I spent the last few days working out a deal on a car with Chris Cochenour at the used vehicle dealership. I know I'm not the easiest person to deal with when money is involved but Chris, Andy, and everyone else stuck with me the whole time and never acted frustrated or annoyed with me. When it was time to sign the papers I worked with Derrick Jones and he was also extremely nice and helpful.I have bought many vehicles over the years and this was one of the more pleasurable experiences. I'll definitely consider this dealership again for future purchases.

Amazing car buying experience my family will never forget!!Our brand new Toyota was located at Jeff Wyler s auto mall, which was a 3hr drive. Online connected us with Seth F., a sales rep, who was able to reserve our 4Runner while it was still being delivered! Whenever I had a question, even after hours, Seth responded and worked quickly and diligently to fulfill all of our car needs/wants. Some wants being unique, adding additions that did not come stock (3in lift and new rims/tires, remote start). All while never actually walking in their door!Being a good distance away, We still felt very connected in our purchase. We were elated to have such a salesman who was knowledgeable and confident in getting exactly what we envisioned! Commendable hospitality and noteworthy personality, Seth! Ask for WILL FOSTER!!! He is the best and will make the whole car buying process so easy. He was able to get the car we wanted brought to this location so fast and trouble-free. First and foremost y'all need to know! BRANDON PEER If you are looking for an exceptional car buying experience, Brandon is who you need to see at Jeff Wyler Columbus on Gender Road in Canal Winchester! After far less than even decent experiences at Jeff Wyler Springfield (Dodge and Chevrolet), we had a terrible taste in our mouths for Jeff Wyler dealerships as a whole. We had found a vehicle we didn t want to miss out on, so we decided to make the drive to Jeff Wyler Columbus ourselves, after a week of being told the vehicle was being transported, it never showed up and we stopped hearing back from salesman Alex at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet of Springfield. We couldn t continue to wait with a baby due in two weeks! Making the drive was the best decision we had made! Brandon was personable, kind, upfront, honest, fast, dedicated and worked incredibly hard to ensure we knew what was going on the entire step of the way! We ended up test driving the vehicle we thought we were set on, and Brandon knew something was off. We didn t truly love it! So he found something we did! In addition to that, it was in our price range, the year we wanted, the milage we wanted and the size we needed. From start to finish, Brandon had our deal completely finalized and our new vehicle sold to us within 3.5 hours! He even stayed over to get it done, knowing we had driven over an hour with two kids (3 & 6) on our only day off, so we wouldn t have to drive back! He made sure we were comfortable the entire time and was very attentive. Brandon Peer is an exceptional salesman and didn t make you feel like he was the salesman. After a good 15 minutes, he felt like a friend! While our vehicle had an open service ticket and we couldn t leave with it that night, Brandon worked hard first thing in the morning to get delivery of the vehicle set up ASAP! Even what we thought would be most stressful, going back to finance to finalize everything, was a cakewalk. Our kids were overly tired and rambunctious! Rachel wasn t phased, gave them a toy to be occupied and was also incredibly kind and personable! We were in finance for probably 20 minutes. She was thorough and made sure to answer all of our questions! The entire experience from start to finish was incredibly enjoyable for purchasing a vehicle. Michael Haywood was exceptional. He stayed past closing one day and even dropped off the vehicle to me out of a unique situation. His patience was greatly appreciated! Everyone was working hard to get the vehicle approved by banks when it was really closing time. Happy everything worked out in the end. Was not expecting above and beyond but it happened.

I had a wonderful advisor named Hannah and she was so professional and engaging. I did not have an appointment just wanted air in my tire but she noticed a nail. Got me in. Got me fixed up but she kept me updated, informed of other maintenance she was awesome!!! The best service advisor hands down!!!

Our experience with Jeff Wyler Chevrolet in Canal Winchester has been superb in all respects. They were helpful to us with a vehicle problem even before we became a customer. Last year we bought a vehicle from them and have had the car serviced twice since. We have appreciated their customer service very much, both at purchase and service. After being up at the crack of dawn and being at multiple dealerships; the last place we thought we would find a vehicle within our price range would be at Jeff Wyler, but surprisingly the customer service from beginning to end was awesome and the sales rep, Will Foster, along with his manager definitely know how to treat their customers and not be judgmental. I inquired about a certain car and talked with Mike, a salesperson. He listened to what I was looking for and offered to get me 3 different options for 3 different cars. Mike didn't push in either direction and I felt like I was able to take my time and decide. The process at the dealership went just as smooth. I was in and out in less than 2 hours.

