Experience I had with Cambridge truck and Trent was amazing they helped me get where I needed to be on my payments took some heckling but we got there . don't regret anything love my new truck ..but I do think they will have some regrets on not taking the two mules my dad offered them on trade haha.Thanks coreyPs. I really don't like giving bad reviews but I want to put this out there. Just be careful that they don't try to tack fees onto the price that you agreed to purchase the truck for. I paid the doc fee of $250 (the highest Ohio allows by the way) but refused the $1,000.00 worth of theft deterrent and interior/exterior protection garbage.I was never told about this $1,000.00 charge until we were ALMOST done signing everything, CONVENIENT! Don't get in too big of a hurry signing the papers! Truck seems nice so far.

A great place to find your next truck, a really laid back atmosphere and they are sure to find you something that works for you! Kaden was very informative of the process and of the trucks available, he got me into one not advertised yet! The approval process was easy, considering my credit profile is not the best. By far the best buying experience I have ever had buying a new to me vehicle. Casey was really helpful and very professional. He had me financed and in my new to me truck in less than 2 hours (and that was on a Saturday). I love my new truck and I highly recommend Cambridge Truck if you are in the market for a truck (since they only sell trucks).

Bought a truck here in December right before Christmas. Not only do I come to find out they added $2500 worth of things I never asked for but the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on in January. Not even a month later. Dealer said it s multiple misfires. Could potentially be a cracked spring Definitely not a coincidence, they shut the light off until it was sold.Do not trust these guys no matter how nice your salesman is.They also bumped my interest rate 4%. Don t tell these guys your budget because they will absolutely fudge the numbers to equal your max monthly payments.

Pretty shady dealership. We had worked with Kayden to purchase a truck. Our credit was run, our financing was approved and we got "their word" they would hold the truck til tomorrow when we could be there first thing Saturday morning to sign all the paperwork. They just called and said..oops we just sold the truck...but we have others you can look at...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm giving one star because I cant give zero.

Bought a 2016 ram Monday eve. Within 12 hrs and about 60 miles the check engine light came on and the toque converter went out. To my surprise the extended warranty they sold me doesn t cover it! Imagine that huh!!! Apparently the mechanic there that inspects the trucks needs a new line of work. To say the least I m very disappointed!!

This is one of the BEST dealerships we have done business with over the years. From the very first phone call the customer service was so friendly and helpful. They kept in contact with us because being over an hour away from us we could not get there until the weekend. TJ - our salesman was AMAZING. He made the whole process so easy and did everything in his power to get us a great deal on our Chevy Silverado Z71. We will for sure be sending business his way. Thank you everyone for a great experience.

EDIT: a year later I've dumped over 6,000 dollars into this truck. You guys made it look decent on the outside of the vehicle, you repainted the rocker panels and ofcourse a year later it looks like garbage and rusty. You guys have taught me a very valuable lesson and that is to never buy a vehicle from you and always get a car you're buying inspected.Edit: that 6,000 turned into 8,000Edit again: about 6 months after the post the transmission went out too. So I'd strongly avoid this place. They even had the balls to call me hey do you want to trade in your truck? Like yeah come get it you'll need a flatbed.Pretty pathetic dealership really. Tons of negative feedback but you guys just delete and block people. Really getting out in front of it!

If i could put 0/5 stars I would cambridge truck sold me a 2017 chevy Silverado that in within 4 days of having it completely broke down I brought the truck to the dealership to see if they would repair it and the truck completely broke down in there parking lot they quoted me 350$ to change a caliper and that doesn't include anything else that went wrong with the truck therefore I brought the truck to another reputable mechanic to get it fixed as the sales man told me to go fix it now i call to get a refund to get my money that i put into the truck and the Gm said he will not refund me my 400$ that i had put into the truck that he did not authorize the truck to get worked on as the salesman told me to go ahead and get it fixed so buyers beware these people are unprofessional and crooks.

