A lady backed into my car in the parking lot at my job, Causing damage on the front bumper on the passenger side. I took my car to Preston Collision Center... I have never got any work done on my car by them before. They had my car about a week and a half...The estimate time was 2 weeks. When I went to pick my car up... I was very impressed of the work they did on my car!!! They did a well done job!!!

All around great people doing great work! I've been to multiple dealerships In the past and not one of them compare to Preston superstore! 100% A1 sauce! Highly suggest!

I was instructed to take my car here by my insurance. The staff are friendly. Their work is fantastic. They detailed the car and it looked brand new. Although it is a 30 minute drive from my home, it was very much worth it.

We are traveling for vacation and had a mishap with the bumper on our truck. 1000 miles from home and just beginning vacation we were worried we would have to cut the trip short. Not only were they very nice, they popped out our bumper and wired things up so nothing would fly off. As if this wasn t enough they didn t charge us. Genuinely friendly and helpful people. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.Service: Body & Trim

I am definitely an advocate for Preston Kia. I LOVE THEM!!! Someone hit my car while I was not in it. Mr. Preston fixed my car for me. Thank you Mr. Preston. Not only do they have great customer service, they are caring, they are personable, and they all work together like a family. I will forever be a customer of Preston Kia. I come from Columbus, OH to get my car serviced and I will do so as long as I am able to walk (and drive) . Ed and Tom are my go to but I promise ANY of them can assist you and will get you in exactly what you want and will do their best to keep your payment affordable for you. You will NEVER go wrong with Preston!!!
