Honest and accommodating, they couldn't fix my problem, though. I'm not sure if they lack the skills, or the necessary technology for an accurate diagnosis. It came down to, "this part may fix it, or it may not", the only other option was super expensive, and a service they didn't offer. They clearly communicated this, and left the decision up to me.I believe I was treated fairly, pricewise. The bill was actually a bit less than what I was prepared for.I knocked off that fourth star because they couldn't, or wouldn't, recommend an alternative repair shop in the area. They simply told me to take it to a dealership. No, thank you.I did find another shop, which will also get a review when the time comes.

They did one hell of a job replacing the wife's leaf spring shackle and hanger on her truck. I'm sure they went through hell for over 2 hours getting it done but it's perfect and cost less than I thought! Can't thank them enough! Definitely my new mechanic when needed! They rock!

The best service I've ever had. Driving from Maryland to california. Spark plugs blew and sonny got me in quick and had the sparks plugs there within half an hour. Very professional and had a great time chatting while he fixed my car up. Cya round sonny, glad to have met you on my journey across the country

If your needing a repair on your vehicle dont take it anywhere else. Tech 1 is the place to be. Fast and always reliable service at a fsir price. Ive always came from zanesville to get my vehicles done here. And if you're needing a custom part ordered. Here's the place as well.

Car stopped running as we checked in to our hotel nearby. Called first thing in the morning and was treated kindly. Within 2 hours we were back on the road, having the problem resolved. The owner did not take advantage of stranded vacationers, but even picked up my husband when our car was finished!

They have a fun, trustworthy group of guys you can trust. Also both mechanics have over 30 years experience. They figured out what was wrong with my car and had me on the road in no time
