Courteous, quick and gave us a fair price! Chet was kind and capable! We had a blowout on the interstate right past Caldwell at 10pm. It was raining and cold! Chet was so friendly! He dropped us at our hotel and took the car to Mike's Tire Shop, who is also awesome! Five stars! Thank you!

They did a good job. 1 star is for the price they charged. Why is 1.5 hours labor charge is must? Which is $225, and the labor itself took 30-45 minutes? I hate road services that tries to rip you off as much as they can when they can.

OMG! There are great people in this world and some of them are right here at Pine Tree Towing and Recovery! We were traveling on Interstate 77 and our 5th wheel broke a leaf spring. Thank you West Virginia turnpike;(We called Pine Tree and they dropped everything to assist us. Sometimes God puts you in a position to find the silver lining. EXCELLENT JOB!! Came to the 19mm on I-77 N and got our Navigators Truck # 129 along w/ The Bobster (driver) up and rolling again. Fair price, quality work and a good attitude = 5-STAR!

Made me call when I was coming then told to go to other yard, at least 100 miles out of my way. If u deal w/ them make sure your car is there

Service from this company sucks...only 45 minutes from their shop and still takes over 2 hours to get to us...when they show up they come in a roll back to service a tractor trailer...that guy not able to take care of problem so they call for a tow truck that should have came in the first place was told it would be 60-90 mins, 2.25 hours later it shows up...wasted a whole day with this company.
