Trying to save money, I decided to call around for insurance quotes. I contacted Tracy and she provided me with quotes that were a lot cheaper than what I was currently paying and with better coverage! I have saved money on both my car and house insurance with Milestone. Tracy is always very helpful when I call with concerns. Would highly recommend Milestone Insurance!!

The Milestone Ins Company has been great for my husband and I. We have coverage on everything we own and the price of insurance is very affordable compared to competitors. The customer service at the Cadiz location is great. We have always dealt with Diana Jones and the response time and prices have always been great and she has always treated us like family.

I obtain the rental from this company. I worked with Tracy Sambuco and she was really great and helpful. She made me feel part of the family. I am glad I met her and I hope we remain friends. Thank you for your help and for this opportunity to stay in this beautiful apartment.

This company is the best.. the price of insurance is very affordable and you couldn t ask for better customer service. They treat you like family and are always available to help you. I have my home and auto with them and just added road assistance to my auto. Better and more affordable than AAA. A big thanks to my agent and the staff at Milestone Ins. In Cadiz Ohio. I would highly recommend.. 5 stars hands down

What a wonderful experience I always receive from this agency. I have Never had an issue on anything that I have brought to their attention, ALWAYS resolved within 24-48 hours. I have been a long time customer of Nationwide, and did not want to change, and Agent Diane made sure to keep us as a long time customer. They always go above and beyond to help on all matters Thank you for being our local office. Appreciate all your help

I was searching out the best full coverage at reasonable rate along with other insurance coverage. Was more than pleased the customer service I received from Diana Jones. I've been with Milestone for years and I love having the small town feeling! Any time I need anything with my auto coverage I know Melinda, Tracy and Diane will be right there to help me! Dan was also was such a great help when we needed to get farm coverage!I would recommend them to everyone!

I recently purchased a new car and wanted to switch insurance providers. I had always thought it was easier to get a quote and do everything online without knowing who my actual agent was. Since switching to Milestone Company I have had a great PERSONABLE experience. I have found it is important to know what kind of coverage I have and to have everything explained to me about my deductible, rental car coverage etc. I highly recommend anyone who works for this company to take care of you and give you the best insurance and customer service possible.

My policy was canceled funds wasn't there and it was on auto pay only to find out next month they still took a payment. If it's canceled then how. They are crooks

I have been a Nationwide customer since 1979. During those forty three years I have never had any problem with Nationwide coverage, including home, auto, life, and farm insurance. I have always been treated with respect, and in a professional manner, with any and all questions or problems addressed timely. After my Husband and I decided to finally build a house this past fall we looked to Milestone company for our builders insurance. They are very easy to work with and are available to answer any questions you have. After the completion of our home we continued to work with Milestone for our home owners insurance as well, you can't beat their rates. We had the pleasure of working with Melinda Grant for our policy which she did a fabulous job for us. We couldn't have asked for better help in this new journey. We also had help from Kelsey Atkinson which was also a pleasure to work with.Thank you Milestone Company for being a great insurance company to work with!!