Was sold a lemon in 2021. A/C and heat never worked properly, was never informed until i had signed half the papers that the car had several recalls on it and I needed to immediately get it seen and have things replaced. By the time I realized that they had sold me a lemon, car was stolen and it took 4 months to get fixed and by that time i had passed the year mark of owning the vehicle and was unable to take any action about the lack of information given to me when being sold the car. Incredibly disappointed. Now I have a car that cost a fortune and was nowhere near worth that amount, with problems occurring that had never been disclosed to me when purchasing the vehicle.

The staff is always so polite and professional. We never wait too long because they are really good about your appointment time. If they get behind they always call to let you know beforehand. We love the WylerCare for our oil changes which is 3 for $169. We are loyal customers.

My was bought a 3 day before the vehicle was brought in. Vehicle was being looked at for a harsh shift from 1-2 gear, Transmission Flush, and a recall. It took almost 4 days to be completed with no issue found for the Transmission. Let alone the tech start the recall finished it and left it for another day to do the Transmission flush. When the promised time was only 1 day of being in the shop. Dropped off Monday and was not picked up till thrusday by 130 pm. The experience of receiving calls that the tech hasn't even pulled it in the first 2 days was frustrating since I just bought the truck 3 day before that.

Greeted immediately when we walked up to seek information, and Zach was our person who answered all of our questions. We wanted to drive a Trax and we were put in one after Zach had asked what we were looking for. I drove two Trax at different trim levels and I thought there's really nothing here that I don't like.Zach was very kind and patient with me and my son. He was happy to help us with whatever we needed. Got info about the car, what was available now, or if we wanted to order and wait. Turns out all the info given really helped me decide to go ahead and buy this car. I'm still learning all the new technology but I'm confidentthat I can. I know if I have more questions, I can always call on Zach Clear for answers! Thanks for showing me my new car.

Nick did an amazing job helping me! I dropped my car off the night before and it was done before 9 AM the next day. It was amazing! And then I was able to pay by text message link and that was incredibly convenient for me. I loved being able to text with Nick instead of having to call. That was very convenient given that I am in meetings all day long and it is hard to call. I am so impressed with your service. I would recommend your company to anyone!

My recent experience at Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall was nothing short of appalling and deeply disappointing. My mother, who had been in contact with a salesman throughout the day to finalize the purchase of a car, was met with blatant discrimination and unprofessionalism.Despite being in the final steps of completing the sale, my mother was suddenly informed that the car she had chosen was no longer available, as it had been promised to a family from Kentucky. This excuse is not only flimsy but also reeks of discrimination. It's difficult to overlook the fact that my mother, a potential customer, was disregarded in favor of another family, based on what?The conduct of the staff at Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall reflects a disturbing lack of professionalism and integrity. To promise a vehicle to one customer and then revoke that promise without a valid reason is utterly unacceptable. This experience has left us feeling disrespected, undervalued, and frankly embarrassed.It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in this day and age, and it's clear that Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall has a long way to go in terms of fostering a respectful and inclusive environment for all customers. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment, as no one deserves to be treated in such a discriminatory and unprofessional manner.- No automated response is needed...

