8 months pregnant, 6 hours from home, and my tire blew on the highway. No other tire shops are open and I show up with a donut on my car 30 minutes before close. They won't patch my tire. They claim the other tech has just went on a break so they can't get to me. Why would you take a break 30 minutes before you close? It would have taken 5 minutes to plug my tire. Go anywhere but here.

They are so slow..They move like a bunch of turtles. They have more than enough help . I brought my truck in for a oil change and to fix my tire at 4.15 p. m now it's 6.30 and they are just now starting to fix the tire I have wasted my afternoon on my only day off this is ridiculous if it was going to take this long I would have just done it myself . Finally got my truck back at 7.15. 3hrs later

This auto center was completely useless to us. Couldn't do a simple tire plug. They shut down 30 minutes early, claiming the manager went on break. 6 hours from home with 8 month pregnant wife and they just shrug and laugh. Shame on you.

Went in at 11:45am for an oil change, no one in front of me. They said they'd text me when it was done, which I followed the progress on the app. It was 12:30pm and I'm like what is taking so long? Surely it has to be done, even though I didn't receive a text saying so. I went back and my vehicle had been done for some time and was parked in the parking lot. No one was at the register. Some random guy walked by after I was there for about 15 minutes and I said sir can you ask someone to come and check me out please? He yelled for someone, they came for a quick second and said he'd be with all of us (2 more people waiting to pay behind me) as soon as possible. He never came back. Another lady got in line and said are yall waiting in line? I said yes I've been waiting for 25 minutes just to pay. She said oh no girl we aren't doing this and she proceeded to knock on the door at the mechanics and ask for someone to check us out. With a very annoyed sigh, a mechanic came and checked us out but he acted very irritated that he even had to help a customer. It's a cheap place for full synthetic oil changes but that was bs that I had to wait that long! I won't come back.

Go here for oil changes and tire rotations. Their service though really depends on who is working and how many guys they have at any given time. But it does make it easier when you need grooves and need to get your vehicle serviced.

They take forever and still don't do it right. If they just paid attention to the job at hand they could be done a lot faster

This is the place you go when your father didn t show you how to do an oil change and you crave deli fresh popcorn chicken. Can t complain and I love getting new tires during black friday.

Had an 11am scheduled appointment, in which they took down my vehicle info so they'd be able to know what oil to use, to have an oil change and tire rotation. Get to appointment on time with no one before me, popped hood to verify oil needed(again), handed over keys, and was told they'd page or call my cell phone if needed and suggested I shop until done. A few minutes over AN HOUR LATER, the auto center asks me to come back, there's a problem. They don't have the type of oil filter I need (that IS included/paid for in the oil change), but I could drive to parts store and BUY the one that should have came with my service, bring it back to Walmart Auto, wait for who knows how long this time (was busy by then), and then they could change my oil filter and oil. I asked the guy if I was going to get reimbursed for the cost of the oil filter since it should have been included in the oil change package I purchased. His answer was NO... I absolutely hate to complain but this was just downright ridiculous...Definitely definitely definitely WILL NEVER recommend anything about this place unfortunately

So on 2/13/2020 I bought 4 new tires, had an oil change and new wipers put on. I had an appointment but it still took almost 3 hours. Today my tires were making a bumping noise so I took it back. I did not have an appointment. It took another 3 hours for them to balance the tires. Nobody let me know when my car was finished and I sat there for another 15 minutes. I even asked about it. Very slow service at the Cambridge, Ohio store.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The most incompetent group of "service" people I have ever seen. It took 4 of them nearly 3.5 hours to execute 2 tires and one oil change. No that's a stretch at all it legitimately took every minute of that. Then they couldn't count change correctly despite having it figured for them. I wish I was joking. Spend the extra $20 and take your vehicle anywhere else.Services: Tires, Oil change

What a wonderful experience. Friendly, helpful, informative, honest and kind. I've been there twice in less than a week and I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. After Miller's oil and lube jacked up my oil change they were beyond helpful and friendly doing all they could for me, they are the BEST! The service manager helped me on both occasions and I can express how much I appreciate it.

I went to this WalMart two times in the last week and there were only two to three auto technicians working and I had to walk away from their service offering two times because of the excess time it would take. Both times I just needed my tires rotated and they estimated 1.5 to 2 hours each time even when I was the only vehicle needing tire service. What really miffs me the most is all the "support our local business" campaign but then local business doesn't up their customer service. I'll definitely be going to Columbus for any automotive work I need done or at least Zanesville.

The service was amazing however I feel if you purchase tires from them the balance and mount should be for free.Update: It has not even been 6 months since I bought these tires and I've already had to replace them. Needless to say I did not buy from Walmart again. If you want good cheap tires buy them offline more money is not always better. Spent $500 and didn't last 6 months. I'm not happy

Would not put all seasons on because I had two snow tires back of vehicle. So I took tires off van and changed tires in parking lot. They should just have a waver for you to sign... PS the first Walmart I went to said they had six tires in stock and only had one tire. So I drove to the next Walmart big mistake!

Worst ever on service. Was told a two hour wait for a tire balance. Watched as it took 2 to 3 employees around 20 minutes to change oil on 1 car. After that i left. I want to know how it takes that many people to do a one person job that should take no more than ten minutes tops and that is with an engine flush. Seems to me walmart needs to actually hire people that know what they are doing and that have more professionalism.

service is great and most the time fast and friendly. some time the wait is really long but i understand because ive worked on cars and understand oil changes or just one tire can take 15-30mins or longer if any complications pop up. but all the way around the guys in the shop at walmart are great and try there hardest to get the work done as fast and as best as they can

I bought 8 tires for my 2 cars. There was a tire sale going on and I caught the tire place just right where there were no other cars there and they got on my one car like a bunch of locusts. Had me in and out in no time. Car # 2 took just a little longer.

My car broke down a week after my oil change. I had to have it taken to another place and have the filter replaced and new oil put in. The other place, I ll leave unnamed, stated there was never an oil change performed at Walmart and the car broke down because it had been so long since the oil was properly changed. I do not recommend visiting this auto care center. I paid $50 for a premium oil change and got a broken vehicle in return.

Tried to get my oil changed in my car, they close at 6pm took it in at 5 soon as I pulled up the girl said it smells like you have a gas leak WHICH I know I do not. They were just lazy and didn t want to change it.

Was relatively cheap. customer service was a 3 out of 5. Ask them to check brakes they forgot. Ask them for tire rotation they forgot and asked me after they already had put the tires back on. Took forever

Waited a looooooong time for anyone to help. Pressed "assistance" on the terminal twice. Finally called the main number from my cellphone. After 15 or 20 rings someone finally answered. Told them I needed assistance. Still took another 10 minutes for someone to appear. He didn't seem to know anyone was needing him!!!

Horrible!!! I go there at 6 remind u they close at 7 I ask for a oil change and he tells me we close at 7 u can go to the shop and get an oil change I said exactly u close at 7 I just need a normal oil change not the most expensive one the least expensive one which consist of literally changing my oil and adding a new filter and he told still go to a shop just the most horrible experience and rude

Employees are friendly and swift in service. I'm always satisfied with my vehicle maintenance. The only place I would go to for car care.

They allowed me to park by them overnight. I was able to get the parts needed to fix my trailer there as well.

Went in for an oil change, was there for a grand total of 29 minutes. Super fast service, great price and very friendly
