I waited in their store front for my tires to be replaced. As far as I could tell there were no hidden fees. The price that was quoted over the phone to my husband is what I was charged. There is a 12 month warranty on the tires with BT and I believe he said up to 60,000 from the manufacturer. The staff was professional and friendly. I'm very pleased with the service provided to me.

Best tire shop ever. They treat you like family & prices are incredibly fair. I abuse my truck so Im here a lot. Now my daughter has started driving so we are teaching her car care. Connor & team even helps her with patience & care when she comes on her own. I really appreciate these guys!

They broke my oil pan on my Durango then proceeded to tell me they don't make those types of repairs. They caused my vehicle to be undrivable being a single mother with cancer losing our vehicle is a catastrophic loss that is now preventing me from receiving treatment

We were traveling through Ohio needed a inner dual value stem replaced while at a campground. Tech was prompt, informative and polite. This was our 2nd valve issue on this trip... this repair was cheaper and more efficient than a Tech in Virginia.

This place truly deserves 5 stars. I had a flat tire on a Friday afternoon not long before they closed and the staff was, not only, willing to help but was extremely kind in the process. They explained the options for tires in a very honest and practical manner, and assisted me in making the best decision for my car. Lastly, they got my tire changed and ready to go in a very short amount of time. Shoutout to all the employees at the Cambridge Buckeye Tire!

Got a flat tire this morning. Went to Buckeye Tire Pros in Cambridge without an appointment. They put my new tires on my car in a little over 1 hour. They even put my spare tire back where it belongs under the back panel in the trunk. I would recommend this business if you need tire service.

Excellent workmanship , they could use some smiles or some friendliness . Crabby and not to corgil . Cut n dry like they really don't want to be there . Like what you do or don't do it!!

We are so fortunate to have this tire pro shop in Cambridge. We have been customers for years and we have always had a great experience. They are thorough and always polite.They ll tell you upfront exactly what to expect and give you a variety of options with full disclosure on price. Highly recommend

We experienced a damaged sidewall on a trip to a wedding. This establishment took care of us and we were on our way with a smile and a piece of peach pie in our bellies thanks to a local recommendation. Very helpful. Shop here!! You won t regret it.

My hats off to the guys from Buckeye for their response getting us out of a bad situation with our motorhome. Had a blowout and trying to get it fix got no help from the local RV shopOne call to Buckeye and first thing in the morning their men were on site and did a great job getting us road worthy.Can not thank you guys enough and thanks again for a professional job.

Me and my family are on a cross country trip with our fifth wheel RV. We had a tire blowout in western PA. We called around to find a local shop that could get us four new tires same day but no one had the tires we needed in stock. Buckeye was the only place within 100 miles. I called them on a Saturday morning and explained the situation and they told me if I could get in before they close at 12 PM, they could take care of me. Driving on the spare tire, we raced in to the shop and got there at 11:55. I felt terrible but the guys got all four tires replaced in about 20 minutes.I was in a desperate situation and Buckeye Tire Pros took care of me, even staying after close on a Saturday to get me and my family back on the road. These guys are great.

Props to Buckeye Tire! I was informed by the dealer that my Toyota Rav 4 needed rear brakes to the tune of $500. Seemed high to me, so I called our local store & got a phone quote of $190 without rotors & $350 if I needed them. I dropped my car off & got a call from Bill a couple hours later. I was expecting a quote for the brake job. Bill said I didn't need a brake job! My brakes still have half their life. I needed a new battery too & they installed that. John did my service. When I picked up my car he let me know he reprogrammed my tire pressure sensor that's been giving me fits all winter. The tire sensor pressure was the reason I went to the dealer in the first place. They said they couldn't find anything wrong. Buckeye Tire did! Thank you for your honestly! Thank you for caring about the work you do. Thank you John!

When i first started using them for tires i thought they were great, all 4 of my tires have had nothing but problems since i got them. 2 are just over a year old and 2 aren t even a year old yet. go flat all the time and lose air constantly and they can t tell me why (no it s not just when the temperature changes) it is possible i m just an anomaly that s why i didn t give one star. I will say they are nice but i d worry about the quality of the tires

I've been getting my tires here for the past few years after getting taken advantage of elsewhere. I haven't had any issues, great service and great tires! Today I had to have my tire fixed due to a nail causing a flat. They didn't even charge me because they were still under warranty. Will continue going here for all of my tire needs, thanks!

They have always treated me right. From tire repairs to oil changes, they have been fantastic. As with all other shops if this nature, when it's busy, it's busy, but they offer coffee and TV while I wait. Their prices are pretty good too.

I was traveling through Cambridge and had a major tire defect. I was able to make my way to Buckeye Tire and, without an appointment, the guys took excellent care of me. They fixed my tire promptly and at a very fair price. I cannot say enough positive things about this business and I thank Bill and crew for their impeccable customer service. Thank you!

I stood outside for an hour and a half waiting to get a patch job after talking to the counter guy. When I inquire why four people after me are gone before me they reply with I dont know what you're talking about. Seems like you need to know someone here to get service. My total time to get one tire patched 2:37 minutes not bad if you're a snail I guess.I wouldn't of gave them one star but it made me

We were hauling a trailer on I77 and had a tire blow at 7:15am, they don't up until 8am. We were hauling livestock and desperately needed to get back on the road for airflow. We decided to head their way and hope they kept tires in stock. They had us fixed up and back on the road before 8 when they opened. Great prices and nice people.

My parents noticed a screw in their truck tire on a recent road trip to Cambridge. A stranger recommended they go to Buckeye Tire to get it removed before heading back home. They did and were amazed by the friendly service and immediate attention they received. Thank you Buckeye Tire for removing, checking the tire, and sending them on their way.
