Overall a great experience buying from Preston! Easy to schedule an appointment. Our salesman, Josh C., did an excellent job. He was punctual and ready for our appointments, displayed knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in, and was professionally persistent. Also appreciate manager Greg and Jake in finance for putting together a deal that made sense for us.Would absolutely shop here again, thanks again to the whole team.

My regular service appointment went smoothly. Done in about an hour. Everyone at the dealership was super nice and helped answer all my questions and concerns. Love the complementary drinks and snacks too.

Quick and easy! Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Done in an hour (half an hour quicker than estimated). They even washed the car.Love Preston Kia service and my sales associate Tom BarrettCommercials are correct, "The nicest people serving the nicest customers!"

A great car buying experience yet again! Haley and Frank worked extremely hard to get us a great deal! And the service department is always great as well! Everyone is very kind and friendly! We will always recommend Preston for any car needs.

Went for my first oil change with my new to me Kia and the whole experience was excellent! From the initial call to schedule and all the way thru to the end everything was done with professionalism, attention to detail, and simple kindness. Sam was the face of the service department today and he really did a great job making the whole day easy. Also, it's important to note he said I'd be done in a little less than 2 hours and he absolutely kept to that time table even with a surprise request from me to install floor mats (had to remove the seats-i was clueless!). Great job Sam and crew!

Hands down 100Stars! First time ever serving here and was greeted by a nice young lady named Amber Gray She kept me updated and was very informative and attentive to my needs and questions. I'm very impressed with the quality of service from Preston Kia. They even sent a short video of the brakes and tires. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I'm so happy I chose to buy from them.

Very pleased with the level of service and impressed with the courtesy, respect and professionalism exhibited by Frank in the collision center. Frank even scheduled my car for my regular service while they had it to fix the deer damage. I highly recommend Preston Superstore.

The services on my car were completed quickly and I was kept updated with the additional issues they saw. I appreciated a video sent with explanations of what they found. The dealer has always been friendly and honest. Great work!!!

I noticed my oil light was not reset after my first oil change in February. I became annoyed and frustrated when I had to drive 40 minutes back to the dealership. But I received a call back from Amber Gray who felt and understood my frustration and was able to make me yet again a satisfied customer! I m glad I purchased another vehicle with Preston Kia because they work hard and they care about their customers. Thank you again Amber for turning my frown back into a smile! You are a great asset to Preston Superstore!

I usually rate Preston Kia five stars. This visit left a little to be desired. I went in for an oil change and to have my snow tires swapped out for all season tires. I also had a front end alignment. I felt that was a little long but okay. An hour and a half into my visit my service tech updated me that my tires were on and that my front end alignment would be done soon. An hour later he came to let me know my vehicle was ready. Today must have been an unusually day because the waiting area was packed. There were not enough chairs for everyone to sit in.I was glad when my visit was over. This is not typical for Preston Kia. I will be back. Hopefully on a less busy day

I m happy with the decision to finally get the vehicle that I ve always wanted when they came back out to production. This 2023 Outer Banks Sasquatch Edition will give my wife and I great adventures and travel with the tops/doors off. Armauni Allen 5 Stars All day long. If you"re going to buy a car and want an outstanding, enjoyable process, it's worth your time to drive to Burton, Ohio. I have purchased many automobiles, this by far has been the best! Beyond the value for the money, the stimulating conversion with Mr. Allen was enjoyable and impressive. Preston treated us fantastic!

The service advisor was excellent. Informative but not pushy. I hate it when I feel like I'm being "worked over" for every dime when I visit a dealership service department. Not the case with preston. I'll return at a later date for some of the suggested maintenance procedures. Now, what's the phone booth with rotating blue light all about on the sales floor ??? Looks tacky and gimmick ish. Not a good look

Found what I was looking for on the website (easy to use) Called JJ Moore for the details, he answered all my questions and next thing you know...I'm driving home. They made the process so fast and simple, not like the old stigma. Coming out of a very simple jeep, Armauni was so helpful in showing me all of the features and how to use them. Our family will forever be part of the Preston family.

I had a problem with Kia Superstore last year it was really bad to long to talk about. But, they really stepped up fix the problem with the car made me feel better about my losses and communicated through the process it took 4 months but I finally got my car and fixed with no cost to me. Remember communication is key!

The service driver is always great. Bruce is also great. With the bad experience we had last time you all have upped your game. I hope you got rid of the idiot lady that told my 57year husband that he did not know how to roll the windows down. If my deal with Bruce goes sour I will pay off this leased vehicle and go to klaben, which is so much closer.

This is my second car with Preston Kia, I have always been treated kindly from sales staff to service department. I had to haveshuttle service because of my health and it is wonderful how they pick your car up and deliver it after servicing. My only concern is they send you a non-fillable form by email and you are expected to print it off and put the signed form in your car when they pick up your car. Problem is everyone doesn't have a printer available so you have to find a way to have it printed. My suggestion would be that at the time of making the appointment could that form be mailed out? I would definitely be willing to pay for postage. By the way this is the only concern I have had with this company since I bought my first car in 2019. Love my Kia Sportage

I pulled right in at my appointment time and they took me right away, kept me updated every step of the way and got me out as so. As the car was done. The salesman that sold me my car saw me and came over and sat down and asked me how everything was going and hitch was very nice.

The service here is always very efficient. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the preview video of the progress on my vehicle. 10 out of 10 I would recommend
