this store. There are better Advance Auto Part stores around.

Tried to return an item but didn't have the receipt. They said they can't reprint a receipt for me. Said my only option was a store gift card even though the record of the purchase and the payment info was right there on the screen. Everytime I go here I regret it. Don't waste you're time autozone is better anyway.

Nice open and spacious for shopping. Had what I needed and I was skeptical that they would. Very helpful staff. Most of the time I get looked down on cause I'm a woman, not at this store.

Very good service here. They'll test your battery, alternator, starter, pretty much anything they can to save you money. Stop here before the shop!

Changed my battery without a problem in single digit temperatures. I usually go to the Massillon location, but after they declined to replace my battery I tried this location out. Making the switch!

Love Advance Auto! This location specifically, always goes above and beyond! I haven't had first hand experience, but I regularly see them helping people in their parking lot with auto needs!

Went in there for a quick connect for a transmission cooler. The counter guy,Tony, was clueless. Didn't know how to look it up and then referred me to isle 5.O'Reilly across the street had it

The gentleman there (3/31/19 at roughly 3pm) has been less than helpful, apathetic, and beyond rude without provocation. I would not recommend coming to this location, nor will I return to it.

The one on tuscawaras st was nice and friendly.but paid for my items and had to pick one of them up at the whipple store and they were rude..
