I was towed by Chris Conner tonight who is a consummate professional. It s always an unnerving feeling, when your truck breaks down. Then, you have to wait for the tow truck to come and hope they know what they re doing. The experience tonight was nothing short of perfect. Chris arrived well within the estimated time frame given by the dispatcher and got to work right away. He was very pleasant and personable, safely getting my semi truck and trailer to the dealership. This is a great company.

Should be renamed UpCharge services!!Had leveling valve go out needed road side service. $806 for a $365 part, $800 labor for a 45 min job!! Yes I understand there is time involved going to Volvo to get the part and to get out to my location. Mechanic was not knowledgeable and put it in wrong had to redo it, and I had to use my scrap hose and a coupler because he had nothing to reattach one of the lines because it was to short. It still doesn t work properly.Over all super disappointed

I have to give a huuuuuge shout out to Pine Tree Towing and recovery. I don't know the guys name that pulled my rig out of the pot holes of the Go Mart I parked in, but he went out of his way to come back and fish my spare keys out of the hole my steers were stuck in. He was super awesome and nice. Thank you again!

so to estimate we called at around 5 we were told it would take 45 minutes to an hour, which is ridiculous over an hour called should be 20 to 25 minutes still waiting after that then after the two hour mark they finally showed up to unlock the car and told us if the card declined They were going to take the car which they had no right in my opinion, but yeah, I don t recommend these people to anyone

On May 29, 2023 my HotShot trailer broke down an Tex came out He was GREAT he arrive in 45 mins went straight to the issue and fixed my trailer within two hours. the receptionist was GREAT on the phone, and I cant say enough about this companies customer service. It was a pleasure using them.ThanksWilliams

Ok! Who do you call to tow a truck at 7pm on a Saturday evening? Pine Tree Towing! Truck broke down 30 miles from home, Pine Tree was there in no time. Very professional & friendly. Reasonable price. Best of all the care and respect the driver Garrett had for our truck & property. Awesome job!

Van got towed when it wasnt supposed to be towed. They said they would work on how much I had to pay to get the van out also told me to watie the 3 day weekend to get it out. When we show up not only did they charge the whole bill but for it but also the 3 days they told to watie to pick it up. Also the lady we had to deal with was really rude, nasty and disrespectful. The guy we was dealing with at first was really nice but once he had to leave we had to deal with the women. Not first time ive had a really bad experience here.

I was receiving error codes on my Volvo truck, which I told the receptionist, or whoever answered the phone. They went ahead and sent someone out to my truck who's computer couldn't read Volvo error codes. The dude couldn't help me and they still charged me almost $500 to do nothing. They make you sign a blank invoice before they leave then try to stick you with a random price, which they don't discuss with you beforehand. If I would have known I was going to get scammed out of almost $500 for them to do nothing at all, I wouldn't have used this service. Don't ever use this business if you're smart.

They came out checked my semi truck for electrical problems and found that another mechanic failed to secure a component correctly. Problem solved and rolled out minutes later.

I took my truck to this shop, because it was having issues building air pressure. I check all around for any leak and I found no leak. I ask them to replace the air compressor. I told them to check the air dryer and the air governor, before replacing the Compressor. They put a mechanic who was asking what he had to do. He started replacing some air hoses. what I never ask them to do that. The mechanic was guessing why the truck still did not build up air pressure. After he a phone call he say it was the air compressor. after they replace the air compressor they charge me over $3000 for just a air compressor for a D S60 14L. they charge me for 10 hours labor for a replace an air compressor y some hoses what they have not replaced.

Called them after my daughters cars transmission went. She was in marietta. We live in lorain county 3 hours away. They were on time driver was very professional and friendly. Delivered the car and my daughter safely home. Price was reasonable for hauling a car on emeregency notice at 8:00 on a thursday night. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow.Service: Car towing

This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had with a tow company. I've dealt with several different companies that were all fair and easy to deal with as well as honest. These guys will show up, tell you how easy a job it is gonna be and then spend 2 hours to pull you out of the ditch. In the mean time they'll tell their dispatch how bad it is to either sound good or over charge you by exaggerating the issue and giving limitless charges on just about every reason they can find. Do yourself a favor and ask what their hourly rate is before you even remotely consider calling them and be sure to take your own pictures of the incident. They will manipulate the pictures they take to make things look much worse. This was completely unprofessional as well as unfair. Avoid at all costs.

This is the fastest roadside assistance I ve ever had! They showed up within an hr. My GUY this time is Will, he is professional, doing a great job. The only thing I wish they will have is the credit card-taker .

If were possible to give zero stars they would get that. Make sure if you deal with these dirt bags you get a price per hour before they touch your equipment. As a truck driver since 1991 I never heard of paying 2,200 to be winched out of the mud. These people shouldn't be on the road let alone operating a wrecker business. They are parasites living off of the tragedy of honest hard working people. Complete shams

From breakdown to recovery, Pine Tree Towing does it all. Moreover, EVERYONE I came in contact with during repair of my truck was pleasent, professional, courteous, and extremely customer oriented. They went the extra mile at each step during the process. I HIGHLY recommend giving Pine Tree a call when you have need for emergency service while on the road.

The Ann Williams complaint is a farce. You made two complaints, 1.) They towed the vehicle BEFORE the guy was even in the ambulance. To this I say GOOD JOB. It is their duty , along with that of the state police, to open the roadway and or remove obstructions as quickly as possible and expecting a tow truck to wait for an EMT is . well. Dumb. Yous second complaint that they are in cahoots with the state police because the responded so quickly????? That is EXACTLY what they do. It is called a rotation. Tow companies are required to be standing by and be available to respond very quickly. In this capacity, they are an extension of the emergency services. What in the heck are you complaining about????? They do not deserve this negative review from an uninvolved, and severely uninformed party that was not exposed in any way to their services.

very professional, called for a tow and they were there to get me in less than a half hour. I couldn't ask for better service, the driver, Will, was able to fix my car in about 5 minutes. all I can say is awesome

These guys are awesome. Deer decided to commit suicide and I had a bad morning. Thanks to these guys picked up my car in no time not only that they even helped me get to rental office which saved me a lot of time. Very friendly people. Superb service 5 star.

We have used Pinetree for several commercial truck tow's and they have always been very friendly and professional. Their rates are comparable to other towing companies in the area when it comes to towing large vehicles. Excellent service. Picked up broken car and stranded wife 100 miles from home and got both back safely. Wife says driver Jessie was kind and courteous through what was a very stressful expeience. Thanks a million Pinetree.

Awesome! Showed up (on Easter!) less than 45 minutes after I called. Got my husband's truck unstuck and us on our way in less than 30 minutes.

Truck had a minor leak, called them at almost 17:00 on a Friday, told them what I had, and they said send the truck to them. They charged what they said, and got us going on a Friday evening. They were fair and good to us.

Friendly people tech came out to put u joint in had no experience with drilling or tapping out stews out of yoke ...Had to call another service who new what they were doing remember there a towing company not mechanics

Pine tree came on to my property called by someone else. In the process of loading up a truck behind my barn they damaged my husband s 56 Chevy. We got an estimate and they refused to pay for it. They are very un -professional . They were the ones in the wrong and we are the ones that have to pay for it. I will never use pine tree towing ever and hopefully everyone I tell this to won t either.

Pine Tree Towing & Recovery are really corrupt, we are waited the service for 7 hours and when they came to change only one tire, they charging minimum 4 Hours , each $100 and they only take cash . They are really rude. Also they call my driver N-word, they are highway robbery. Never call this people if you are in Ohio.
