Had the oil changed yesterday 12/21/23 and they overtightened the oil filter. All the oil leaked out and my vehicle said to shut the engine off now! I was stuck where I was until someone came to put another filter on and put more oil in. Offered to clean my vehicle, but only sprayed it instead of offering the automatic wash with the undercarriage wash. I wouldn't go back there for any other service! I missed hours of my work because of this and they refused to even offer a partial refund. Poor customer service on that end!!!

This is from several years ago. But the sign out front said free car wash with oil change. After paying for the oil change, they refused the free car wash. They said the sign shouldn't have been up... but it was. I'll never give them a dime again.

I am only giving a two star because the car wash itself is not bad. I however will never waste another dime on anything else at this place. The service is rude as can be and they did a half job on cleaning my vehicle out. I still had dust, dirt and I had to ask them to vacuum out my back seat because they didn t do it. Also my windshield was so smeared I had to redo it myself. Not worth the time or the money spent and I am definitely not happy.

The wash was decent, although still quite a bit of window gunk and the dryer leaked water in three large streams right down the middle of the vehicle as it went over and back and then as we exited under. Looks like they're building a new one next door, hope it's better. Wouldn't waste the money here again.

Hard working crew gets the job done fast. Is it good? Just look at lines. Always busy. Updated 4-11-23. Easily less than 10 minutes. 3 men on the job. Didn't even have time to read the news.

They didn't clean my car very well or dry it very well !! My kids car seat was full of crumbs an my console has hair an dirt in it an it cost me 30 bucks I could have spent 2 at the vacuum an done a better job !! The car wash did get my car really clean so I'm guessing they just need employees!! The guy sometimes didn't even answer me when I talked to him he acked like I was putting him out by comming there .. it was just extremely bad customer service!! An they towel dried my car so fast they didn't do a very good job it was covered in water spots!!!!

Great guys, I have had services done here twice in a month. I am very satisfied with the Tech. and I would recomend to anyone of my friends. The prices were more then reasonable. I am very happy coming here and I will continue to get my car seen here.

Just left this place, got a new fresh scratch near my passenger door, checked the interior my car because I got the 25 dollar clean and vaccum.There is wax left on my truck, it's still a Fu*king mess. You can't tell a difference. The dash wasn't wipes, the rear of the door panels aren't wiped. 4 guys and a child could have done better then these ass hats. I'll NEVER go here again or recommend this dump scam of a car wash.

Not sure what to give, was disappointed that we went through the automatic and all it sprayed was soap no water or nothing..... wasted $10 I called got through and they had to talk to manager to give us out money back. I waited on response but was hung up on... called again was hung up on again called a 3rd time and finally they said the guy was on his way out to refund us... so I'd probably give them a 2 1/2 but I'm not able to. But I do appreciate them giving us our money back.

Do not recommend goin here. Scheduled a detail 2 days ago, took off work to bring it in and they scheduled someone else. This is the second time it s happend. I have 3 vehicles that get work done at this place and i spend my fair share of buisness there as far as maintace, car wash , well i did till today. The manager is top notch but there workers need to be working at wal mart. I am definitely spreading the word on the pipeline to not go there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE

This carwash is terrible! Most of the time the equipment don't work properly! The self serve automatic carwash usually don't work or get your vehicle clean! The last time I went through the big carwash with the brushes I paid$18.00 to winde up with tons of scratches down the side of my brand new truck due to a piece of rusty metal that was stuck in the equipment from another vehicle! They removed the metal from the equipment but refused to refund my money or pay for my paint on my truck to be repaired! When I asked about getting my paint repaired I was told that I can go buy a scratch repair pen and fix it! Needless to say the scratches were to deep and considering they were all over the place down the side of my truck I ended up having to pay a shop to repaint the whole drivers side of my truck!

Always had great service here. Never been given a single sales pitch to buy anything - which is how usually these places make their money. For what they do and all they make doing it, it's awesome. Be respectful to the team here, it's far from a glory job. Thanks guys.

Excellent work here. You can't find this level of clean and detail work for $30. Once you figure out how their system works you're good to go. These guys work hard and are well worth the extra tip!

Wanted to surprise my husband by having his car detailed for Father's Day... Instead, got multiple scratches on the driver's side and one on the back. They even moved my magnet decal to cover up the scratch! I had 2 magnets - they only moved the one that was covering a scratch.Of course, they deny it. The guy even told me he's "been there 22 years and nothing like this has ever happened (cars scratched)"...I understand that mistakes happen - but you need to own up to it! There is absolutely no integrity at this place!

Great employees, decent wash . The owner and manager still refuse to pay for repairs to my truck even tho they admitted it was their equipments fault. 1,200 + in repairs . Terrible management . Unethical owners

The manual wash has warm water & more time for the $$.The automatic wash is nice. You can get a wipe-out package for $25 and they wipe down the inside windows, doors, dash & vacuum too.

It was the worst car wash I've ever been to in Cambridge they told me there was no limit on using their vacuums after I paid and I talked to the manager even in the middle of vacuuming and a little bit later they called the cops on me is the dumbest thing I've ever had the cops called for they're not cool

I got my oil changed there and they did not tighten my drain plug and I lost a quart and a half of oil today and had to get it serviced at the career center I teach at

Overall a good place for a quick wash. Be careful with nice cars through the auto wash. Many oil and gas trucks use this and I have ended up with scratches from debris left on the scrubbers.

Went for an oil change and they couldn t get my oil filter out. They didn t bother to tell me this. So I ve been driving around with a messed up filter causing me to have an oil leak.

Automatic wash was a waste of $10 bucks. No rinse cycle. Someday I'll learn that unless you take a bucket and sponge it's a waste of money. Will no longer go there..

Car wash is great except it ate my money without a wash last time I visited. Fortunately, a stranger drove up who happened to be the owner who a bit reluctantly went in the building and turned on the wash.

Very nice place to wash your vehicle. It even has a place to change your oil, brakes and coolant system flushes, among the auto services they provide!

Worst people skills , very poor setup , I spent close to 100 dollars here today getting oil change , wash , and wipeout and had to drive around the place 3 times and move ...and the owner strongly avoids even saying a simple hello to his customers who keep his buissiness going ......all around terrible terrible service!