I can t stress enough, the importance of honesty, integrity and customer service .Cambridge Truck far exceeded my expectations in all aspects! When I bought my truck in Jan 2023, two additional insurance policies were added as I wasn't watching closely. About 4,000 additional dollars. Although the agreement said I could cancel, the manager wouldn't discuss it with me. I called the home office to cancel these policies. The home office refused to cancel and wouldn't provide addresses for their businesses. Cambridge Truck is crooked to do business with. Their manager threatened to mop the floor with me, because I wanted to cancel the two policies. Luckily for him, he stayed behind his desk.

Casey was an exceptional salesman. He took what we were looking for walked us out on the lot and gave us multiple options. They accommodated our children and our 6month old pup. The buying process was easy. quick. and precise. The trade in value we were given was fair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very tentative going in with the 1 star reviews. Some reviews say they don t offer warranties and it s as is which is accurate in a sense. The dealership is selling used trucks as is. The loan I got came with a 24,000 mile or 2 year warranty covering powertrain electrical and the works. I purchased a 2019 ram big horn and they didn t have much wiggle room on but were able to workout a deal that I felt was fair for the truck. Casey did well as being transparent. Buying used vehicles comes with risks but I left happy with the deal made and happy with the dealership as a whole. Don t look into the 1 stars that didn t want to pay some extra money to get a warranty.

Lots of nice trucks. Lots of 5 star reviews with an occasional 1 star. Spending 50 K on a truck "as is" worries me. A simple 3 month 3000 mile warranty would eliminate a lot of these 1 star reviews. I haven't decided if it's worth the risk to buy here.

Worst costumer service we ever had! Nick the sales manager was very rude, arrogant, and nasty towards us when it came time to hold up their end of the deal. Cussed us out and was just overall very nasty. Wouldn t recommend this place to anyone! He told us he doesn t look trucks over and that if you buy one and it blows up pulling out it s not his problem and he doesn t care about his customers. Worst place ever!!!!!

We were so impressed with Cambridge Truck and how easy the process was!We drove from Stark County and it was totally worth it! Kaden was absolutely awesome! He made sure our payment was right where we wanted it. (Even a little lower!!!) Absolutely terrible... I purchased a used 2017 f350 6.7 from them 2-9-23 and on the way home from the dealership (little over an hour drive) the engine light came on and I noticed when I hit a bump the front end was clanky. After I had it looked at by a shop 2-13-23 I found out that the front end needs $3000 worth of work done to it. I hooked up a trailer to it 2-14-23 and realized something in the back end squeals when taking off under load or hitting bumps with the trailer hooked up. Also was told by a shop 2-14-23 that there was a sensor that may be bad on the fuel rail on the driver side because when I was going up a hill with the trailer it popped up engine power reduced and the truck shut off.. luckily I was able to get it started and home. So short end of the story is I paid $46,000 for a truck that needs the whole front end redone and probably the rear-end redone. And has fuel issues. Was told the truck was inspected and solid by the mechanic they have there and never noticed anything on the test drive... hopefully anyone looking to get a truck from their gets them inspected by a reliable mechanic before they buy. Or just save the hassle and don't buy from them. Ever since I said something online about the service from there many others have shared their story about How cambridge truck has screwed the customer.

Looking at a tundra with no engine lights on. Plugged in my handheld scanner and found the ecm had been reset. eva, cat, egr, O2s, and AIR monitors not ready to scan and flashing red. When asked about it I was told it was my scanner that was the problem, My scanner worked fine on my truck but for some unknown reason not on their truck. I said Great you say the truck is good I say it's good.... Just note on the sales contract that if I have problems with just these systems you will take care of it. They said well you could by an extended warranty.This is shady used car sales 101, reset the computer and let the lights come on next week then tell the customer it was "as is!" I drove there twice at 1.5 hour of driving time. They lied about the systems because they thought I wouldn't know.... I did know and they lost the sale.IT IS BUYER BEWARE and my advice is BE AWARE.Trent the sales man was a nice enough guy.... the sales manager was rude and unprofessional. I will not be back ever. I would give zero stars but it is not an option.

Went there yesterday with my husband to look at 2 vehicles. He told Alec that we had a limited amount of time to look due to driving 1.5hrs and previous engagements later in the day. They were understanding and help expedite us through the process and we left with a new truck in our timeframe. They were extremely helpful and one of the best experiences we ve had at a dealership. 10/10 recommend.
