Always helpful employees, which is surprising given they are fairly busy (normally in busy establishments customers can slip through). We were able to get help / advice on an issue that was accurate. Knowledgeable staff.

They got my business by accident. Was using autozone n neither autozone had 34 mm axel nut socket. Went to head south to napa on 15th St. Sw and bridge was out so on detour I remember advance stop they had it but 19.99 versus 10$ I showed advance guy Google app prices for autozone n Lowe's he said let me see got it down to 13$ I give them 5 stars. Very nice employee. Also a guy at autozone has been pretty loud at me n I seen him belittle another employee at autozone that had waited on me many times which is friendly n had sold me hundreds of dollars in parts last few months I may change suppliers. Sorry so long but just saying

They had the parts I needed when I was on the road to keep me going. Talked to a very interesting gentleman at the parts counter about his antique truck collection. It's nice to see people that know cars at a parts store that can help customers out.

Came in to buy straps for a boat and a tow strap asked to use the restroom they told me no some older looking woman with blonde hair was so rude never go back there again guess I will be buying from O'Riley Auto Parts.

It wasn't to good this visit because the man that waited on me was very rood and he acted like it was going to kill him because I ask him to call one of the other stores for a part that he didn't have I think I'm going to start dealing with O Riley's

AVOID THIS STORE Store does not update inventory drive over a hour to purchase items that was told was instock they had 12 items that were marked down was told i had to pay full price for them even know they ring out at the sale price

They don't test your car for anything when there's places that will test your car for free in this time and day I would say go somewhere else AutoZone test I haven't checked the other ones yet but I'm on my way to do it

The staff needs to pay attention to the customer on the phone. Offer to the customer what the customer wants!
