This establishment has excellent people skills and treatment. I was greeted by Ricardo as I exited my vehicle. He asked what type of service I was wanting and checked my vehicle for mileage, etc. After the paperwork was completed he escorted me to the waiting room and showed me all the amenities available while I was waiting. During my wait, Ricardo would periodically check on me to see if I needed anything. He made certain I had all the information pertaining to my vehicle...cost of parts and total cost. At the end of the service, my vehicle was washed!!! This is an A + dealership.

The people at Preston have always been very kind and helpful to me. The service team members are great and consistently try to do their best to address my concerns and follow up on service performed. The sales team members are welcoming and make me feel like family. Great company!

The preston service department seems to me to be full of untrained mechanics. They way over charge for services and the service is sub par. I have had a lot of problems there and will no longer take a vehicle there ever. My most recent experience is as follows. My wife hit a deer. After my 3500 diesel truck sat there for 7 weeks. After receiving the vehicle My wife drove it for 3 days and it went into limp mode. After pulling the filter we discovered crystals in the fuel and it was returned to us a week after the extremely cold week in January. Anyway after taking the vehicle to them they refused to take responsibility for that and said it would be 2100 dollars to replace 1 bad fuel injector. After discussing this with the service manager and certain things he said had me thinking. We refused service and took the truck home. After 13 dollars and an hour of time there was a loose connection to the fuel injector and after replacing the pigtail the truck has been fine for weeks. Also that same week they wanted to charge me 1000 dollars to replace the starter in my 1500. Refused and just bought a new truck. The sales department is full of wonderful sales people. Buy from them all day. Take your vehicle elsewhere for service.

I cannot say enough about Preston Chevrolet. They have exceeded my expectations since the first day I visited their show room. Today, I had my car serviced, that I purchased this past summer,(<5k miles) for the first time and it was unbelievable. They picked-up my car, while I was at work, completed the preventative maintenance and returned it to my workplace, within a few hours. This is the first organization, in many decades where they sincerely treat you as if you are part of the family. I had to brag about Preston Chevrolet to all of my colleagues, and they could not believe it. They are truly amazing and continue to impress. Preston Chevrolet should be recognized for its culture, personal commitment, service and ethics - they go the extra mile every time!

The only reason I m giving 4 stars is because Marv is Chevy service is fantastic! He is always on it and gives great feedback. However, the prices you charge are outrageous. No one in these times can afford what you guys charge. I didn t even let you guys finish the work you started because of the total cost it would be to fix my car.

I skidded on ice and hit a median strip. My steering was so far out of alignment that I had to have the car towed over 30 miles to Preston. I called to let them know I was coming in. I didnt arrive until after 3 pm. They inspected the car. Fortunately I had no major damage. Just needed an alignment (and an oil change that was scheduled next week). They performed both services and my car was ready the next day. They even gave me a ride home. Awesome service guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was scheduled for routine maintenance, and they had me out of there within an hour. They were very detailed with everything they were completing, made some very low pressure recommendations, and overall just made me feel very welcomed and appreciated. They are fantastic to work with, Adam always greets me by name And his team is just fantastic. We will be customers for life

Listened to my concerns other than the reason I was there for.They took their time to make sure all listed jobs were done to my satisfactionFriendly , professional team. Preston sales and service are always professional, courteous, up-front, and timely. I purchased a used vehicle over a year ago and a service package was included. I have used the scheduled maintenance accordingly and have been extremely satisfied. I will be looking to purchase future vehicles from Preston.

I was in a bad situation today, my husband was having a heart procedure done and on my way to the hospital my Tahoe had surgery issues herself ...she needed towed from the hospital to a Chevy dealer for repair. I can't thank these people enough for their efforts and service to get me back to the hospital today! Thank you all!!

Adam did a great job of handling the service on my Silverado. He was clear and upfront with the pricing, and when an unexpected item came up, I received a video that showed exactly what the problem was. It was a very friendly and transparent experience.

The service managers/consultants are the face of the Preston service department. I have known Adam Brown since purchasing my current vehicle (used from this dealership five years ago) and trust Adam s professional judgment and advice.Additionally I have known a recently hired service manager, Ray Sweiger, since 2005 from another dealer s service department. I also trust his professional advice then and now.Obviously a service visit won t always be painless for one s pocketbook but if either of these two service managers say a particular service repair is necessary or can be put off until a future date I d believe them.The Mechanics have done a great job on my vehicle but I ve not had the opportunity to meet them. Thankful for their skillset and professionalism.

This was my first time working with Ray and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly and in a timely manor. He also made sure I was well informed through the process since my car took longer than anticipated to be fixed. I get my oil changed every 3 months and drive way out of my way to come to your establishment for my oil changes. Each time, I use a $10 coupon. 1 year ago (Jan) I paid $21.29. In April it went up to $26.29. In July it went up to $42.64. In October, it went up to $54.39, and now my latest one in January has gone up again to $$67.73.In 1 year time, the price of your oil changes has gone up 318%!! To me, that is ridiculous, and I will not be back.Service: Oil change

Preston super store is a very friendly and professional place to go to. Unlike some places, they actually put you in a car you can afford. JJ Moore did that very well, we were recommend to go here from a friend and it was the best decision for my circumstance.

It wasn't what I would say as good. Tire rotation and they didn't even put air in the tires all 4 tires needed air how can you miss that? It was to be a front end alignment not a 4 wheel alignment however, they changed the cost but still was too much for the tax rate. I hope they did the oil change correctly. I asked for someone to please get the weather tech drivers mat loosened as I tried and can't get it off the clips and wash it and the guy told me he would have it done but it wasn't done. Very disappointing experience.

My check engine light came on so made an appointment to see what the issue was. On my way to the appointment, light went off. Took time to check car anyways even thoug initial scan found nothing. Technician took time to do research and found Blazers have had problems with fluid in the crankshaft. So he looked into this and sure enough, that was the problem. Thank you for fixing my car. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five, took over two hours to do all this

I had an appointment as an oil change tire rotation waiter. One hour and 40 minutes later I was done. That is unacceptable with an appointment. This is the second time. Shame on them for overbooking.Services: Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

Very disapointed in the service department. I took my car in at 7 am & was told I would be called on diagnoses & progress. By 12 I had no call, was told would be contacted. At 2:30 I called back. Diagnosed but didnt know if they had the part. Got a returned call had to order part not sure if it would be in next day but would let me know. By 3:30 the following day I had not received a call on the part or if the car had been finished. I was without a vehicle& really needed to know what was going on with my vehicle. I recieved a call a few minutes later on what was going on & I could get my car after 4:30. Not great communication skills. I did like the Kia sevice department which is why I purchased through Todd
