We love our newest addition to our Kia family. We added a PHEV Sportage to our garage alongside our Telluride. Kia continues to knock it out of the park with their cars.Once we decided to buy our PHEV Sportage, we initially visited another dealership in the region that gave us a bad vibe. Even though they had the exact car we wanted on the lot, we just weren t comfortable doing business with them.We reached out to the Preston team and immediately felt right at home. James Clark was the first to take my call. He wanted to make sure we were happy, he found the exact same car we wanted at another dealership in NY and made a trade with them to get it here at no cost to us.He then handed us off to Tony Perry to close the deal. Both gentlemen made us feel like family and the entire process was smooth and painless. No high pressure sales tactics here.Preston is so worth the drive for anyone in northeast Ohio.

This was by far the best experience we ve had purchasing a car. Everyone in the building helped us at different points throughout the day. Todd was incredibly easy to work with, and answered every question about every option there was to get us in a car with a payment we were comfortable with. He couldn t have been more helpful. We never felt pressure at any time. Just a wonderful experience. This dealership is 60 miles away but we will be back for our next vehicle.

The salesman Nick was awesome. He was very helpful and not pushy like a lot of other dealers. He listened and respected my wife and I during the whole purchase process. James in finance explained all of our options very thoroughly. The whole process was a great one at Preston Kia. Will buy from them again.

Unbelievable amount of garbage surrounding the parking lots. Hardly anywhere to park with how full the lots are. For a company that prides itself on being an active part of the Burton community, they take little care of the land around them. Its disappointing to frequent this place and see this.

This was our first time at Preston and we were really impressed. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up leasing two 2024 Kia sportages it was so nice to buy from a local family owned business. We will definitely be back

The vehicle I bought has been good but just be prepared. The moment you buy it from them, they will harass you to trade it in and buy another. It's been 3 years and they've harassed me no matter how many times I've told them to stop calling me and that I'm not selling my vehicle. They won't and they call again a little while later like our conversation didn't matter. I'll never buy a vehicle from them again.

We purchased 4 cars over the course of a few years from Preston. All experiences and interactions have been pleasant, thorough and not pushed or rushed. Tony Perry is amazing and honest to work with. Mr. Preston has been there to greet and shake our hand at almost every purchase. Definitely a small town local feel. Very professional yet friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Nick was awesome. He came on his day off to complete my car purchase. Everyone I encountered was easy super friendly and very clear financing. He immediately found my car and was no pressure. All the sales and finance personal took care of me well! This is my first car I purchased that I wanted not just out of necessity but comfort. I bought Saturns for years when they made them because it was no pressure and felt the same clear experience. The car had a slight blemish and they immediately fixed it and without any argument. I also love the cash machine got one of the highest cash grabs. It seems corny but it was fun. Very calm atmosphere and they want to make sure you leave happy and all questions answered. I will be buying from them again and appreciate not staying my entire day to get a car. They never let me sit there and always asking if we needed anything. Even if you don t live near that Kia location I suggest you drive out there! My car came from another dealership but glad I came through them.

Preston Kia goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. Bruce Friedman and Ed Smith are absolutely fantastic. They literally went out of their way, because I was sad when I left so they called me the next day and are searching for a vehicle for me, because they want my business. Now that s awesome ! I can t thank them enough. And just a couple days ago they also gave me a fantastic deal on my husband s new car and gave us great prices for of both of our old cars. I highly recommend them.

Nothing is perfect so cannot click 5 stars. Salesman Bruce was great. Frank the finance manager is awesome. Laurie, Mr Preston's liaison is wonderful and Mr Preston is an honest man who cares about customers. A problem I had was corrected and I was issued a refund. Their new service manager is very good as well. Glad I have my new Kia.

