I requested an alternator and a battery check, this was also after I borrowed a pair of needle nose pliers to check some fuses. They were extremely helpful with my issues and the battery I bought is still good and the same for the alternator.

Used an online discount that I found and they honored it w no static. Also, they had the right part I ordered and on time.

They are very helpful and fair on their prices. When they don't know a answer they will find it for you. When they don't have a part you need in stock they will order it for you or tell you what other stores in the area may have the part you need in stock. I had this experience at the bridgeport store and saint clairsville store as well. I hope your experience is as good or better than mine.

Call and check on your parts, place it on hold for ya. Check online and even get a discount! Go see Rick, get your parts anda just send it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, had what we needed on the shelf, bought a good quantity of stuff and t hey helped carry outside and load it onto truck, will see be back.

Tried to sell me something for more than what the price was listed for on the shelf.they said the price on the shelf was wrong . I should have gotten it for that price which was 3 dollars cheaper

Staff is not nowledgable about what they are selling. They sell you the wrong part