I will start by saying James took great care of me and I am very happy with my truck! He was very charismatic and listened to my needs and made sure everything was set and ready to get me on the road! He did a great job talking me through the trade in process, and running through the numbers with me! He is also full of stories and genuinely a fun guy to talk to!However... Everything here goes pretty smooth until they start throwing the extras add-ons at you. The fact that I was never straight asked if I wanted the extra stuff and it was put on the quote for the vehicle without me saying I wanted it, then handed a piece of paper with almost another $1000 worth of coatings, sanitation, blinking brake light, etc was super shady to me. Once you tell them "no" the salesmen turn into vultures pressuring you into adding it on. A simple "no, I don't want that" and boom, they will treat you like it is the BIGGEST mistake that you don't get a special coating or blinking tail lights on your vehicle.Also, being inside the used car building felt like being in a bullpen. "Hot shot" young salesmen in their pseudo expensive Calvin Klein dress pant outfits acting like they just sold James Bonds a new Astin and stole his girl in the process, laughing, yelling, making all sorts of racket. Maybe if they spent less money on slapping Jeff Wyler's names on every corner of the vehicle you buy with the lame stickers and plate mounts they could afford to get their salesmen some privacy dividers! In fact, James had to yell at the two young salesmen making all the noise cause even he was getting annoyed by their antics! Very unprofessional on their part and I could tell James was embarrassed by their behavior.Then when you finally to get to the "sign on the dotted line" part (which is in a totally different building) you get hounded once more about an extended warranty. Again, if you decline, the document specialist will treat you like the vehicle is gonna explode between the lot and the closest Jolly Pirate donuts (which is 7.3 miles, I looked it up) Once I told him I didn't want the warranty he then proceeded to write down some half-baked inaccurate figures on what could go wrong with the vehicle and how much it would cost. Completely ignoring the fact I told him I repair my own stuff and I didn't want to tack on another $1100 to my purchase. To that he said "Well, it is only close $16 more a month!" No dude, it's $1000 when all is said and done, and in today's money, $1000 is something I'd to keep in my pocket.I was at the dealership for close to 4 hours. If you cut out the time I spent listening to these guys try to sell me worthless add-ons and warranties I could've been down the road in 2... It really was a damn shame to see a salesmen like James be so excited to help then when it comes to these add-ons turn into a "blink twice if you're safe" situation. It truly feels like the dealership holds this over their salesman's head, and if they don't peddle this extra crap they're done for!Unless something happens to my vehicle within the 6 month warranty they do have for their used vehicles, I don't see myself ever going back here. If they focused more on getting people in the right car and demonstrating the value of their dealership and not pulling every hard earned penny out their customers on the extras, they would have a great setup!James is the only thing keeping me from making this a 1-star review. I'd give him 5 if I could!

Worst service department I've ever had. If you take you're car in for a repair under warranty, be prepared to leave your car there and for days and no communication engaged by the service department in regards to an update on you're vehicle. My vehicle has been there since Monday night, for a lift gate button not working. It is now Thursday evening and no one from the service department has contacted me. Like pulling teeth to try and get a straight answer, IF they even answer the phone.

I was a walk-in early in the morning for a flat tire repair on my 2023 Traverse. They took me in immediately with no issues. There were other people in the waiting room who were angry and I know they had a ton of walk-ins as I was there almost 3 hours for just a tire plug. But, I completely understood the situation. I wasn't the only one there to have their vehicle worked on, so I expected to be waiting longer than usual. The service tech was very polite and she kept me informed. She gave me a discount on my service because I waited so long. That she offered to me herself, not me asking. She kept her cool with other customers who were irritated and did her job well.

Hannah was the young lady that checked me in for my service. She was very nice and energetic. She explained the process and time frame. Then walked me to the waiting area. She checked on me several times to make sure I was doing okay. Then once everything was done she walked me to the checkout area and then showed me to my truck. She even had a Christmas card sitting on the dash.

From start to finish, Kam was fantastic. I d first came into contact with him 6 months prior to my lease ending and we stayed in touch through that time. He d give me updates on incoming vehicles that matched what I was looking for. He was never pushy and was genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied and got the vehicle I wanted. I can t say enough and will definitely be recommending Kam and Jeff Wyler to anyone I know who s in the market for a vehicle. Thank you, Kam and I ll be back in 3 years for my next lease.

Brandon Byrd and Derek Van Gundy gave me an awesome experience at the Jeff Wyler in Columbus, they helped me along the whole process after a terrible experience earlier that day at another dealership. They were kind and respectful and made me feel comfortable through the process. They had coffee, water, and popcorn in the waiting area which was really nice, they also had a putt putt green in the shape of the Chevrolet chevron that we were allowed to play on. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience and I want to thank Brandon and Derek for their courtesy

I worked with Zach on the purchase (supported by Gina). He was very responsive and proactive about communications. He identified a vehicle on order that met our needs and we were able to get a purchase contract in place while the build/delivery completed. There is a small ding that will be fixed. The paperwork was prepared and completed easily. I would recommend this dealer based on my experience.