I can t say enough about Preston Kia. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and introduced to Ken Robinson who listened to what was on my wish list and showed me cars that fit my budget as well as extras I wanted. Once I decided to purchase the process was, easy and effortless. James Clark, the sales manager went above and beyond to meet my needs, while Frank in finance provided all the information I needed to sign on the dotted line without hesitation, I would highly recommend purchasing from this awesome dealership. After buying a Kia Soul from Preston back in 2011, it was no question for me on where to go when it came time to upgrade to a minivan! I absolutely LOVE my Kia Carnival, and James Cain along with everyone else at Preston made the buying process go smoothly. I truly appreciated that when I came in alone the first time to test drive the Carnival with James, he was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and wasn t pushy. Weeks later, when my husband and I were ready to pull the trigger, James continued to be an excellent representative of the Preston brand - even making sure we got some pizza for lunch while we waited to finish with the finance manager, James Preston, who was equally helpful and friendly. Burton is a little bit of a drive for us, but for me it will always be worth it for the excellent customer service I get at Preston Kia!

This is my second visit to the sales team in three years. For a lease the first time and to buy the lease out the second time. They were friendly and informative and made both experiences smooth and easy. Very professional. Their service department is the same way.I would definitely recommend this dealership.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I m a first time car buyer and from start to finish, the fine folks at Preston made my process so simple & easy. Tammy and Kaitlyn were so patient with me and my hard schedule to get me out there, Karen made sure we found just the right vehicle, even when it was difficult. And finally, James & Frank made me so comfortable in a situation that can be really scary for someone my age. It s really a family there (literally too). They have gained a customer for life. Love my Preston family.

I drove just shy of 2 hours, my 10 year old in tow, to Preston Chevy in Burton, Ohio. I had completely fallen in love with a 2018 Equinox I found online, downside was it had over 97,000 miles on it. JJ was so kind and patient, I was able to test drive a couple vehicles that would be better suited for my situation. CJ explained things in a way that I could understand without sounding condescending, which I greatly appreciated. Even when signing the papers, Mike was super nice and got us out the door as quickly as possible. It was a process and a long day, but I appreciate all of their help, their patience, their kindness, and most of all their honesty. I truly felt that they were looking out for my best interest. Thank you, to the team that helped me.

We were met at the door by Ken Robert RobertsonHe explained the difference between leases and outright purchase in a very clear manner. He was able to explain the differences between our 2021 Sportage and the 2024 model that test drove in aPrecise manner. I have had follow up questions in the last few days and Ken was always responsive in a prompt manner. I will recommend Ken to my friends and family.

Todd was very helpful with helping me lease vehicle and helped me learn how to utilize things in vehicle. I did have some problems and questions after purchasing lease of vehicle and no one called me back. I kept calling and leaving messages for James Preston. Kept getting excused as he was busy and left messages for him. He did not return calls. I spoke with one fellow and he rushed me off the phone. I never leased vehicle before and as I read the documents the next 2 days after taking home I was not aware of some things. I would of asked that night of purchase but they were closed already as I was there till 8pm that night. Didn't get the car at mileage it said at 16 miles. It was like 46 or 48 when took it for last test drive. i am still not hearing from mr. Preston. no kind of customer service after the fact. I had problems with the old vehicle and kept telling them things that were wrong and they never checked car properly until I came back last time for servicing cause same issues. It is sad and frustrating that I have to feel the way I do when going there and trying to speak to someone or on phone for that matter. I understand people are busy but don't wait till after I am no longer able to hand car back in if anything is not right etc. Before someone gets back to me if they even do. Thank you for your precious time and hearing my concerns. I appreciate whomever is taking the time to do so. I will say they did help me once with a situation as they gave me another reliable vehicle when problem with a vehicle prior. That was great customer service and they did right by me the customer. I appreciate them for that.just would of liked the help after vehicle leasing still don't know what some things mean in lease agreement papers etc.

I was really disappointed with this dealerships lack of communication. I bought a car from them on a Monday and was told I d receive Friday at the latest if not earlier! End of day Friday comes nobody reaches out to me to let me know if my car has arrived or if they won t anticipate it arriving at a later date. Which is important because I was paying for a rental. The manager did his best to salvage the situation and offered me a car to use on them for the time being. I greatly appreciated that offer and it was the right thing to do. I ultimately decided to take my business elsewhere. Their customer service is good, I would ve appreciated better communication after purchasing a car.

This was probably the easiest transaction with a vehicle I have ever had. Everyone was super nice and very informative. We dealt with James Cain, everything was very smooth, he made sure we got our KIA app set up with remote start and gave us a thorough tour of car explaining all the features. I would highly recommend this dealer and mostly dealing with James Cain!
