I took my car to Norris Performance to have front brakes changed on Friday. Prior to beginning the work, they called me to let me know exactly what had to be done to the car and what the cost would be. The work was completed on time. I called to let them know that I would not be able to pick my car up until Monday, which meant going all weekend without a car, they brought my car to me. These guys went above and beyond what any repair shop has ever done. Brian and Nick are the best. If you need your repaired or just general maintenance, this is the place to go. I do not know where to begin. My wife and I moved to Eaton, Ohio from North Carolina. Our very close friends provided us with the recommendation of Norris Performance Repair, LLC to service, and repair our vehicles. So we chose to have two vehicles serviced there. That was the best decision that we ever made. Matt and Brian are the two best mechanics that we have ever had work on and service our vehicles.I had just bought a 2008 Ford F-150. I requested that they go over the truck and take care of any necessary repairs. They are very specific and detailed in making the necessary repairs. They do not just complete a quick repair. They are very thorough. They provide a description of what they need to repair, providing a detailed estimate of how much it will cost. While working on the vehicle, if they come across another item that needs to be addressed, they provided a detailed description and the additional cost.They do an excellent job of communicating the status of progress and all of the additional information. They do an excellent job completing the work in a timely manner.They do excellent work and do not try to make repairs that are not necessary. Excellent work. Really trust these guys to fix what is needed to be done . They always call if they see anything else that may need repairs. Hard to find a good mechanic you can trust I really trust these guys
